In good faith I purchased superdry shoes from Superdry UK for a gift, Order #: SUPERDRY_[protected] literally fell to pieces after ONLY days of use.The soles came away and came off in moments like nothing I have ever known.
This left a friend while in a City In Vietnam having to walk Barefoot to get home as the shoe sole came completely away.
I am very humiliated at this huge embarrassment over what we felt was a 'Quality pair of shoes' from Superdry that were given in a gift?
My Direct emails to Superdry CEO Euam Sutherland and Superdry Customer service and also their on-line form have gone completely Ignored, showing this company have complete deliberate indifference to customers concerns and complaints!
Stay away!!!
This company is a joke and I highly recommend you to stay away from them.
Instead of celebrating with my family, I am sitting here and writing a negative review and you know why? Because these cowboys sent me a terrible clothing for new year eve that's simply impossible to put on. I ordered the biggest size they had XXL (I wear the M size), and the same size for my fiance (he wears the L size). And what we got was sewn for little mice. Moreover, the quality was like the clothes were worn by someone.
Terrible.
We had several hours to find different clothes, we didn't expect it to be so horrible.
