Sunoco customer service

The employee Chris that works at Sunoco at 912 Wayne Ave. Dayton Ohio is always rude to customers. Everytime I go in she has an attitude towards me and other customers. I go in to cash in some lottery scratch off tickets. And she's complaining that I failed to mention that one was a $50.00 winner. That she didn't have the cash, which she did. Cuz she was just complaining about everyone getting tickets. So she obviously had the money. She has been this way for years. And I want her terminated. She doesn't deserve to work there anymore with that type of attitude and disrespect to customers everytime they come in.

Sunoco terrible!! we will not back to this gas station again

This is the second time I have problems at this gas station because of the tremendously rude manner of its employees.
These girls are not professionals and they treat clients like trash.
This gas station is supposed to open at 6:00 AM but they arrive late and they get upset because customers start arriving and cannot get gas; instead of helping what they do incredibly is screaming and insulting customers.
I hope the manager checks in the cameras what happened today October 3, outside at the pump at 6:04 am and take the appropriate measures with this employee.
For now I can assure that neither I nor any of my employees will use this gas station again no-one deserves to be treated this way.

Sunoco gas

I drive a performance vehicle, I always buy 91 octane, today I filled up at the station I listed and my vehicle shuttered when I came to a stop, and know I don't have the power I normally have, can you look into this matter, the pump is the one closest to the door of the building, I'm very unhappy about this, now I have to get my tank syphoned, along with getting my vehicle looked at. please address this issue asap, I feel I can no longer purchase gasoline from this station, thanks Joe

Sunoco employee melinda tyndal

Employee too busy arguing with another customer left customers standing at counter while employee argued. Employee Melinda Tysdal was using profanity shooting birds and not one time did she call the police actually the customer called the police because the employee was so rowdy. This occurred at 1390 Garden st Titusville Fl the worst Sunoco Several complaints have been made about this employee and it seems Sunco doesn't care about the trash they hire it's sad I'm never going to that store again and I'm taking this to the media

Sunoco rudest cashier, no customer service!

      This is without question the worst experience I have ever had at any store! As I am walking into this store I said hello to a guy in the front of store smoking a cigarette by the front doors not caring who had to smell his smoke, he did not say hello back of course. I waited for the cashier to appear, little did I know it was the guy by the front door finishing his cigarette. Patiently waiting he comes in, walks behind the counter and says to me yes what is it. I laid my lotto scratch off on the counter in front of him and say I would like to cash this in and get a number 3. He rudely says how much is it, I laugh and replied 1 million dollars jk, jk, , he pushes it almost off the counter and says I don't have no money take your ticket. I tell him I was just teasing have a little humor, I know I can not cash that kind of ticket in here. I said it is just 35 bucks and I want a number 3 that is 20 bucks and that would leave you owing me 15 bucks. He then tells me he does not care take my ticket and leave right now. I ask the guy his name he tells me none of my business, then starts yelling at me to leave or he will call the police once again! So yes this was my breaking point with me being pleasant to him and told him what I thought very frankly. Then he threatens to call the police due to me being as rude as he was being to me.

This is very unacceptable behavior and I will not be treated like this ever, not to mention never spending my money in this store. This needs to be addressed cause I'm sure this is happening with more than just me. I will be spreading my horrible experience all over public media.

Sunoco customer service

I shop at the westfield street Sunoco in West Springfield Massachusetts quite often as I live right down the street. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessional customer service I was given tonight. Lisandra was very rude from the time I first walked into the store through the long line of customers and during my transaction. She clearly didnt want to be working. She was on her phone fighting with someone and using profanity. When it was my turn I asked for gas at my pump and a lottery ticket and she told me I needed to wait because she was busy. I told her I was in a rush and had somewhere to be. She rolled her eyes and used profanity. Unfortunately after the way I was treated I will not be coming back to this location and I will share my story with all of my friends and family whom will also most likely not be returning as well. We have enough going on in this world. Being treated poorly after being a loyal customer for years is a shame and something that we shouldnt have to worry about. Your loss.

Sunoco gas charges

Today I stopped to get gas on Liberty rd and filled my tank up with my debit card. After entering my pin information my car took 30.00 to fill up. I have a Hyundai Elantra it does not require much gas. After getting to my next destination my card is declined after I discover that your company has take 75.00 from my acct even after I put my pin into the system. I am furious! How is it possible to take debit information and still charge a card 45.00 more than what was used. This is an outrage and I am completely disgusted. Not to mention there is no one in the office to handle these kinds of matters. I demand something be done as I was embarrassed because there was money on my card that was removed without my permission

Sunoco restroom

I went to the restroom at Sunoco in Montgomery Pa store #16862. No toilet paper in the holder. The only toilet paper in there was ON THE FLOOR! The baby changing station was very filthy. The bathroom wrenched of strong urine. I Didn't use the bathroom. Clerk said he would clean it but he was by himself. I don't feel the clerk is to blame as he was working alone however I do feel it needs addressed ASAP as it is a health issue! I have pictures!

