Sunlite Industries review: Ripp off Sunlite industries in pompano of Atlantic and 21 street 30

I recently found out that Heather and Joh have left the company. I'm sure there is no sunlite Industries any longer because they were the glue. Th meetings that John spoke at taught ne so much. He is an intelligent man, honest sincere and really wants his emplyees to do well. Heather is so positive and she should be the CEO not Bob... I learne more from her and John and hopefully theier not totalyy disgusted and will open another location. I worked for them for 2 months. I quit when I found out John n Heateher left. Im a single and they gave me a gaurantee to support my family. They even offered to have Heather to watch my son while John went out on the road with me... U dont meet special people like them everyday. There may have been problems with Ken n Bob, but I didnt work closely with them. I got paid weekly with bonuses for working oveftime any my dedication. I just found they have left because of the problems with Mr. Bob coffey. To bad because the company has gone under. Probasbly because they left. They had lots of people working under them and unfortunately they were not in charge of payroll, just training... But they took money out of their own pockets to pay me because they saw potential. Heather underdstands how hard it is to be a single MOM ans went out of her way to put money in my pocket to keep my house paid and my child fed... I will never forget the way she went out sellinh and didnt want a dime. She worked hard door to door, sweating. But wanted me to stay. I would have but since they left there is no reason for me to stay there without the. Heather n John if u read this, Thank u both for believing in me and helping me out. If u open another company, I will be right there... U are great teachers ans i learned a lot from you both... Thanks again and please dont let these negative postings make u feel bad. YOUR BOTH GREAt at what u do and deserve ur own company that will prosper because of your dedication and feelings toward others. keep up the hard work. Thes epostings abve afe out of line. I had the chance to work under John Green and Heather Fay and can say 100 percent that I had the best of teachers. They gave me a chance, believed in me, , , I have never sold anything door to door but they came with me for 5 days, hot sun, car pooling. They were there, They actually sold bottles of perfume on their own and let me keep all the profit simply because they saw potential in me and wanted me to stay positive, Heather was a doll, a great teacher who was patient, motivating, and so easy going. John Green was just the same and i learned so much from his inspirational meetings. He is an intelligent man and knows how to make money. It takes time and the people that posted above just didn't give it enough time. It takes time to make money and the fact that they took it out of their own pockets to keep me employed with them shows me their dedication. THEY WERE THE BEST TEACHERS I'VE EVER LEARNED FROM. I think the Company is awesome. I did everything they asked me to do and the did everything they said they were going to do. I opened my business and make over 60K my first year and now in my second year, I should clear six figures. The difference is I was a hard worker and most of the people in my training program didn't work. They expected something for nothing. I never invested one single cent, they paid for everything, my investment was hard work and sweat. Even the processing deposit I got back after 2 weeks, just like they said I would. The people who never started can surely give an opinion. But if you didn't start, then what do you really know about it being real or fake, you only assuming and unfortunately most people always assume the worst. Good luck to all

Sun Lite Industries is a disgusting scam. The first thing they tell you in their 30 person second interview is that they are not scam artists like all the other scams in the "scam capital" of South Florida. They say that they are from New York where business is real. They don't mention that half the frauds in South Florida are the ### from New York who come down to scam South Floridians. Everything said by the complainants is absolutely true save for the silly fools who are blinded to the realities.

They won't give you the name of any Sun Lite store that ever opened and dangle $40, 000 plus commissions and bonuses for the first year. Of course, they use intimidation to steal the labor of the suckers. Ken even told me on my first interview that I could make seven figures after ten years. They are in direct criminal violation of labor laws including minimum wage requirements when they don't pay you. And they clearly define you as an employee for the first year. I am a retired attorney and Bob, John, Heather and Ken are absolute garbage. They don't talk about the business, only about their failures in the past so they "are just like" the suckers in the audience. If the BBB doesn't stop allowing to post their membership in the office they are a joke.

Happily, because I was well armed with knowledge from the internet, this page and the [redacted], I went just to see if it was true. They threw me out when I grimmaced and told the fool next to me that it was a scam. When I walked out I spilled the beans to everyone who were about to have their time and integrity stolen. I just laughed inside listening them pull every ### ploy to make everyone beg to be selected. "We should pat ourselves on the back because they had 400 calls but only the lucky 30 were chosen to attend the 'second interview'; dress for success; we're not a commission business; write down notes and all the cities in South Florida where we have open stores; we curse a lot to get our point across; the 'big bosses' are here; it takes 6 to 12 works to train (what about working as an apprentice in a store instead of shaking down friends and relatives".

