I ordered the trial offer for $3.95. Now I find a charge of $149.95 on my credit card. I called to have it removed and the woman I spoke with at #[protected] told me I had to contact this address in order to cancel the charge. Also a song & dance about the time had expired to cancel this service.
The state listed is CY. Never heard of a state with CY.

    I too have been charged from my acc't 151.00. I did not order a second set and tho't as it said it was free, that it was FREE ! Not so ! ! ! I will send their product back if they will send me my money...that is my full food allotment for the month of March ! ! !
    Won't need the pills - I'll be hungry for most of March ! ! ! Pills back then money back !

    I too have been overcharged from my account $149.95. I choose to cancel this so called membership in the correct time frame allowed. Their cyber ad is misleading and generally a lie. When you call the company to speak with a company representative somewhere in Florida and they really do not offer any help.

    These types of companies are similar to the payday loan companies, which by the way are in the position of having to post their unbelievable rates and show how they are ripping people off in their stores or websites.

    I am requesting a refund of my money or some portion thereof, I'm told by customer service too bad you loose. Now you must wait 3 to 5 days to get a response on whether you are privilidged to get your own money back. I offered to return the unused portion of their product so that perhaps I could be prorated some amount of my money. But this of course is to no avail according to customer service. They will not take back their own product even when it is unopened. I want to be refunded my moneyor at least half of it. At the very least a portion should be put back onto my credit card.

    Another customer used for the company good.

    I have been overcharged on my credit card 152.50 for somthing i had called and cancelled couse my dr. said i couldnt take it .And never got anything so please put my money back.and dont send me anything.

    This is a complete scam I was outraged when I saw that my credit card was bill $149.95 I called and spoke with someone with a bad connection...Not sure on how companies can get away with this...I need that money back and please do not send this product to my home because I have not recieved anything yet...

    I had sent for a trial offer from celebteeth .com, I had 3 days after recieving the product to cancel. I canceled the day I recieved the product, left my information and was told my account was closed!!!I have just recieved my credit card statement and this company had charged my account 149.95, I again called this scam company, told them to credit back my account and was told to go to this web site..This celebteeth is a scam, this company should be shut down due to fraud what they are doing is illegal. Thank god I have an excellant credit card comp, that was on this right away. This company is a disgrace and should be sued for scaming so many people.. please everyone stay clear of CELEBTEETH.COM THEY ARE THIEFS!!!

    My name is Janet Walker of Baltimore Md. I sent for a free bottle, and never used it I still have the pills unopened. On March 8, 2010 my bank account was billed for $149.95 and I called these people and told them that I did not order any further shipments for this product, I was told that this fee was for a membership and that I would only have to pay about $41.00 for each bottle thereafter, but I tole the person that I talked to that I was not interested in any more of this product, she told me that I would not be able to get a refund, so I am telling you now that these charges will be disputed with my bank, and my card will be cancled so you will not get any thing else from me. I hate companies that do business like yours does, I to am on a fixed income just as some of these other people who have complained to your co.

    On this day I'm calling because I need to let you know that the product does not interest me and to communicate this and showed my doctor and let me know not to take the pills for health conditions, high pressure, and good name and give me the cancellation number # 974, 138 and I get this email to let know I do not want the product, and I find all these complaints of fraud I ask please give me back the amount of 149.95 to my debit account ending in # 7507. because I need it urgently to buy my medications because I have no health insurance. Please Give me back my money with my cta ending in # 7507 or send me a check will thank you. Thank you very much

    HI: my name is Michelle, I to was involved in this scam, I requested the 14 day free trial, on February 26th and it arrived to my door by postal service, on the 1st of March, today is the 9th of March, , I went into my bank account and found I was overdrawn for $149.00 ...I immediately called the company and they stated that my trial date was past so I was charged $79.95 for t he trial and did not cancel the product. I had explained to them that my 14 day trial was not over since I ordered the product on February 26, and since there is only 28 days in the month of february this year of 2010, that is only 11 days of trial and so I told them that I wanted to cancel the product and would like to have my money refunded to my account..
    The person was hard to understand and refused to refund the money. Then I explained that I was also over charged another 79.95 totaling $149.95...and stated that was for a membership fee.and the terms and conditions do not say anything about a membership fee. or anything about charging you 149, 95..

    then I called my bank and explained my situation to them, so we made a 3-WAY CALL TO THE COMPANY AND THEY; COMMENTED THAT-- IT WAS OVER THE TRIAL PERIOD, AND COULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY...

    So then my banker recommended that I ship the product back to the company, on this date to, so I had called the company and requested a return address to return the package and they refussed to give me an address... and I consisted to have a mailing address, so they ended up giving me a false address which I had checked and found it to be false... and to make it worse... the product was to only be charged 79.95 but I was charged $ 149.95

    SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM...I just want my money back... I am going to turn this into the Better Busines Bureau if nothing is done about this.

    I had the same experience as these other people.I want to know how we go about stopping this scam before so many others are taken by it. Who do you have to tell to stop these people!!! If its so obvious and the words out even by OPRAH WHY HASNT ANYONE WITH THE POWER TO DO SO DONE SOMETHING YET!!! Who has this power or job and how many people have to be ripped off before any action is taken?????? Is calling the BBB just putting the consumer on alert? If so, who is to be alerted to stop the people who are getting away with this!!!     I just had the same thing happen to me. I cancelled the Acaiberry Pure and Acaiberry Cleanse within the 14 days, confirmation 911586 and 416233 and spoke with Jenny. I told her that due to Health Reasons I needed to cancel the product. I then received a charge on my credit card for $153.00. I called today and told them I had cancelled within the 14 day's and want my credit card refunded. The confirmation was 911512 and her name was Kim, agent #257. Kim told me to write to Support@productsupport123.com to request my refund. This website does not exist. I have left a message again with this company. I will be contacting the Attorney General's Office and my Bank tomorrow for Fraudulant charges on my credit card.
