The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This company solicited my help for a matter of months. When a levy was placed on my wages, I decided to hire them. They said I was 99% sure to get an Offer in Compromise resolution. After sixty days, I had to go to the IRS office myself to get the levy released. The OIC was denied as I later found, most are. Eighteen months later, I still do not have a resolution with the IRS. They have suggested adding on more debt to avoid payment, but no real solution has been offered.

They are still up to the same tricks. 3k and a few years later still wasn't resolved. I have emails from case worker knowing we were expecting them to resend an OIC again after it was rejected because of a tax year not being filed and not adequate communication to know who did what and was it done ect. They say they will come by your home if need be and available 24/7 they are not. We would go with no updates and no return calls or emails. And updates when given were generic. They even messed up a return having one digit off of a dependant and never answered our questions to it when we knew IRS changed amount. Still goes ignored when it could have been amended at least addressed. So last fall the CEO had the audacity to say they did one OIC and it would be 1500 to do another or take a payment plan that so happened to be in the works and without saying anything to us and she never got back to us with those numbers or mail us our file showing their work. She claimed she mailed it. Ok! So then they just emailed the notes where you can't see all, click or see more notes and numbers or anything done. If I went to any other business, doctors, bank, tax prep ect I would have a copy of entire folder. Now after a few months ignored they finally respond as their attorney advice them to be their last email. ( Yeah, ok! ) They are done and did their job.
