Subway manager

On May 3rd i went into Subway to prepay an order for 3 sandwiches that were to be added to an order for an away sporting event. The employee that handled the order assured me that she could do that, no problem. Well needless to say his sandwich never showed at the game and he had nothing to eat.They take food to these away games because there are no other choices. So i went into the subway to talk with the manager and she could have cared less. She blamed the employee(Hailey)and said she knew anything about it. She was standing right there when we did the order. I asked her how she would feel if one of her children were left out? She told me she didnt like my attitude and she didnt have to listen to me. After all, It wasnt her fault. I dont even feel like i can go back in to get my money for the order that i paid for that was never sent.I feel like she was very confrontational. Where I felt was treated very Rudely by a service rep said her name was shantell
I order my regular tuna sandwich 6inch I know its two scoops, but she just scooped less then a scoop I said to please fill the scooper she said no thats the way they do it, she said want more scoop pay extra, My main concern was she didnt fill the scoops and I asked her to put more and she was rude to me I think management should let her know that clients come first., all I wanted her to properly fill the scoops not to ask me to pay extra and attidude

Please go check the scooper they are using in that subways location, not the regular size scooper they are trying to save money, they are using and Ice cream sampler, when i asked for more is because I frequently use subways and I know the amount given was not in compliance with other subways, was worse is that she could have just fill the scooper more, the tuna she gave was just a smear, this is good maybe for a new comer at subways

Subway rude employees

I went to subway last night and ordered three sandwiches two of the employees were giggling and frowning. After I paid the sweet girl checking me out another girl threw my food across the counter, she was very rude and I will never spend money there again as long as their working there. If we're spending money there's no need to be rude find another jpb.

Subway first thing a.m. 8:30 - no bread

Store is open show up at 8:30 am to get sub and by the time I finish looking at menu then employee informs me he has no bread. Being that's your service fixing sandwiches not sure how you don't have any bread. Just very disappointed in lack of service and attitude of employee . It seems someone dropped the ball, not a good job doing inventory or just lack of placing order either way needs some attention . Thank you for your time

Subway united way caring club 2018

When my husband and I visited the subway located at 3792 samet drive, high point, nc today we were told by the cashier that they no longer accepted the united way caring club card. She was very rude. Said that this particular subway had been bought by a new owner and they were no longer honoring the card.
With the united way caring club card subway is listed as one of the participating restaurants. You are suppose to buy one 6 inch and get one 6 inch sandwich free until jan. 2019. I was under the impression that all subways would honor my card.
After very much discussion between the cashier and the owner they decided to honor the card this time only.
I will not visit that subway again.

Subway club wrap.

This is a location my wife avoids at all costs due to no one being there a couple weeks ago during normal business hours. I was an [censored] and went back. This location is inside a gas station which really shouldn't matter. I walk in and no one is visible behind the counter. Stand there a couple minutes and still no one. I lean forward and peek over and then the lady working finally comes out. I order a club wrap. First thing she says is I hope I can wrap all that. At that point I knew I was in trouble. Lol. She then struggles to find out what and how much meat goes on it. Recites the type and quantity of meat several times and then shorts me on it. Almost forgets about the cheese. Then asks what else I want on it. I name everything i want but when i say cucumbers she says those are not really able to be folded and skips those like its not a concern. Finished my wrap and i was on my way. Of course i left a tip cause that's just how i am. The service here was terrible and i will now avoid this location at all costs.

And on top of everything else she had the latex gloves on but during the making of the wrap she scratches her head with her right hand..luckily she made my wrap with her left.

Subway customer service

I was standing with my 2 friends while they had sandwhiches made for them, then I notice the other female employee in the corner of my eye putting on gloves preparing to make me a sandwhiches. Except I wasn't going to get one. So I signaled a polite hand wave gesturing that I wasn't ordering. So this employee replies to my waving gesture, saying in a very rude manner "you could have told me you weren't ordering so that I didn't come up here and waste my time". I immediately replied back in a shocked way, saying I was sorry. And after she was in the back, I spoke quietly to one of my friends so that only he could hear me, saying "she seems in a bit of a mood" as him and I have a shocked look on our faces. My 2nd friend leans in and asks what I said, so I said it a little bit louder so that he could hear, but it turned out the first employee could hear me this time, and she interrupts loud enough so that everyone in the entire restaurant could hear, saying "well she's going to be in a mood when you make a rude [censored]ing comment." Myself and my two friends are now in even more shock, our mouths wide open in disbelief because of such complete disrespect coming from the only two employees that were working. The whole time, I was no closer than 10 feet from the closest employee, which was the first employee. Of the two locations in town, this was the one more west. At 8:15pm on 5/8/2018.

Subway did not want to make my wrap the way I wanted it.

Asked the employee to make a Turkey bacon and guacamole warp with no guacamole and pepper jack cheese. She told me that is not how it comes, she said they would make it with provolone cheese and ranch dressing. I hate both! Then I said please just make it with what I asked for and she threw down the knife she had in her hand and made someone else make it for me. Her name was Courtney and the store is in Durand Michigan on Lansing rd. Store #14794-0
She was just flat out rude and I did not deserve to be treated that way, there are many places I can eat and I will think twice about where I eat next time.

