Sudha Travels Very rude

09/24/2016- I tried to book a ticket on Sudha, but my world came crumbling apart with my year and hald daughter being admitted in the hospital with Pneumonia and my mom with diabetic complications and I am with a 1 month old baby after C-section and 4 yr old son to take care of. I didn't get a chance to call them back since I wasn't in a condition to call and there were other things in priority and the mail got submerged in tons of emails.
Three wks later, I get a call from Sudha travels abusing me. I pick the call and a lady is abusing me on the other side of the line. I tried to apologize and she kept on abusing me. I normally am very courteous to return any call I receive. This is the first time ever I heard of a business called to shout at a customer using very bad language.
There is no way I will ever use to book them and would recommend everyone to use the travel agency. This is the worst service I have received ever and would warn every one to stay away from them!

Sudha Travels ill mannered customer care executives

I have never across this rude behavior of any customer care executives in my whole life! The lady who called me when I mailed them for a flight firstly assumed that I am going to fly from NY itself. She should have confirmed it first. Then when i told that I am not going book the itinerary they provided to me then she started shouting and abusing me over phone. I would never recommend anyone dealing with this booking agent.

Sudha Travels Horrible customer service

I had a horrible experience with this travel agency and would never go back to them again. I had booked a ticket from them and never got a confirmation for more than 3 weeks. I once called them from office to enquire about it and the lady on the other side was like "Hello...Can you hold" and she would not wait for my reply and kept me on hold. She came back after a couple of minutes and was like "Can you hold again...". I told her, "Please do not put me on hold again, I am calling from work and I have a very small request"...She was like "We have things to do here as well, do you think we sit idle all the time?" I was stunned and told her, "I am paying you money for what you are doing for me" and she was like "For the $20 that you pay for each ticket what other customer service do you expect from us"? I was calling from work, or else I would have given her a mouthful then and there...
This is by far the worst travel agency I have ever come across. I would advice everyone to avoid them at any cost...

Guys even I have faced same situation. I guess they are fraud...We have lost money too.The lady at the customer service just know one sentence--"Hello...Can you hold" and she would not wait for reply and will keep customers on hold. Someone should throw light at these fraud companies.Innocent people are losing their hard earned money.

Sudha Travels Very Rude

7th Jan 2012 by Annam :- the lady who respond to the phone calls, i am very much disappointed with the way she talks.. she is so rude and she don't know the manners how to talk. i just asked about flight details and she blocked that dates on my name... and when i want to buy..she was terrible no one asks a customer to visit bank personally and transfer the amount to their business account. this is first time .. i faced the problem.. and then i said i cant she force me to do it.. she literally blackmailed .. either take or go... OK i said cancel it.. even after 4 days she kept it with her with out cancelling.. she is so stupid.. i never gone thru that type of lady... she talks irrelevant.. when i asked her on 4th day why u didn't cancel . she simply said 'why u bother'. and she used some bad words also to say that she wont cancel... this is the first time i faced ..i felt myself ashamed by listening to that words.
i wont suggest anyone to go in to these type of problems... she is horrible...

'If you read it properly, you will see it properly. you are not reading it properly. that is the problem" Ha! these are the first words with the customer who is trying to understand her mail. How come anybody gets that frustrated with a customer as soon as they start conversation? What is Sudha trying to say..."I dont care if you buy from me or not". Well, she is not the only option I have... If you have any amount of self respect, she is not the right person...

I had some good online deals and just wanted to check if they could offer me better deal, i sent her a mail. She did not respond and so i called her and told her about the mail. She said she is very busy to check the mail. So i went on with the call n she was so rude n said this is what i offer, if u want this book it otherwise hang up, u dont need to call me if u have a good deal...
The worst customer service and very arrogant. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...

Sudha Travels $2000 were lost because they did not cancel my ticket

I have booked a ticket through Sudha Travels to travel to India. 10 days before my intended departure date, my plans changed and i had to cancel the ticket. I called Sudha Travels and left them a message and I sent an email asking them to cancel my ticket. After the travel date, they contact me telling that they did not cancel the ticket and i were to lose the 2000$ paid towards the booking. When i tried to discuss the matter with her, she just hung up the phon and would not take any more phone calls from me!

Worst ever customer service and if you need any reasonable amout of service from a travel agent, stay away from Sudha Travels!

Sudha Travels talking manners

They dont know how to talk to customer. very bad. They are very arrogant as if they are doing some favor to us, infact, we are doing favor on them by taking tickets from their travel agency. I would never reccomend any friend to go to Sudha travels to book their tickets.

Please be aware of this company. They took me for ransom, gave wrong information and not ready to cancel booking done thru them. The customer service is rude and unprofessional. Even when I wanted to cancel it, they were not ready to cancel the booking.

