I bought a new Samsung S5 two weeks ago. Few days ago my emails kept going off with a message "unfortunately your email has stopped working". After 2 hours on the phone to the Samsung Customer Care Center where she cleared the cache etc, reloaded new email app - same thing happened! She advised only thing is to wipe the phone clean - back to factory settings! Did this - Same problem! Go to the 'Smart Care Service Center'for assistance! 3 hours in a queue that never moved - 2 technicians attending to entire 'customer care center'- countless desperate pleas for assistance fell on deaf ears!! Eventually after kicking up a fuss - get to a technician - straight away he tells me - its the new software 5.0 version - has to be removed and go back to previous version! This took 10 minutes! So I now have a new phone on an old version after days of stress beyond belief and yet various people I know have upgraded to version 5.0 and its working!!!
