This is not a case of sour grapes. I have more experiance in in-home furniture delivery than the owner, operations manager and the driver manager at this company that claims to "be the best in the business". We do our job under the impression of fear, wondering if this is our last trip. Ihave two daughters, age 9 and 2 that I constantly miss so that Mr. Phillips and his so called "experts" can make their living without regard as to how hard our life really is. All i'm asking is to think how hard we have it and thank god we do what others are scared to do. By the way the company i'm refering to is Sun Delivery.

I ordered an over $10,000 bed in June 2022 from Neiman Marcus. In November, I was told the bed was being shipped to me. On 12.9.22 the bed was delivered to me WITHOUT the headboard, footboard and side rails. How multiple companies (Neiman Marcus, Bernhardt and Sun delivery) review a order and no one notice THERE IS NO BED is beyond me. I still have yet to receive my bed. Smh

January 2, 2023: It was supposed to be delivered today between 8am-8pm. I take off work, make the appropriate arrangements, stay at home all day only for them to say can they come later at night. No, we agreed on between 8 and 8. I have other obligations and besides I don't feel comfortable having two strange men in my house this late. Why can’t you deliver during the time we agreed upon seeing how long I’ve been waiting. You can’t come during a 12 hour window? I've sent numerous emails requested a supervisor to call me and heard nothing. It's pathetic!

Well. Sun Delivery Service no longer must be concerned with corresponding with me nor about delivering my table after 42 days. Due to Sun Delivery negligence, the seller unceremoniously made the decision to issue a refund to me rather than continue with this arbitration. As of this date, I no longer have a reason to fight the good fight against Sun Delivery Service for damages to my table nor delivery delay of a table that I never received! Good luck to anyone using this company to deliver anything on time or in one piece!

I agree that Sun Delivery could be considered negligent. I have waited for Sun Delivery Service, LLC to deliver my Kitchen Table since April 14, 2017: 37 days have passed. My kitchen table sat in the Sun Delivery warehouse for several weeks before I finally made contact with them to inquire why it is taking so long to deliver my table and I was told that the table top had been damaged in transport and needed to be repaired. I was then notified on two separate occasions that the table would be delivered within 10 to 12 days, each time I spoke with them. More delays and more excuses. Now they want to schedule delivery on Monday, May 29, Memorial Day. Eight days more, making it a full 42 days since April 14. I don't believe that Sun Delivery Service even delivers on Holidays or weekends-

The worst company I have ever seen. Delivered furniture in a terrible condition. Total lack of professionalism. I don't recommend SUN DELIVERY at all, not even to pack a lunch!

All of the above from Larson is true this company is like working for a prison camp they use fear against employees. They also have the highest turnover rate in the county but lowest unemployment paid out. I was once a manager for this company and saw them treat employees horrible.The people that got hurt working hard for them got fired as soon as they got of workers comp. Owner would not give Christmas bonuses but came to work in a brand new Hummer. I total agree with above guy if you want to pay twice as for same service as others then use this company

Larson you dont have no reason to talk about rick and the orhers u mentioned like that you problably dont show up to load ue truck so yeah u gonna have issues. Sun delivery is a a great company to work for if you. Inspect. It like you bought it load it like its yours. And take care of it like you paid for it you want have a issues i have kids to. You must be a lazy person.

Missed delivery.

Yesterday, they called me at 330pm (an hr and a half before delivery was scheduled) before their scheduled delivery four hour window of 5pm-9pm and they told me that they would not make it and that they would now be coming the next day between 9am-1pm. No apologies or expression of understanding regarding the inconvenience. Just an expectation that we can skip work on their whim.

For anyone with a job - their expectation and lack of consideration for their customer - is completely pathetic.

So, here I am now, the very next day, and now I am writing this complaint because they have not only failed to call one hour in advance of the re-scheduled delivery as they promised yesterday - but they are also not even here yet and it's after 1pm and passed the four hour delivery window that they rescheduled. Who knows if I get a call or if they come - it's just terrible service.

I do not have positive comments about this company. They have delivered for me before - and while there were no problems on those deliveries - the overally impression I have of this company is very very low.

I am not sure who you are because we do not have an employee by that name but if you are an employee of our company, you already know that my door is always open to any employee to come and sit down with me and discuss any issue and that if there is anything we can do to resolve it, we will. So again, if you do work for us now, you are welcomed to come to my office and let me know what is bothering you. Obviously it is not small since you went to the trouble to issue this blog. However, it may be something we can resolve very easily and if so, we will. If we can't, I will be honest with you and tell you that as well.