I have never seen before such a scam which steals people's work and time instead of their money; the smell of these people is atrocious, just like their products. The State of Florida DPR, the Counties. the Labor Boards, BBB and the police look like ### for not closing Sun Lite Industries down immediately. Of course, Sun Lite blames it all on the victims for getting in the way of the bullets.

The fact that they can steal money from innocent people that have no money in the first place is appalling. Overall, what and how I feel about this opportunity is enjoyment and empowerment. I`m excited about starting and being the owner of my own business. OWNER DOESN'T ADDRESS PROMINENT ISSUES !

I have checked back today to see if there has been any progress in detering this so called "company", and I am glad that the BBB has gotten involved and put a plan in place to take these scam artists of the streets.

The owner that submitted his two sense above, still doesn't address the questions/ issues at hand. He or she thinks they're still pitching recruits and/or potential employees. They will give you the same company lines like: there is negative issues in every company, misery loves company, if you work hard you can achieve anything, and so on and so forth and blah blah blah...

However, what he or she DOESN'T tell you is that this "company" runs a pyramid scheme based on unethical business practices that has recruits scamming ( no soliciting licences) knock off perfume on the streets. Conducting "contests" to lure recruits to burn bridges with their family members and indirectly forcing them to buy their product is simply sad.

In addition, the "opportunity" that they preach is there biggest marketing tool.
Its what lures recruits to call and get through the door.
All it is is mastering the direct sales portion of the training program. THATS IT! Once you have done that and our ready in the eyes of the office manager then you will take the risks that every entrepreneur does. Sign your name on a lease, pay out of pocket for newspaper ads, office decor, etc, etc

In addition, you will pay Larry Hahn $3000 for merchandise that costs him $300. You then proceed to continuing the BS cycle luring recruits through YOUR doors with the same questionable tactics and business philosohies.

At this point you have become "succesful" in their eyes. But the sad truth is you are a completley different person because you have been alienated from the people that care about you the most and just surrounded yourself with these scam artists.

Those are SOME of the issues that you will NEVER hear from an owner at first, which is why the have such a bad reputation.

Now I am an even keel person, so I will say to those who ask: Can I make money in this business? Absolutley! But you want to make the RIGHT kind of money, the type of money that doesn't lie, cheat, or steal anything from those in need. It takes a special person to stick through this training program and eat all the BS that they feed.

In closing, if you want to try this go ahead. Just check your ethics and morals at the door. Use these complaints as YOUR tools to combat these guys on the issues that the may pitch or try to persuade.

I know the last person that wrote this was John Green and BLACK don't worry just give me your email addresses I work with the a bureau that's been investigating this company for a while. They've always been able to skip out once we get closet but this time they're not going anywhere. It's like the kid who takes his ball and gos home. People steal merchandise and you applaud them for it. People leave the meeting and go home for the day and expect to get paid for that. It's sad that this medium of the internet provides a way for liars and thieves to cast a shadow of negativity. Anyone who is successful at this business has better things to do with their time. I wish all of you the best and have no ill will towards those who chose to obsess over their failures. I went undercover at Sunlite Industries to see if all of these horror stories are in fact true. They are. Everything posted above is accurate and 100 % truthful.

Bob Coffey is a seasoned professional scam artist and will try to manipulate everything about you little by little. He desperately tried to downplay all of the complaints that you might have heard or read, but the fact of the matter is if you have a decent set of morals and can not be brainwashed you won't buy it.

From the second you enter that place you get a false sense of security and an uneasy feeling in your stomach. I will by pass their way of running the business (lots of swearing, yelling, loud music). The fact is the Better Business Bureau has an outline and they DO NOT fit any of the criteria. Red Flag #1

Times are tough and they are making 300-500 dollars every time they set up an interview. Do not give them ANY money for a background check, they keep that too. Red Flag #2

Ffar- Friends, Family and relatives is there biggest money maker. Simply put, as an employee you are supposed to "practice" on these people because they know that they won't turn you down and will buy out of pity.Red Flag #3

They cover their tracks pretty well. Its all cash, no papertrail. They re-direct your attention and try to convince you that this is the proper way to success. Which many would dispute.

