Subway subway @422 ne park ave, okeechobee, fl

This Subway @422 NE Park St, Okeechobee, Fl has posted a closing time for Saturday as 10pm. I arrived at that location at 9:18 and the doors were locked two emplyees were inside i knocked on the door and was told they are closed they were clearing out the food stationed; I told them through the locked door that you are supposed to be open until 10pm they ignored me and left to go to the back. OKEECHOBEE is a small town with limited restaurants it is very unfair to post a time and not honor your posting!

Subway italian bmt salad double meat

The maganer is immature, no managerial skills, highly defensive, salad has big chunks of uncut salami, mr. Rishi need to be sent for serious anger management, plz listen to the call, ull understand y r u getting 3.3 n infact will get lower if u keep these jerks, sorry to use ths word bt he really made me irrate during da call.. He is one big frustrated manager, plz make him gon on a paid vaccation.. He looses it so easily n I made him realise this in the call, dont loose ur business to such immature boys, train thm n thn see ull not loose customers

Subway rude employer/very poor customer service

Went to Tallassee store at 9:30 Friday night. They do not close until 12 midnight. When I walked in one of the employers already had began taking all the food/supplies up and cleaning up. When I walked in she started making statements about me being 1st customer in an hour right when she had started cleaning up. I tried laughing it off and saying yeah I know how it is and then a few other's came in behind me and she made smart remarks about me bringing every one in. I got my sandwhich and while waiting to be rung up a gentleman came in and she got very ill due to him asking her to put the ingredients/meat & cheese back down where he could see it. She slung them back in place and started making rude remarks to him. She got mad because he wanted it toasted and then snapped off due to the amount of items he wanted on his sandwhich. I believe he did tell her to shut up at him in so many words as I was walking out but she was being rude to everyone including me, that came in there. This is NOT the 1st time I have been in this Subway on the weekend's at night and had her be rude or a smart butt toward me or witnessed it being done to others! Something needs to be done or you will end up losing A LOT of business. Personally I will not be back and I think its safe to say the genetleman I witnessed her going off on won't either.

Subway inaccurate pricing

Today, 5/4/18, I visited my local Pomona Subway at 1212 N. White Ave. and ordered a foot-long Black Forest sandwich. The menu board clearly priced it at 5.99. I had a dollar-off coupon to use at the register so expected to pay 4.99 plus sales tax. When the sandwich was rung up, the register price displayed 6.79 before coupon and tax. When I questioned the girl she looked perplexed and offered the excuse that 6.79 is the real regular price and that the board was wrong. I challenged that information and she called out a guy that may have been the manager. He too had no real information as to why the board price differed from the register price. He tried to override the register but was unable to do so stating it was not possible. The coupon was applied and my final price was 5.79 plus .55 tax. I know this isn't the kind of money that should rock someone's world but considering how many people spend their money at Subway, I would like to think that this company would insure that the price they post for a food item would be honored at the register. If the price of a sandwich is increased, so be it, but it should be correctly posted. There are unit pricing laws in place to protect consumers. We're all consumers, even Subway owners/employees and we all want to do fair business. Subway has dropped the ball and I may have to drop Subway.

