Sunshine Siberians review: cat breeder 3

Do not do business with SUNSHINE SIBERIANS! We drove 2 hour to meet with Micah Thompson. The kitten was not in the health as pictureds, skinny and stressed. Micah was moving from Texas to Tulsa Oklahoma (so beware of any "new" Siberian breeder in Oklahoma. She showed up without any paperwork and said she was in to big a hurry (professional, right?) She also told to my amazement that the cat had cried the whole trip and would only guarntee health for 24 hours. My wife had been super excited and waiting 5 days to pick the cat up so we were going to go ahead and get him even with all the red flags. When she insisted on a $500 extra neuter deposti I said I didn't think that was right since it wasn't in our original agreement and the kitten wil be a pet. I brought the paperwork from our femael Siberian showing she had been spayed. I asked her if we could negotaite on this single point of contention and she said yes. I told her I was uncomfortable forking over a deposit when I didn't have any paperwork, contract, wasn't mentioned on her website and I told here I read these other bad reviews and I wasn't confident I would get the $500 back. She stated she only had one bad review, she got mad, snatched the kitten from my wife's arms (unbelieveable!) jumped in her car and drove off. She won't return text or phone calls and has stolen $1,000 dollars from us. DO NOT let Micah Thompson, a horrible person to both her customers and kittens, break your heart and bank. I hope me taking the time to recount one of the worst experirence of my life helps someone else from getting ripped off.

There is good news though. We found an Excellent breeder who we will be adopting from, with full papers, videos and 2 hours of consultation. I won't message a name as Micah would use that to say it is competition. I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with her.

I too just had the worst experience with this breeder. I had a deposit on a cat and she knew I needed the cat for Christmas morning. My family has had the most tragic year and I had planned for a magical Christmas with a kitten . From the beginning, Micah was hard to talk to to nail down dates or times for me to figure out how to transport the kitten . She always said to be busy and not knowing her schedule, this I understand, but she also runs a business and the people buying her kittens are her clients . Well she cancelled and refunded my kitten with no warning, 4 days before Christmas . I have absolutely no other gift for my 3 children as this was our Christmas . She will not respond to me or to my husbands offer to drive 18 hrs round trip to get the cat . Please buyer beware. This is a selfish person who will ruin a special time for another family and not even care . Are you a competing breeder posting these comments? You are obviously not a customer of Sunshine Siberians. I am. I have owned one of her cats since 2014. I did visit her place in Weatherford with my family. I did spend over a couple of hours there seeing all her cats and kittens, as well as the parent of the kitten we purchased. The kitten, now a cat, has always been nothing but healthy and beautiful with the most perfect disposition. You give zero details on the diagnosis of the "sick" kitten which tells me you are spreading negative rumors about a kitten you did not own nor purchase. Your post should have been blocked on this site. We are buying our second kitten from Sunshine Siberians because they are the best breeders of Siberians.