Agree.. I called sudha travels to pre-pone my travel date, and the lady who picked phone showed no manners of talking, needless to say they didnt obliged to change the date. This will be first and last time I will go to sudha travels.

Hey dont ever try to book a ticket through sudha sucking travel agency, they are very rude guys my friend me told aboot them in advance but i was in a hurry to book tickets, they will get bankrupt if this is the customer care they have, i think they are working form India if not they might have known the ethics to speak here with people, blady buggers.

Sudha Travels Worst Customer Support

Worst customer support i ever seen. I called Sudha Travel to make a reservation and i believe Sudha picked the Phone. i am just suprised the way she handled my request. I asked them very basic question like best fare for my itinerary with flexible dates but she responded to me in such a tone that i am just astronished. VERY BASIC QUESTIONS ! but attitude of this person is very bad to respond my request. I am fortunate that i did not made my booking with this agent. Dont waste your time with this Agent. I am sure they will go out of business very soon.
I am also a business man and i always wish that i treat everyone with sweet and respest but i just suprised the attitude of this agent.

Sudha Travels No proper manners when talking to customers!

I am totally disappointed with the kind of customer service they are providing. They do not speak to their customers with proper manners. I feel this should not be the way to talk to the customers, they need to be polite and if they cannot maintain it they need to be out of that business, as i feel Travel Agents have to take care of whole travel.

I got the ticket from them, the online airline was costing some 1585, but they charged 1665, when i asked why is this difference, they said to book from that airlines. Not properly way of replying. Every call to them to find out my travel details had been attended with least care and rude voice.

I got a lesson and will try not to book any of my tickets again with Sudha Travels Inc.

Worse Customer Service
Never talks politely to customer, very rude, impatient. Never tries to understand customer needs in providing good flight deals. Got irritated with the way they talk and respond to customer queries.
If you people are very impatient in responding customers better shut off your service. You will be loosing more customers if you manage the same rude way.

These sudha travel guys are No.1 fraud. They are just charging extra money and customer service is real horrible. That one lady is a bi*ch who picks up the phone and hangs up and if we call again she keeps customers on hold for hours. Horrible service, never trust them or book tickets with them

we recently books tickets through sudha travels. I haven't seen the reviews too before making the booking. Really horrible people, they don't have any manners, minimum courtesy towards customers. We asked them to book the flight for 13th, they booked the ticket and sent out itinerary for 13 th. We have arranged everything to according to that date. Finally when I called the airlines to confirm, the travel date was wrong, they said we have the ticket confirmed on 14th, instead of 13th. So I called Sudha travels to talk about this, she didnt have the cuortesy to ask me to hold or say something, she's just gone and put all the blame on me, she didn't even apologize. She was saying everybody makes mistakes, unfortunately that happened with you, you should've confirmed with the airlines the day u received ur itinerary, like that. I talked to the manager, he was also same kind. These people are very irresponsible, worst customer service. I strongly don't recommend them to any body.

Horrible experience with the lady, I have not seen the reviews before making the bookings. Otherwise I would have not booked the tickets with the lady. I am not sure how she is able to manage the business inspite of all these feedbacks.

Sudha - Please close your shop and go for some training on how to effectively provide a customer service. You don't have any ethics.

I would never go with her again.

Very much dissappointed by the customer service..Normally we will expect travel people to be friendly but it is just opposite...

they issue ticket(E-ticket and confirmed) to me from JFK, without my notice they changed it to EWR. because of them i faced lot of problem on that day.

Sudha Travels Customer service sucks big time

I had an experience of a sudha representative (a lady) saying 'get lost' to me over the phone when I asked her to email me the itinerary.

When I asked the agent to email me the itinerary, the agent started giving me a lecture regarding people shopping around and that she didn't want to waste time if I am planning to do so.

I told her that you are being rude and if you do not want to email me the itinerary you can say that to me. She got pissed when I told her that and she said 'get lost' to be. I gave a good reply to her and hung up.

I found the whole incident amusing since the agent was behaving as if she has a monopoly over all the airline tickets being booked from US.

After the incident, I wanted to email a complaint and was searching in google for sudha travels contact info. I could see lots of complaints posted online by different people saying that the agent is very rude. I should have checked about sudha travels before calling 'the idiot' there.

I too even have a very bad experience with the Customer service. The lady who spoke to me is very very rude. She asked me for the airline preference and I just said that, any airline is fine, just the fare matters. She kept me on hold for 2 mins and she said to me " Its waste of time, talking to you on the phone" There is no cheap price. I started asking her that "Is this the way, you speak"? She said that " any how its $1400 and you will not spend this much, as you are looking for a cheaper price, so why to waste my time". How idiot she is...plz dont loose the valuable customers just because of her.