Their classes and/or motivational chants/ pitches are all geared for you to become an illegitamate businessman with questionable morals. I had my tape recorder record all the classes and have given it to my superiors at the Better Business Bureau.

They have flown under the radar for many years, adding more illegitamate bracnches throughout the country. My sinnopsis on this particular branch is that if they would'nt lie on their ad and be completly honest from the initial interview, then maybe they would have such a bad reputation.

People can rest assured there is a plan in place to get to the root of the the issue which is Scentura Creations in Atlanta, GA.

For the time being, my recommendation would be to stay way from this place and let us work our due dillegence.

This is a scam and I feel sorry for all the people that wasted their time and money working for us. All Bob cares about is money, he will "white" lie to you everyday that you are there. He makes money simply because he is on the top of the pyramid. I separated from him because I couldnt take it no more, the lies, enemies, harassing phone calls from the state, and the empty promises. Receiving money by illegitamate means is what this company is all about. They are spreading all over the country so be aware! You never receive a paycheck and are brainwashed from the moment you step foot in that office. They are being sued at their old location for not scamming people to pay their rent. They are operating all over the country with different names. Its a pyramid scheme for the ages. they have tactics that will steal your integrity and your morals. FFAR- friends family and relatives are who youre supposed to practice on and sell to because they know that they wont turn you down. Bob "coffee" and "ken" run the show but I think its just a matter of time before their luck runs out and a dog has its day.

Dont be fooled as they try to redirect all the criticism they receive by calling those people negative. No Bob, just realistic. I remenber while I was there he printed out all of the complaints they received and compared it to the complaints received from Walmart BIG difference in terms of companies. No structure, empty promises, lies, and a BIG waste of time.

I COULDNT AGREE MORE WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS THAT I'VE BEEN READING. LIKE MANY OF MY FELLOW HARD WORKING EMPLOYMENT SEEKING CITIZENS, THIS HOLE IN THE WALL SCAM WILL LOOK TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE WEAK MINDED AND SUCK EVERYTHING THEY CAN OUT OF YOU ( TIME, MONEY, GAS, INTEGRITY, ENERGY).

HERE IS MY STORY I WAS INTERVIWED BY ALLEN ROSARIO, ( A KID THAT IS NOW IN JAIL FACING CHILD ABUSE CHARGES) AND HE TRIED TO BE BRIEF RUSHING THE INTERVIEW, HALF ASSING MY QUESTIONS TRYING TO SELL YOU ON THIS AND THAT OR WHAT HAVE YOU. HE INSTRUCTED ME TO ATTEND A 2ND INTERVIEW WITH BOB COFFEE ( A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC, CRACKHEAD), SMELLING THE ### ALREADY, AND NEEDING A JOB, I THOUGHT IT THROUGH AND SHOWED UP WITH AN OPEN MINDED ATTITUDE. ONCE I SAW THE TYPES OF PEOPLE THAT WERE "WORKING" THERE MY SUSPISIONS WERE CONFIRMED THAT THIS WAS A BUNCH OF LOW CLASS SCAM ARTIST LOOKING TO PREY ON THE WEAK MINDED. AS I SAT THROUGH THE INTERVIEW I KEPT INTERRUPTING BOB AND HIS PILL-POPPING OLD MAN SIDEKICK "KEN" WITH AN ABUNDANCE OF QUESTIONS THAT THEY CLEARLY DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE ANSWERING, I BEGAN GAINING THE ATTENTION OF THE ENTIRE GROUP. AFTER IGNORING MY QUESTIONS I FIRMLY ASKED HIM TO SEE THE CONTRACT THAT IS GUARENTEED FOR 40 K, ONCE HE IGNORED ME, I TOLD HIM IN FRONT OF THE GROUP TO STOP ###ING WASTING OUR TIME AND TO TAKE THAT ### PLAN AND TO GO ### HIMSELF. ONCE I GOT UP AND LEFT THE ENTIRE GROUP AND HALF THE WAITING ROOM LEFT WITH ME. BOB WAS PERPLEXED AND HIS FACE WAS TOTALLY RED, HIS "WIFE" CHANTEL( A HOOKER WITH A BIG SCAR ON HER FACE) GOT TOLD TO GO ### HERSELF AS WELL. THE MORALE OF THE STORY IS THAT I LEFT A DENT IN THAT PLACE WHEN I LEFT AND IT RESONATED WITH EVERYONE ELSE .