You were probably an [censored]. Most people in customer service aren’t rude to people just because of you wanting a different cheese. There is another side to this story here that you are failing to tell. No one gets mad over cheese and selection of sauce, I’m speaking from experience here. Your only telling the part that makes you look better because your an [censored] to everyone that serves you and have no respect for the people that are serving you. Maybe she had a bad day, or was working a long shift and your bad attitude didn’t help. But you probably didn’t think about that because your always inconsiderate to everyone because you probably think you are better than them. You probably are someone who has never worked in customer service. So why don’t you think twice before you throw a fit about someone being rude, maybe YOU are the problem.

Subway food preparation

On May 5th 2018.
I went to Subway at 10339 Folsom Blvd Sacramento, CA 95827
I got there 15 minutes before closing and ask for a turkey bacon and guacamole signature wrap, I believe that they could have let me know that they did not have any more guacamole, so I can do order something else, but the two young lady that were making the sandwiches we're busy flirting with three young gentleman, so when the young lady made my turkey turkey bacon and cheese wrap I had to get two very very small slices of avocado you could not even taste the avocado so I was really disappointed in the service that I got and I think the two young ladies should be reprimanded.

Subway I was attacked and threatened by a employee

I was attacked by a subway employee with a bat she came from behind the counter amd attacked me and refused to make my sandwich. At this subway location 753 W 31st Street, 60616 my phone number is [protected] this occured may 6 2018 around 130pm please help resolve this issues customers came in and ran out to get the police where i have a police report on the lady. I dont know her name she is a young Nigerian woman.

Subway subway @422 ne park ave, okeechobee, fl

This Subway @422 NE Park St, Okeechobee, Fl has posted a closing time for Saturday as 10pm. I arrived at that location at 9:18 and the doors were locked two emplyees were inside i knocked on the door and was told they are closed they were clearing out the food stationed; I told them through the locked door that you are supposed to be open until 10pm they ignored me and left to go to the back. OKEECHOBEE is a small town with limited restaurants it is very unfair to post a time and not honor your posting!

Subway italian bmt salad double meat

The maganer is immature, no managerial skills, highly defensive, salad has big chunks of uncut salami, mr. Rishi need to be sent for serious anger management, plz listen to the call, ull understand y r u getting 3.3 n infact will get lower if u keep these jerks, sorry to use ths word bt he really made me irrate during da call.. He is one big frustrated manager, plz make him gon on a paid vaccation.. He looses it so easily n I made him realise this in the call, dont loose ur business to such immature boys, train thm n thn see ull not loose customers

Subway rude employer/very poor customer service

Went to Tallassee store at 9:30 Friday night. They do not close until 12 midnight. When I walked in one of the employers already had began taking all the food/supplies up and cleaning up. When I walked in she started making statements about me being 1st customer in an hour right when she had started cleaning up. I tried laughing it off and saying yeah I know how it is and then a few other's came in behind me and she made smart remarks about me bringing every one in. I got my sandwhich and while waiting to be rung up a gentleman came in and she got very ill due to him asking her to put the ingredients/meat & cheese back down where he could see it. She slung them back in place and started making rude remarks to him. She got mad because he wanted it toasted and then snapped off due to the amount of items he wanted on his sandwhich. I believe he did tell her to shut up at him in so many words as I was walking out but she was being rude to everyone including me, that came in there. This is NOT the 1st time I have been in this Subway on the weekend's at night and had her be rude or a smart butt toward me or witnessed it being done to others! Something needs to be done or you will end up losing A LOT of business. Personally I will not be back and I think its safe to say the genetleman I witnessed her going off on won't either.

Subway inaccurate pricing

Today, 5/4/18, I visited my local Pomona Subway at 1212 N. White Ave. and ordered a foot-long Black Forest sandwich. The menu board clearly priced it at 5.99. I had a dollar-off coupon to use at the register so expected to pay 4.99 plus sales tax. When the sandwich was rung up, the register price displayed 6.79 before coupon and tax. When I questioned the girl she looked perplexed and offered the excuse that 6.79 is the real regular price and that the board was wrong. I challenged that information and she called out a guy that may have been the manager. He too had no real information as to why the board price differed from the register price. He tried to override the register but was unable to do so stating it was not possible. The coupon was applied and my final price was 5.79 plus .55 tax. I know this isn't the kind of money that should rock someone's world but considering how many people spend their money at Subway, I would like to think that this company would insure that the price they post for a food item would be honored at the register. If the price of a sandwich is increased, so be it, but it should be correctly posted. There are unit pricing laws in place to protect consumers. We're all consumers, even Subway owners/employees and we all want to do fair business. Subway has dropped the ball and I may have to drop Subway.