Sunoco horrible working environment

Need a new boss she doesnt know what she is doing at all she has back tracked my pay so much its insane they are mean cruel people that work there they always fight each other and its crazy the words they say about each other they dont even know how to do a schedule right and thats crazy a day you have off and they still have to call you in and your not even suppose to work that day

Sunoco employee

I went to purchase cigarettes with my husband at the Bala Cynwyd Sunoco in Pa
He had already purchased his cigarettes but the price was still on the screen. I asked him if he paid for his cigarettes he said yes. So we left. I walked back in to get a lotto scratch off at the machine to just here her complain about me. I bought my ticket and left. I won 2 dollars off that scratchie. So I went back in to cash it. Unfortunately it was the same employee. She snatched my scratchie from my hand and said hmmm! I then told her I wanted to make sure the cigarettes were purchased before we walked out and she then told me oh it would've been known if he walked out with unpaid cigarettes. Another employee was mopping and as I walked out she said don't BUST YOUR [censored] on the way out. I told her that I will be reporting her. It is Saturday so corporate is closed. I will be doing a major complaint about this inconvenience and incident.

Sunoco clerk/customer service

At 8:15am on Friday September 14, I chose my item which was marked .99 The clerk asked for 1.29. I said I thought it was .99. He barked "1.29!" I said well it's marked .99 He then barked at the other employee present to "go change the sign coz I'm not gonna deal with these customers over a couple cents". I said it's not a couple cents and I really don't need your attitude this morning either and took my change and left. I have been a loyal customer at this particular Sunoco and definitely will not return there. I will find out who the owner is and make sure I do not patronize any other establishments he or she might own.

I work at a Sunoco and I’ve had someone complain about something being 50 cents more. I agree the sign said $2.99 but came up as $3.50. I did give the guy 50cents back. It irks me when the signs aren’t what it comes up on the register because I can’t control the pricing and I’m not allowed to change the price unless it’s what my manager has put down. Sorry about the horrible customer service

Sunoco customer service

I'm a faithful customer. I usually stop and shop at the Aliquippa store where I'm treated with with kindness and I am known by name. I recently moved closer to my job and I've been stopping each morning at the Hopewell store. My concern is that there is a female clerk who treats me like garbage. My first experience, she stood and talked with a guy off to the side while I waited at least 4-5 minutes. The conversation was small talk and didn't sound important. There was joking and laughing while I just stood there. Once she came over to the counter, I asked to purchase cigarettes and she carded me. Her carding me wasn't an issue because I understood that she was just doing her job. But I She made me feel uncomfortable as if I was interrupting her or an inconvenience. I ran out to my car and grabbed my license and came back to finish my purchase. Now, fast forward to tonight. I stopped on my way home from work because I didn't feel like driving to Aliquippa store and of course she carded me. That wasn't a problem because when I pulled up and saw that she was working, I made sure to grab my license and by the way I'm 45 yrs old. I asked to trade 2 lottery scratch tickets for 2 more and she told me " It's 7:03pm and we don't do lottery after 7pm. I explained to make sure that she knew that I had scratch tickets and wasn't interested in playing any drawings and she repeated that she isn't allowed. Not only have I never heard of this, there was a young white guy behind me who purchased chewing tobacco. She didn't card him. I'm African American and I've never been quick to think someone was treating me differently but this lady made me feel like My kind shouldn't come in this store. I will never stop there again. I will drive to getgo before I continue to allow anyone to treat me this way or make me feel like I'm not wanted. I didn't catch her name because I wanted to get out of there. This happened today Wednesday September 12th at approximately 7:03pm. I was going to post my anger on my Facebook page. I haven't decided not to and I will probably post when I calm down but I wanted to let the company know who/what is representing them

Sunoco subway

Went to the sunco/subway in Penn yan and the employee that made my sub just threw it together quite literally. I barely got any lunch meat or cheese on my sandwich and had to pay 6 dollars for 12 inches of bread. I'm not impressed by any means and think the employee should be trained or fired. Dont hold off on customers that pay out the bum for these things.

Sunoco e85 fuel

The e85 fuel in the stripes 1401 E Southmore Ave Pasadena, TX 77502 United States is allways pumping super slow. They only have one pump working half the time and they are almost allways out of e85 fuel. The only pump that works takes 20 minutes to fill up a 10 gallon tank on a car. I love the quality of your fuel since it allways test's 90% but the service rendered needs to improve. Several people are already discussing this issue on social media and all they want is good service.

Sunoco they stole $50 off my bank account

I went in Sunoco at Trenton, NJ.I specifically told the employee working outside that I wanted $25 dollars of gas. The employee stole $75 off my card to pay with gas money which I never told him to. The cash app didn't inform me until a day later. All I'm saying is give my money back and get that person fired...that person was supposed to follow directions from the customer and I also noticed there was something strange about him like he was doing it intentionally but I didn't think nothing of it. That was so unprofessional by his part and If i would've given this place no stars, I would!

