Susee Automobiles Private Limited, Madurai, Tamilnadu / delay in response
dear sir i am santhanam from chennai i bought a new scorpio on 23 july 2009 in chennai and when i am moving from kanyakumari to chennai on 30.08.10 at 5 pm. suddenly my vehicle met an accident near sattur highway.after finishing the police enquiries i restore my vehicle from the accident spot using a recovery vehicle and surrender the vehicle to susee automobiles who is the dealer of mahindra brand vehicles on 02.09.10 .after that the service supervisors inspect the vehicle and i give all the documents they needed .i also gave the sum of rs.15000 also to the body shop of susee as the principle amount to start the work and i also met insurance office BAJAJ ALLIANE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED and i gave all the re3levent documents regarding accident and fir copy also.
after a month passed the body shop and the engineers of the dealer point can not rectify the fault and they are not even giving the correct quotation about he cost of the damage and how much it needed.after a month passed they did not understand why the noise in engine comes and they ask me whether the noise comes in the engine from the accident or it comes from when i take the new vehicle .
i am spending lot of money in madurai to watch the work in body shop and i came by rental car and stay n hotel still the service engineers are not doing the work and now they are not recognise the fault and they are4 open my engine vehicle many times and the vehicle ic looking in worst condition and they are not responding me also
finally i want my complaint should be rectified and i am spending much more amount on the vehicle and they also not do me a favourin insurance also and as a result your brand of vehicle is in worst condition or the service people make it worst whatever happend i lost money i lost dignity and i lost pease and as well as your brand also lost the honour
