Horrible haircut and I need it fixed. I asked for an angle starting at my chin going into a V in the back. Which is how it was already cut but I wanted it shorter. I got chopped and it's horrible and embarrassing. Charlene was the stylist who assured me she's been doing this for a long time and she knew what she was doing. I asked for the comb to show her the andle I wanted and she wouldn't give it to me. My hair is uneven, doesnt have a v and looks like a child got ahold of scissors on my head.
Desired outcome: Fix my hair from a different stylist.
Supercuts - rude. person tried cheating me and did a real bad job
Went to get a hair cut as usual, asked for A line hair cut . the picture shows what I got. She then tried to charge me $41.00, I asked for what, what about the senior Discount, she said you have to ask for it. I never have. Called and ask for the manager, She was the manager, so I hung up. I totally lost my temper and called her a [censored] which was totally wrong on my part. I've never done that before. Diane. I went to Great clips. They said oh my god thats terrible. We have to cut your hair shorter to fix it. So I spent $15.00 at Supercuts $11.00 plus $10.00 Tip she did fix it and treated me descent.
