Sudden / Very poor customer service
I called suddenlink 4 weeks back, and they said they would have to add our house to their records, and that would take a week. It took 3 weeks for that to happen, and when the installation was scheduled, they found that there was no suddenlink cable box near our house to give connection to.
Now, I am trying to get a date from them for installation and after 4 calls, there is no idea of when or what is going to happen. Some say they will get back to me, and never get back. Others say, they need to get update from head office. The customer support people do not seem to be interested in the customer at all.