I totally agree with the view points presented here, the customer service sucks BIG TIME, she SOLD me an UNCONFIRMED ticket and I had to literally FIGHT to get my money back...BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GO TO SUDHA or Her SIS LATA, they are NASTY and RUDE and so is Sudhas Husband, the accountant guy in the office.

I am usually a skeptic and research enough online before buying anything.. This time I did a mistake by buying my tickets first and asking Sudha for my itinerary. She has been postponing telling she will send it to me on Friday morning, Monday morning and by EOD monday. I am worried if I will ever get my tickets. When I tried to ask her if I will get the tickets by EOD monday or do I need to call back on Tuesday for the same, she started yelling and telling that she will cancel my tickets and send me my money back. I would never ever go to her for any of my travel needs again nor will recommend her to anyone. Worst customer service ever. They don't know what customer service means... Worst travel agent ever. PLEASE BEWARE.. NEVER BUY from them.

Sudha Travels No manner to talk

I had booked my ticket through sudha travels, sudha send me e ticket. But i didnt know it had to printed with in 60 days (she didnt told me that). 2 days before the travel i called her and told that i am not able to print it, she was yelling at me. She says i should have done it earlier. Is it the way to talk to a customer who already paid for the ticket. I will never to another booking with sudha.

Sudha Travels Worst travel agency ever!

Sudha Travel Agency is the most DISGUSTING Agency in the WHOLE UNIVERSE in this MILLENNIUM.

Believe me, inspite of me reading through the comments post against them such as:

I called them to book my ticket to India and got the estimate, Next time i called them to reserve my ticket and make the payment through my credit card, one FEMALE was transferring the call to Mr. Kumar, but nobody was picking it, so i disconnected my call and called them again, the same FEMALE picked the phone, to whom i only asked, "Madam i have been calling almost three times and u r transferring the call but nobody is picking it up", i was surprised, she was talking to me!the way she answered me sorry YELLED at me for no reason was annoying, most horrible, and she started talking RUBBISH. Oh my God! she speaks "FILTHY LANGUAGE"

AND HERE COMES THE REAL STORY!

I was so very much frustrated and hence did not want to reserve my ticket through them, so found another agent and was trying o reserve my ticket, when i found that the SUDHA TRAVEL AGENT without me telling him to block the ticket, has blocked my ticket which did not allow me to proceed further through another agent...

They are very CUNNING!

We really and a tough time with those disgraceful people, the world is big and there are thousands of travel agents in the USA, so PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR TICKETS through SUDHA TRAVELS if you are planning for a Peaceful Trip...

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY. I requested for a cancellation and she just refused. She yelled back using the most uncouth language that I was taken aback...! They are just a bunch of thugs

I asked "Sudha" the owner to search air fares and she found couple but I didn't like them. I sent couple emails to find fare for new dates, but she didn't reply to them any email whether she was searching tickets or not. Then I tried with another agent and booked my tickets. She sent email after 12 hours and talking rudely because I bought ticket from another agent.

I had a reservation through Sudha Travels, which I did not pay yet. I had an issue with the payment. I made a request to the staff to send me something in written specifying how much I am paying towards what- I mean a break up of the ticket fee. But she said she cannot do that. For a student like me, investing ALL the money I saved on a ticket and dealing with a travel agent for the first time, this is a big issue. Mr. Kumar told me that I should be careful and not trust anyone since there have been many fraud cases. So, after giving such a suggestion, what do you think I can conclude about your Company? May be one of those fraud agencies?

I can list a few instances in my case where thestaff has been rude to me. One lady told me that many other students in my area bought tickets from Sudha Travels. Well thats good, but when I asked her to provide me with one of their contacts so I could ask, she said she doesn't remember any at that time. She didn't have time to talk to me anymore once this topic came in. She said she had to go. What can any customer conclude from this behavior of staff? Something fishy?

And when I found another travel agent offering me a ticket at the same cost, I asked Sudha travels lady to cancel my reservation so that the other agency could do it for me. But she said she wont cancel because she found me strange asking her so many questions. Being strange is not her problem. Finally, I could do nothing buy ticket from them coz I cannot afford to lose money.

Okay, I sent them the receipt of the transfer I made and she told me that she will issue my ticket the next day. ( because she has to make sure she got the money) But they were not ready to send me one email telling me that I have to pay so much amount. I had to trust their word without knowing them, but they wouldn't trust my receipt which I scanned and sent them.

If only I know what case I could throw on them and loot them out. I would sue them for sure. They'll pay for all their deeds sometime.

But, my suggestion to all people, please dont buy a ticket from them. They make your life miserable.
