On Sept 2nd I ordered on line from the above company, as a trial 1) Acai Pure Trial and 2) Colo Pure Trial. I received a package with HoodiBurst Gum, price $9.95, Hoodiawater 1 unit, price $29.95 and Colo pure Trial. I was charged on Sept 3rd, 2008 to my credit/ debit card account, $ 44.85 and $45.85. I was then charged a gain on,
Sept 23rd, 2008 to my credit/debit card account, $39.95 and $38, 95. I was then charged again, Oct 9th, 2008 to my credit/debit card account, $44.90.
I spoke with a women on Saturday Oct 2nd, from customer service of this company, stating her name as Erin Mitchell. I told her the above tranactions and she said I ordered the products. I told her i received the one package mentioned above and I also told her I sent it back. She said they hadn't received it, then she came back on the phone ans said one of the products was opened, which it was not. I told her I did not recive the Acai Pure and I wanted the account cancelled and i wanted a refund. She told me she would get back to me. Well they did refund $39.90 on Oct 2nd. They also sent a package that I received theis past week dated Sept 2nd with the Acai Pure and more Hoodia Gum for $9.95 and Hoodiawater 1 unit for $29, 95. I did not reoder the Acai Pure, I cancelled the account. To this date they have charged my account $214.50, less the refund of $39.90 which is $174.90. I did not order all the products they sent. I only ordered the ColoPure and AcaiPure trial size they was only charged for shipping, not full price. I called there several times today and a recording comes on stating that there is such a long wait due to all the customers calling to order products and to go to the web site or call back and they hang up. I tried the web site and there isn't one.
