Sunshine Suites / Worst ever

1 United States Review updated:

Unless you are into tiny cubicles, crowded rooms and nosey neighbors this setup will be great.

If you do not mind having your computer, files and your personal stuff out in the open with ZERO privacy.

Any professional person will know better, do not be fooled by the trendy atmosphere it is all a facade.

I just stumbled to this comment and have to say its absolutely wrong, Sunshine is exactly what its set up to be which is a networking environment to help people. If you are looking a huge office with closed doors, then I guess you can make an argument that its not for you. Although if you are a start-up or small company looking to control your costs while networking to hundred of business then I would be hard pressed to find a better solution. Just an opinion.

Overpriced ridicculous joke. they come on like theyre somehow this great gift to the community and supporting entrepreneurs. Don't be duped its all marketing glitz. They are real estate scam artists trying to squeeze every last dime out of you for a few feet of space where they can cram as many people in as possible.

Worked here for months. Terrible environment. Everything you do is watched and listened to by controlling management. You can't even use a conference room for a private meeting as anything you say or write down is taped and reviewed. Staff is rude and policies are not inforced- loud speakerphone calls, theater productions in a conference room disrupting entire office, companies constructing things in conference rooms using drills and hammers.

They also claim to hold networking events and to "help" small businesses grow. They do not do any of this. This company and it's management are frauds. Environment is over 10 years old and unkept- bathrooms and refrigerator are disgusting. They are simply selling micro-managed cubicles with broken down desks and furniture for a very high rate because it's Manhattan. Recently, a homeless person walked in off the street, walked into a cubicle (locks don't work) and stole a laptop.

So glad to be leaving!!!
