Horrible experience I have a shih tzu dog, i call super star groomingI to cut her hair and my dog ​​had cysts on the skin and when they gave it to me it was full of cuts on the skin they removed the cysts with the machine and I can not understand because the dog mast be crying And they followed. doing that do her, Also my little dog had a little red eye and now it is inflamed and mare red. i call then to make the complaint and I was told that the gentleman said that those were uncluttered scraps. I am outraged and I feel a lot of pain for my dog. tomorrow im taking her to the vet but I do not recommend this place. They are not profecionales for anything please call someone else.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE GROOMERS! First things first, They were 2 hours late for the first appointment and they didn't even call to advise me! When I made the appointment I said do not use the number on file as my mom is out of the country, call my number. When they called the next day 2 hours after the appointment, they called my mother's number not mine. Then I specifically told them to not shave her, to trim her! I left that in the details of the account. They SHAVED HER and blamed it on my dog's caregiver saying that he told her to shave her! I MADE THE APPOINTMENT! not my dog's caregiver!

I have to say I am shocked by all the negative comments regarding this company. I have used then a couple of times and have been most pleasantly pleased with the results. I have two very aggresive dogs and was afraid that it would be impossble for anyone to groom them other than myself. I have a yorkie and a rat terrier and they were able to groom them both to my specifications. I live in Miramar Florida and will only use this company to groom my pets. Superstar Pet groomers did exceptionally well and exceeded my entire family's expectation. Thanks SUPERSTAR!

I had many dogs and many groomers they are the best. I man did not cut the dogs short enough they came right back. If you have a dog business you will always have problems you are dealing with live animals. Its not there fault.

This is the worst groomer I have ever used. I have used them many times the dog got a rash they never cut the dogs hair the second time and they wont call me back. Terrible service.

PLEASE PEOPLE BE WARE, READ and LISTEN to OTHERS experience with this company. Better save than sorry, This is a bunch of idiots that have no idea what GROOMING is, they are BUTCHERS! they will ask you what you want to be done, and do what ever they feel, they are not trained groomers, and will hold what ever you said against you, turn it around into he said you said situation, They will clip your dog down to the bone.. no shape or nail trimming, glands, ears, etc, as advertised. They are not customer oriented.. All they want is your monies, that is it, your loved baby is just a DOG and monies to them, they do not care about you nor your dog. The company is located in Hialeah, with a bunch of people that are not groomers at all..If you ask for your monies back, they will ignore your call, emails, The owner she is unprofessional in all aspect of the word. PLEASE LISTEN, if unsatisfied with the service do not PAY THEM call the police.. To get them to refund your monies is just PLAIN HELL.. I payed with my credit card 43.00 plus 1.00 for using the card.. I placed a dispute with the Credit card company, that takes 30 days more or less to be resolve, I drove to the main office in Hialeah with my dog in toll, after a fight with words back and forth, they would not admit that the job was sloppy and evil, they will not admit the wrong doing, l was able to get back my monies CASH, Took my $43.00 and left that dump hole so fast, SO KEEP YOUR monies and card if not happy.. they can't make you pay the "Driver/Groomer" by any means..
This has been one of those horror stories and a bad experience

Instead of letting the grommers come to me I decided to check out the building they also do the grooming there and when I arrived with my dog I explained to the lady in the front that its been a while since he has been groomed with you all because when the last they came to my house they do not follow orders they cut your dog the hair they they want to so I decided to come in so I told her cut him low but don't cut his skin as they have don before and her rude ### told me well h needs a cut down and I said I am aware of that just dont cust his skin and she said well I can't promise u that the groomers nt gone to cut his skin and I said you got to be kidding me and she said well you can take your dog and I said I will. Pls Pls don't take your dog there they don't care about aou animals they are just in it for the money and no one really speaks English they hire any one take your dog to some one who care and love there job.

I would have to say that I know more about Pet Grooming than this terrible service call Super Star Mobile Groomers in Miami. The haircut they gave my Maltese is the worst I have ever seen, I can't even call it a haircut, as it simply looks like someone got a shaver and just shaved my beautiful Maltese hair. Is completely uneven. Is unacceptable. In addition to this, they shaved part of my Maltese Tail which indicates to me complete lack of knowledge, as any pet groomer that knows they know not to shave a Maltese Tail. My dog looks like a rat. Everyone that has seen my dog is in complete shock that this was done by a grooming company. And on top of this she is scratching all over, so I now have to take her to the vet to have her skin, butt, ear, etc check as I think they don't use clean supplies. I would give this service "negative stars" as the job they did is the worst I have ever seen, it can't get any worst than this...run from them if you can. Please note that Pet Groomers don't require a license and are not closely supervise by the Government, so its very easy for pets to get infections from these services more so if they don't use clean supplies. RUN RUN from this company...