Subway customer service

will NEVERw eat at a Subway again in my life and will share this incident with everyone I can ! After a good morning stroll with my daughter that was here visiting we went to Subway to get lunch. After getting in the line the MANGER came out to take our orders. As she came out the door I noticed that she had on one glove wihich held her cell phone . As she reached for a glove for the opposite hand I very politely asked her if she mind changing her gloves, which immediately seemed to anger her. She replied "I was going to but then walked to the back and stayed two or three minutes while we stood there.
Upon her return she asked my daughter what would you like? My daughter told her the sandwich she would like, so she then asked what bread?She then grab the bread door handle got bread, and slammed door !
So if all of that was not bad enough as my daughter continued to place order, she asked spinach or lettuce and tomato. As she asked her back was slightly turned, And make noise in the store my daughter could be early here her so My daughter asked what did you say I'm sorry I could not hear me? Her answer was in a raised voice To-ma-to or Let-t-uce!
My daughter said you are really being rude, I don't like how you are speaking to me !
I said after hearing all this while giving the order to Jay as he was preparing the first sandwich " Don't say anymore to her, I'll just call back and speak to the manager, so I asked who was the manager and Jay pointed to her!
I asked you're the manager? And she replied "Yes I am" ! I told her I couldn't believe she was a manger acting like this and she went back and forth with us about how she asked what we wanted, and she only had her phone because she just came back from vacation and she needed to have her phone with her so people could call her to replace the items she needed in the store ! Baloney ! Told her I was going call the next person above her she says " Okay I'll call my boss and let him no you're going to call him !
I did call number on receipt, talked to someone that said they were over her and would call the owner and have him call me! Well I bet you already know I haven't heard back from no one SUBWAY I'M DONE ! So sad I love your sandwiches was picking up three that day ! 😌 My husband pastors in the city our church have used you as well on occasions. Oh well do better in the future please choosing your employees for your customers's sake

Subway The person who waited on us

We went to the above Wal-Mart this afternoon and decided to get a drink after shopping. It was NOT busy, we were the only ones in Subway. The guy came out from the back and it was not can I help you, it was what do you want in a very nasty tone. My daughter said she would like a couple of drinks and choose the size of cups she wanted. He rang it up and she handed him the money and he dropped it on the floor and started cussing and beating on the register. Then I walked up a told my daughter I'd like a small drink, then he really started cussing very loudly and just started beating like crazy on the register. He was literally shaking and just hysterical. I believe he was high on something. Hate to think he'd act that way if he wasn't. When my husband asked one of the Walmart associates to see a manager and was telling him what happened, the associate told him this was the second one of today. It was like he was use to helping customers with complaints about this gentleman. Don't think you need someone like this behind a counter that sells food. He was really creepy and sure he would scare the crap out of a young child. He scared the crap out of me! Maybe that's why there was nobody else in Subway at 2to 3 in the afternoon.

Subway unprofessional and extremely rude behavior

the subway in Wichita Kansas on meridian near MacArthur .
I recently just went there to purchase a sandwich and a drink with my mom. the man there the drive threw had an attitude and made us wait for 5 mins at the menu line then absolute no one was at the line. we soon got our food and I asked for my sandwich to be tested he got mad and snatched the sandwich. his attitude was very rude and was truly disrespectful this man was hispanic/white has blondish redish hair and had a small beard I was trying to see his name to write it down but he did not have a name id on if someone could please handle the situation that would be great

Subway employee treatment

Lutz Florida Sunset Plaza Subway #14430 manager Leo. I was so happy to start working. By day 3 I had to ask the manager if he wanted me to leave, as I couldnt understand why he would continuously comment about lazy people shouldnt bother to come in to work there. They should just stay home. Mcdonalds and Wal-mart were hiring. I would hear this up to 40 times during a 4 hour shift and I was the only one working. By day 4 the same "words" were repeated SOOOOO MANY TIMES in my first 15 minutes on clock. I finally had to tell him, I could not work with him following me saying these things over and over all day. He said it was his store and he could say what he wanted and said I was arguing with him etc. It continued... I finally had to call my brother to come and get me. I left my work issued items on counter. Worst experience ever in a work place. And I left out Alot! Only one employee left working there. I then reported this to Subway Headquarters.

Subway treatment of employees

At the store in Danville, WV I witnessed the manager Tina belittle her employees treating them like they are [censored]. This is not the first I've heard of this just the first time I've witnessed it. There needs to be management oversight there, people shouldn't be treated in this manner. The workers there are always friendly and courteous and don't deserve this treatment.

Subway horrible food/missing points store #2419-0 on beltline irving, texas

I have two receipts from Subway, both I asked for my points to be added and yet my card balance is still 0.00. Also I went in this morning and my food was awful! The flat bread was hard and old, it was so old it split...I took photos. Term ID-Trans# 1/A-176237, no points added and bread was hard. Term ID-Trans #1/A-177161 no points added hard bread. Each time I have had to throw my food away because I couldn't eat it. The server knew the bread was hard, but yet she served this bread to me anyway. I frequent a Subway at least 3-4 times a week and not just at this store, but others because you are my choice for breakfast. If I am budgeting out to eat at your restaurant that many times a week and I don't vary far away from it, I expect to get some decent food. This may not be a lot to you, but I spend an average of $75 - $100 a month and I expect my food to not be old or un able to eat.
