SupraTelecom / Unnecessary referral
I discontinued my SupraTelecom service in mid-September, paying my final (I thought) bill on September 2. Although I was told today that an actual final bill was sent to me that month, I have no recollection of receiving it. But I then had no further communication from them until a phone call today - five months later- from a collection agency! This infuriates me. I have a credit standing of close to 800 and in thirty years have never defaulted on any debt. To recieve one invoice and one only, with no further communication is unheard of to me. Of course I will pay the bill of $45 and change, but I want my resentment of this pitiful lapse added to the many complaints against this company.
