On Sunday 2nd Nov 2008 I bought item Netgear WPNT834 RangeMax 240 Wireless Router. order no. 5525814. Item was NOT described as refurbished. On 14th Nov package arrived containing one grubby, marked, yellowed obviously refurbished unit with the makers serial number blacked out. No warranty card, no manual and a US power supply which is of no use in the UK. I contacted them and they said to return item but would not refund any mailing costs what so ever. Very unfair considering they have cheated me. After numerous emails they agreed on 21st Nov. they emailed to say they would mail missing items :-UK power supply and manual, also apologizing for the inconvenience. On 4th Dec I emailed to inform them that items had not arrived. they replied on 25th Nov saying
"After checking, Our product is compatible with the US power supply, not UK power supply .So we can't sent you any US power supply "
If their business was in the UK as I was led to believe by the site address, I would pay them a visit. being as it is in the US they feel they can cheat me out of my money and I can not go knocking on their door to complain. This company do not deserve any custom and should change there web address from '.co.uk' so other people do not get cheated as I have been

    superEZstore.co.uk - Customs duty
    SuperEZstore.co.uk
    United Kingdom

Although there no address on the website, this is a UK-registered website and all items are shown in GBP. Furthermore .co.uk is actually part of the store name, so one would assume this is a UK store. But this actually a US company and when the item I ordered arrived via Royal Mail, I had to pay customs duty to take delivery of the item! This is very deceitful.
