Super Express / Missed international flight

Had reservation for airport shuttle for a exclusive shuttle 6/12/07. Shuttle was to make a 6.35PM flight on Lufthansa airlines. 4.00pm called [protected], asked if the driver was close were told driver was 10minutes away. 4.30pm called shuttle express office they informed me he was right around the corner. 5.10 pm driver arrives not in any hurry. Van for exclusive pickup smelled bad, was dirty.
Driver very unprofessional. At this point all i could do is hope for the best with traffic.

Called airline checking was closing 1 hour before departure. 5.35pm arrives still 30 minutes away in standstill traffic. Missed flight, missed meetings in Germany France. Tried to call manager Steve Bartell, left 6 messages will not return calls.

What can be expected with shuttle companies that give such bad service?
