Support Kids Services Inc review: putting ex threw Hell 1

I have read several complaints online about a company in Austin name Support kids services inc,
I have a similar complaint about the company my self. They take 35% out of the child support to only collect for the children the parents has to do everything else such as notify state agency of support collected
For me I did not know this until the other day and my children’s father could have his license revoked because they have him owning more then what he actual owes, my ex husband has paid over $19000.00 in support this company has got 35% of this which is around $6, 500.00 I believe that is stealing from children
And also they will not let people void out their contract if they are unhappy with the company. Something has to stop and assign all cases back over their actual states that started the cases.

The old company name was ( Support Kids Inc)

New Name is ( Support kids Services Inc)
Same Numbers and same web site.

Little over a year ago when they went of business they sent a lot cases over to

Then renamed the company only to get the cases back from RJBA.

Something has to be done about these people and they need to be shut down again and never to reopen with and investigation to see if it’s the same people. They are leaving it up to my ex to notify his state of the payments he has made, really what are we paying them 35% for.

I just want my case back to my state agency of Florida
