Svcrt.com Don't know

Charged by them $49.95 Have no idea who or what they are. Never joined any of their services. They are very unprofessional and should not get away with doing this to people. They put you on hold forever hoping you will hang up & give up. This is wrong. This happened on 11/26/16 to my bank card. the company that appears is SVCRT.COM [protected] Location [protected] date 11/26/16 retail store. They are the most unprofessional people on the phone. I have requested a refund & of course they cannot find my account because I don't have one.

I had the same trouble!

But I called their manager refund line at [protected]

I got a refund and everyone I talked to spoke english. That is the way to go. They don't ask questions, I just got a refund. [protected]

Svcrt.com Fraud on my bank account

I talked to to some guy named Ron this weekend about some job. However. I listened He said I said we'd talk another time. HE wanted me to invest money into being a licenced visa agent. I said NO. I TOLD HIM NO. I talked about everything major with my fiance. Somehow I now have money missing out of my checking account. I report it. And him Ron

I keep getting charged 29 95 for a charge that I didn't order please refund I was charge 4 times last month same amount

I called [protected] and got a refund from svcrt.com.

That is the manager's line I think. So call [protected] to get a refund.

Svcrt.com Unauthorized charges from Myscore.com and Rent to Own

[protected]) SVCRT is the billing agent for the two companies listed above. On November 19, 2015, I phoned them because two unauthorized charges of $49.95 appeared on my Visa credit card this week. I am not now, nor have I ever been, a customer of either Rent to Own or Myscore.com. SVCRT insisted they would need my credit card number in order to reverse the charges. I finally -- and reluctantly -- gave it up. The agent that was assisting me, Desiree, said there were two additional charges of $16.95 posted after that date that I was not aware of. Apparently they were charged by an Amy Andrews out of Colorado, who I do not know. Desiree was attempting to transfer me (I had already been transferred once) and complete a fraud report, when something went very wrong. I was on hold for over an hour, yet I was afraid to hang up -- knowing I'd never get the same person again. I finally did hang up when my phone began to show signs of going dead. You can imagine what happened when I called back. It had taken me several minutes to explain the situation to both Sam and Desiree, and everyone I encountered after that wanted to know the same information and then transfer me yet again. I really went off on one agent and told her how lousy I thought their customer support was. We had a screaming match. Of course, no one could transfer me back to Desiree, who was halfway through working the problem. I did ask if they ever bothered to collect the 3 security numbers on the back of the credit cards customers supply, and Desiree said it's all done by phone, and the address should match the person. Of course, it did not in my case but it appears no one did the verification. I finally went to their online page, explained the situation again, and pleaded with them to research it and then call me. I haven't yet heard from them and suspect I will not. I want two things: First, a reversal of any and all charges Ms. Anderson has placed, and second, to ensure I never get charged again. Icing on the cake would be for her to be fully investigated and, if her acts were deliberate, sent to jail.

I have had the same issues with charges showing up on SVCRT.COM. Based on comments here, it looks like SVCRT.COM are CHKSCR are the same company, both charging credit cards for MyScore.com and other businesses. Super shady if you asked me... When you call their customer service number, they don't answer with MyScore.com or any recognizable name. Instead, they answer as "Resolution Center". What is that? Everything about them is super shady. Instead of trying to get a refund, I would just call my credit card and dispute the charge instead. Much better than trying to reason with a super shady company like this.

I too have been charged 4 months in a row. 3 of the charges show on my account as SVCRT.com in the amount of $39.90 each. The 4th shows on my acct as CHKSCR.com in the amount of $39.90. I thought this was a different company but it is not, it is the same company. I was advised to call the resolution Center, this is where they issue refunds, that number is [protected]. Customer service number is [protected], this is the number to call in order to cancel services. If you call the resolution Center to have monies refunded to your account and you do not call customer service to cancel the subscription, they may refund your money but will also take it out again. Call customer service [protected] to cancel... them call the resolution Center for any refund due to you [protected]... I hope this helps...

I'm furious! When did I ever authorize this idiotic company to charge me monthly payments of 30 bucks?! This is outrageous! The main problem is that it happens to be charging to a credit card that I haven't used in forever and it's set up on automatic payments so I just now discovered that they've been charging me this amount for 10 months! They better do something about this, I'm seriously angry right now and if they don't make this easy I fear that I will explode

I have a huge complaint about this svcrt.com company! I want to know what we can do about it. I have been charged for at least three months at 39.90 and am furious. what are other people doing about this! I just called and cancelled and they tried to keep me as a customer for a lower price and could hear all the telemarketers in the background!

i do not remember authorizing this transaction, So I was surprised to see it on my card and immediately googled it. I read all the comments. I saw the post about the calling [protected]. I called and spoke to the first lady who answered. She was very sweet! it took literally 3 minutes, and my card was refunded! I just needed my name, email address and the last four of the card charged. Hope this helps!

Charged me a $1 for a trial... I canceled 4 days later only to be charged another reoccurring $29.95! This is a fraudulent company. And when you call they act as though they did nothing wrong. Wish I would have read all these scam complaints sooner. I'm contacting the BBB asap! This is sad and ridiculous.

Was billed 3 times total of $60.90. Did not authorize anyone to take money off my debit card. I lost my home and fixing to lose my car because they will not cancel the charges. I'm going to the BBB on them and WILL get my money back.

I agree that this company is steeling from me. This company is charging me on a closed account. I spoke to an agent last Saturday that told me I would get my money refunded in 1 to 3 business days, did not receive it. When I called back agent 57017 told me it would be 3 to 5 more days before I get my refund of $101.85.
I am sure I will never receive my refund from them.

went to look at bank statement i got charge from this place never heard of it this horrid i am calling my bank they better refund quick ill press charged
