Suzuki Motor Corporation / the bad service of suzuki dealer in egypt (modern service)

I have Suzuki Alto model 2015, i already do all preventive maintenance in the dealer from day one, but I have bad communication with him.
I called him to observe the time to do PM 90, 000 km and I have troubleshooting, I need to change the wheel bearings and change the fuel filter which they postpone changed it when I did the PM 80000 km because it was not available in his stock, so I called him 3 time within 10 days (calls recorded ), they told me in each time we will arrange and we will call you back, till now no response, so my car stopped .