Subway customer service

will NEVERw eat at a Subway again in my life and will share this incident with everyone I can ! After a good morning stroll with my daughter that was here visiting we went to Subway to get lunch. After getting in the line the MANGER came out to take our orders. As she came out the door I noticed that she had on one glove wihich held her cell phone . As she reached for a glove for the opposite hand I very politely asked her if she mind changing her gloves, which immediately seemed to anger her. She replied "I was going to but then walked to the back and stayed two or three minutes while we stood there.
Upon her return she asked my daughter what would you like? My daughter told her the sandwich she would like, so she then asked what bread?She then grab the bread door handle got bread, and slammed door !
So if all of that was not bad enough as my daughter continued to place order, she asked spinach or lettuce and tomato. As she asked her back was slightly turned, And make noise in the store my daughter could be early here her so My daughter asked what did you say I'm sorry I could not hear me? Her answer was in a raised voice To-ma-to or Let-t-uce!
My daughter said you are really being rude, I don't like how you are speaking to me !
I said after hearing all this while giving the order to Jay as he was preparing the first sandwich " Don't say anymore to her, I'll just call back and speak to the manager, so I asked who was the manager and Jay pointed to her!
I asked you're the manager? And she replied "Yes I am" ! I told her I couldn't believe she was a manger acting like this and she went back and forth with us about how she asked what we wanted, and she only had her phone because she just came back from vacation and she needed to have her phone with her so people could call her to replace the items she needed in the store ! Baloney ! Told her I was going call the next person above her she says " Okay I'll call my boss and let him no you're going to call him !
I did call number on receipt, talked to someone that said they were over her and would call the owner and have him call me! Well I bet you already know I haven't heard back from no one SUBWAY I'M DONE ! So sad I love your sandwiches was picking up three that day ! 😌 My husband pastors in the city our church have used you as well on occasions. Oh well do better in the future please choosing your employees for your customers's sake

Subway The person who waited on us

We went to the above Wal-Mart this afternoon and decided to get a drink after shopping. It was NOT busy, we were the only ones in Subway. The guy came out from the back and it was not can I help you, it was what do you want in a very nasty tone. My daughter said she would like a couple of drinks and choose the size of cups she wanted. He rang it up and she handed him the money and he dropped it on the floor and started cussing and beating on the register. Then I walked up a told my daughter I'd like a small drink, then he really started cussing very loudly and just started beating like crazy on the register. He was literally shaking and just hysterical. I believe he was high on something. Hate to think he'd act that way if he wasn't. When my husband asked one of the Walmart associates to see a manager and was telling him what happened, the associate told him this was the second one of today. It was like he was use to helping customers with complaints about this gentleman. Don't think you need someone like this behind a counter that sells food. He was really creepy and sure he would scare the crap out of a young child. He scared the crap out of me! Maybe that's why there was nobody else in Subway at 2to 3 in the afternoon.

I know you don't want complaints, but this is like filling out a 50 page complaint. Make it simplier and maybe you'd start finding out things you need to fix to get better

Subway unprofessional and extremely rude behavior

the subway in Wichita Kansas on meridian near MacArthur .
I recently just went there to purchase a sandwich and a drink with my mom. the man there the drive threw had an attitude and made us wait for 5 mins at the menu line then absolute no one was at the line. we soon got our food and I asked for my sandwich to be tested he got mad and snatched the sandwich. his attitude was very rude and was truly disrespectful this man was hispanic/white has blondish redish hair and had a small beard I was trying to see his name to write it down but he did not have a name id on if someone could please handle the situation that would be great

Subway employee treatment

Lutz Florida Sunset Plaza Subway #14430 manager Leo. I was so happy to start working. By day 3 I had to ask the manager if he wanted me to leave, as I couldnt understand why he would continuously comment about lazy people shouldnt bother to come in to work there. They should just stay home. Mcdonalds and Wal-mart were hiring. I would hear this up to 40 times during a 4 hour shift and I was the only one working. By day 4 the same "words" were repeated SOOOOO MANY TIMES in my first 15 minutes on clock. I finally had to tell him, I could not work with him following me saying these things over and over all day. He said it was his store and he could say what he wanted and said I was arguing with him etc. It continued... I finally had to call my brother to come and get me. I left my work issued items on counter. Worst experience ever in a work place. And I left out Alot! Only one employee left working there. I then reported this to Subway Headquarters.

Subway treatment of employees

At the store in Danville, WV I witnessed the manager Tina belittle her employees treating them like they are [censored]. This is not the first I've heard of this just the first time I've witnessed it. There needs to be management oversight there, people shouldn't be treated in this manner. The workers there are always friendly and courteous and don't deserve this treatment.

