I had ordered [protected]) the Pure Acai Berry and Green Tea Desire online as a "FREE" sample, but paid $4.95 for shipping/handle. I had canceled the order within the 10 days. the company never cancelled my order and has charged me over $200 for the product. I called today [protected] and spoke with Jarred in customer services, he told me that they cannot help me, I than asked to speak with the supervisor her name is Sue, she is on vacation and for me to leave my name and number and she will return my call after her vacation, I did not settle for that response, Jarred told me that Lisa the "Manager" would talk to me when she was not busy and to put me on hold, well after 40 min on hold I was hung up on. I called back and spoke to Jarred again and he transfered me to Brittany a supervisor (remember I was told the only supervisor "Sue" was on vacation) well Brittany offered to refund only $74.95 nad that was all she could do. I asked to speak with Lisa the "Manager" again and was told that she was on lunch now, so I asked for the companies info and contact info and Brittany told me that the info was confidental, she also told me that no upper management speaks to customers. So after almost 2 1/2 hours on the phone with this company I told Brittany to refund me the $74.95 and that I will not stop with this company till I recieve my full refund, and that I will file complaints with everyone I can.
