Can anyone help me with the web address of this company? They are ripping me off to the tune of AUD132 per 2 weeks. I am on holiday in the US and cannot go to my bank to sort this out properly, although I have communicated via email?

i am also a bnker working in the credit cards department in a australian bank. These trans from sup*exclusiveberry etc cannot be blocked through your bank, you will need to block your whole card (which me ans your issued with new card no#, exp date and cvv#) And also by doing so, banks cant guarantee the trans (if its setup as a direct debit) wont roll over to your new card numbers, the reason being that the direct debit is a legal agreement between the cust and the merchant, the bank is a third party who has provided the customer for the cusotmers use. The best and most succesful way to stop such trans from unauthorised merchants is by lodging disputes, this process can take upto 90days to resolve and the bank may require a signature from the cust to contact the merchant on the customers behalf. So please, if you do c a trans from such unauthorised merchants, firstly try to contact the merchant themselves as this is the first ques we will ask our customers, then lodge disputes, then lastly have a discussion with us to c if blocking your card as compromised and reordering new cards is the best option for the customer. I sent an email to this adress: support2@globalcustomersupport.net and got answered like this:
Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for contacting our customer support.

We would like to inform you that on [protected]:48:23 you were charged for the shipping and handling cost for your risk-free trial. As you are aware the 15 day risk-free trial starts from the day of shipment of the order and implies that you have 15 days to try your order for free.

As stated in the terms and conditions of the purchase, which you accepted during the purchase process, if you do not cancel your account during the 15 days trial period, you will be charged for the product separately and thus the risk-free trial converts into a regular subscription. In addition we state that on 2009-12-05 according to the Terms and Conditions you would be charged the full price of the product and enter a monthly subscription cycle.

A monthly subscription means you will be periodically charged for the product that we are sending to you on a monthly basis until canceled. This monthly subscription starts from the date you subscribe. In accordance, on 2009-12-20, we would send you another monthly supply of the product, and your credit card would be automatically charged for this product. Please not this applies to accounts that were not canceled.

However, due to a technical error we were unable to adhere to the schedule. Since your account was not canceled until 2009-12-23 those charges were applied at the same time and we sent you another monthly supply of the product.

SUP*EXCLUSIVE BERRY ACAI BERRY

I also have NEVER ordered anything over the internet until I was offered a free sample of Acai Berry Detox, agreeing to pay only the postage. I have received nothing and today, December 9, I was charged $128.36 Australian under the name of Exclusive Berry.
THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.
BEWARE OF ANY FREE TRIALS OFFERED AND READ THE SMALL PRINT BEFORE AGREEING TO ANY FREE TRIAL
I have also had to cancel my credit card and the company is investigating it. But please can you do something to stop this kind of fraud. I, will never buy anything again over the internet, and allowing this kind of activity will certainly not be good for bona fide businesses. Claire Lawrence

I have had money taken out of my account for over a month by this fraud company. I only ordered a sample of acai detox pills once and paid for the delivery.
Then yesterday I saw that they have take large amount of money from me without my acceptance.
I have now closed my account and credit card and will go to the danish authorities.

I just signed up for this crap also and was fortunate to find these posts after just beeing billed for the handling and shipping of the "free sample". I turned suspiscious about the order info (They didn´t send the order number by email). I cancelled my VISA right away and that hurt alot because i was very fond of the easy pincode i had.

This is pretty disturbing from their website:

We take Credit Card fraud very seriously and considerate it a crime. Our Risk/Fraud Department will verify that the transaction is indeed fraud and was not ordered by you. In such case we kindly ask you to contact us and our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you. Please prepare the following information before calling or writing to us: name on your credit card, descriptor(s) on the charges, amounts, and date(s) of the charges, your billing and shipping address.

We would like to inform you that making a false claim is a criminal offense and you will be prosecuted if such claim is made. All information that you provide us, along with all related log files and IP addresses will be forwarded to the local police department and district attorney. In addition the governmental cybercrime agency will use this data to investigate and establish the physical location and computer from which the account was created.

i have had 4 ammounts of £75.85 taken from my credit card and there is no number to call i hope i can get this back through dipute i am not sure but my credit card wont even cancel this till i fill min a form this is complete fraud

Don't bother with the 1-800 numbers. When I called and started arguing with the lady she told me "I'm sorry, I'm busy, I have to go" and proceeded to hang up on me.

(it won't work on Internet Explorer, it will on Mozilla Firefox though).

Tell them you want your subscription cancelled IMMEDIATELY and that you want a refund as well. If they tell you they can't make it VERY clear to them that in their policys it states clearly that a refund can be made within 30 days of the charge appearing on your card. And make sure you tell them charging you and not sending you product is theft.

They may ask you for your banking information as they did with me, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. Be very persistant. E-mail them EVERY DAY demanding a refund to your credit card and they will do it.

$119 USD refunded to my VISA this morning. Good luck to all of you. The best way to beat this is patience and persistance.

Red wine wonder took 119n from my credit card christmas day and again 119 on dec 27th- I only discovered when my card was declined at an outlet after hols-

I am not able to find the site - has anyone succeeded in talking to these people? I rang 2 different numbers but was told it was not them?

My credit card company say they cannot help.

agreed, same thing! This is total BS! I just called my credit card and they told me to call [protected], it is the customer service for EXCLUSIVEBERRY. Once you cancel it, your credit card company can reverse the charges. Bas&tards, they are not getting away with this!

I had the same problem! I'm form Hungary and I have and idea. Maybe we can organise a group to find out who did this whole thing and how can they trick a lot of people. If we can solve we need to fight against this as much as we can! So if anybody want to do this write here I will check it every day!

here is my latest update
yesterday I again called the 800 number found on the request page if you indicate you are from Canada
I got the same old your account has been cancelled and when I said that it wasn't enough given that a charge had been made to my credit card on January 19, I was told I would receive a reply in a few days re the refund.
returned from work to find an email saying that the product was shipped on Jan 2 and well it must have been stolen or I didn't have a box big enough. Replied that my postal box was large and secure and that I refund.
this morning I received an email saying that while it wasn't policy they were going to give me a refund and that it should be in my account in the next few days
I replied that I would check my account on Monday and it had better be there as it didn't take more than 5 seconds to debit the account in the first place
will keep you posted and my suggestion is - get nasty and keep making the request