Sunoco full service attendant in new jersey

Stopped to get gas at a new Jersey rest stop. The older man there was extremely rude and told us to go to the other attendant. When the younger attendant informed me it would be a 15 minute wait to get gas I moved to the side the older man was. He was extremely rude again and tried to fight with my younger brother in law. We just needed to get gas and go. It took 25 minutes to get $5 in gas. Would have filled up even though it was $3.00 a gallon but decided to get $5 because the attendant was trying to fight a 20 year old. Pretty crazy that someone can be employed by a company as big as Sunco and trying to pick fights with customers trying to fill up. To top it off he threatened to call the police because we hung up the nozzle and grabbed the receipt. This situation was extremely uncalled for and unnecessary. I will run out of gas before I ever stop at a Sunoco again.

Sunoco complaint against your store manager amanda friese (mt. rose york, pa)

Amanda Friese, Manager Of Your Mt. Rose, York, Pa Location, Is The most Disrespectful Manager I've Ever Met. She Puts All Of Her Employees Business On Her Facebook Page Ad Complains About Them And Her Job Constantly On There. Feel Free To Look At Her Page. Also, A While Back A Friend Went To That Store And Used Their EBT Card. A Receipt Was Printed And The Food Was Bagged. The Next Day We Went There Amanda Friese Accused My Friend Of Not Paying For The Food. This Was Done I Front Of Customers And She Was Very Disrepectful. The Employee Ringing Up The Order Used The Wrong Machine Which The Customer Would Never Have Known Especially Since A Receipt Was Given And It Was Bagged. Amanda Even Threatened To Call The Police Even Though It Was Her Employee Who Screwed Up And She Demanded Money From My Friend. Something Needs To Be Done!

Sunoco would not give price chopper points off for gas

i had 90c off per gallon of gas from price chopper to be used at sunoco. i went to sunoco/royal food mart at 997 e main st cobleskill ny 12043
i gave the employee my price chopper point card. he told me to fill up and press PAY INSIDE which i did
he scanned my price chopper card and it said 90c off per gallon
i then went to pay and he was charging full price $50.64
i told him he did not take off 90c a gallon
he said card was not working
i have the scan he gave me that says 90c off a gallon and the receipt i had to pay in full $50.64
he told me there was something wrong with my price chopper card and to call them
i called today and spoke to alyssa
she confirmed there is nothing wrong with my card and it does indeed say 90c off a gallon
she advised me to write a complaint
this is not the first time this gas station has refused
last time he swiped my card but i was unable to buy any gas because he said the gas lines were frozen
then next time i went i found out he had used my points for another customer and i was down to 0!
because of this i will als0 be losing 20c in points if i dont use by 8/31, which i wont because i just filled up the car
i think you should investigate this sunoco gas station

Sunoco service in this store

i have been using this gas station as long as it has been on 200 St. James blvd in goose creek, sc. I thought it was just me but I left out of there a week ago feeling insulted and shocked. Then even more shocked when I realized one of the people behind the counter was the manager. So I began going to the Sunoco on hwy 52 just a few blocks away, and got into a conversation while in line of why I was in that particular station, only to hear from the young man behind me that he also stopped going there because of the treatment he received when he went there. The manager called me back after 5 days only to take the side of the employee even after saying she watched the video, clearly the video was not the conversation between myself and the people currently there when I was there. There was no mention about there being NO receipt EVER in the GAS PUMPS so the last 3 times I came there I had to go inside, her conversation to that was she watched the girl put the receipt in my hand THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE, there was no mention of how the cashier said in a very SCARASTIC voice that I was having a bad day, there was no mention how the cashier went on addressing me to the next customer whom she did not realize WAS A NEIGHBOR OF MINES... the man prior to me which I asked the manager if she also reviewed how he was treated because his EBT card would not work. FACIAL EXPRESSIONS SAY A LOT. The cashier whose name is TC even went as far as to address how she did not like Goose Creek... I would hope if nothing else there is some kind of training provided to your team at this store because it is going down since your current management is in place. There are a lot of other new stations in the area, but for convenience I guess we might all have to start trying to drive a few extra miles if things can't change back and this becomes the norm.

Sunoco complaint about cashier

I hope you will find this message in best of your health! Today we visited to Sunoco gas station. We put gas in our car then we bought some stuff (chicken and drinks). The cashier was full time busy on mobile phone and he was not paying attention to our order for even a single second. Due to using mobile he charged us extra. When we figure it out i just asked him to check the receipt again but he was still busy on his call and denied that he didn't charged us extra. When I explained everything and he realized that he is wrong he just misbehaving and just us he don't want to sell anything to us. Attached is the copy of that receipt.