Subway horrible food/missing points store #2419-0 on beltline irving, texas

I have two receipts from Subway, both I asked for my points to be added and yet my card balance is still 0.00. Also I went in this morning and my food was awful! The flat bread was hard and old, it was so old it split...I took photos. Term ID-Trans# 1/A-176237, no points added and bread was hard. Term ID-Trans #1/A-177161 no points added hard bread. Each time I have had to throw my food away because I couldn't eat it. The server knew the bread was hard, but yet she served this bread to me anyway. I frequent a Subway at least 3-4 times a week and not just at this store, but others because you are my choice for breakfast. If I am budgeting out to eat at your restaurant that many times a week and I don't vary far away from it, I expect to get some decent food. This may not be a lot to you, but I spend an average of $75 - $100 a month and I expect my food to not be old or un able to eat.

Subway lazy, poor sandwich skills, rung up order wrong then refused to fix it

I would like to file a formal complaint about the Subway @ 368 Voters Rd. Slidell, La 70461. I ordered a spicy Italian foot long, which is currently on sale for $4.99 plus tax. I asked that the sandwich be cut in half, because I was splitting it with my husband, and we eat differently. When preparing my husband's half it was done poorly, the mayonnaise bottle was nearly empty, but she continued to force it out, to the point where it sprayed all over the wrapper. Then when I went to pay for the foot long she charged me for two separate 6 inches, not even honoring the special. When I asked for it to be corrected, she argued that I was wrong. Luckily another employee by the name of Nick overheard, took over and corrected it for me. But wow, what [censor]

Subway poor customer service

Our local store is extremely slow all the time. So much that alot of people have stopped going and i say this because the last 2 times i have gone i am the only one there. Today when i went i didn't get my bottled water. I waited at the window (i was at the drive thru) karissa finally comes back to the window and i say, nicely, that i wanted a bottled water also and she says very abruptly, "you didn't ask for water" slammed the window closed and comes back with the water and my debit card, hands it all to me in one hand and says, have a nice day and believe me that's not what she wanted to say. I will not be going to subway for lunch anymore.

Subway horrible treatment

I would like to file a formal complaint against the store 6061 Jericho Turnpike Commack New York 11725. Store number 25938...On 4/4/18 I went into this store and ordered a Tuna sandwich. When I got home i saw the bread was stale and hard, I then reached out to Subway listens on Twitter. We spoke via private message and they apologized for the service and food. I was told the restaurant owner should contact me within 2 business days, but never heard from them. Subway then provided me with a gift card of $10.00. Following today 4/15/18 at 6:50 PM I go back to the same Subway in hopes of no hard feelings and a great sandwich. I was not even half way in the store when the owner started shaking her head at me telling me she refuses to serve me. I asked her what was wrong and she proceeded to say "I will not serve you because you called Subway on me, you can go down the road to a different store, I rolled back my cameras and I know it was you" I then told her yes I did file a complaint regarding her stale bread and she continues to talk over me telling me it's nearly impossible the bread was old. On 4/4 I was served by her daughter whom had an attitude while making my sandwich, she was the only one working. Her mother tells me tonight that she heard the whole conversation and was in the store with her daughter that evening. This conversation went on for about 10 minutes of her going back and forth arguing with me. In the middle of getting loud with me she tells me to shut up and leave her store. A Spanish couple finishing up eating were in the store, as I left she then starts telling the customers what was happening. Not only was it raining tonight, I have a disability and going to this Subway was convenient for me, being around the corner from my home. i do not appreciate this treatment or service.

Subway childrens meals

The price for the child's meal on the menu board was 3.99. By the time I checked out it had grown to over 7.00. They charged me for extras. I don't understand why I was not told what does and does not come with the meal. I was even charged 1.00 for the child's toy. Unbelievable, never again, Fire House Subs from now on. I live in the same neighborhood as the franchise owner, no wonder he has such a nice home. Ripping people off. There should be a set price at every Subway for a child's meal. Very disappointed.

Subway withholding an employee check

The store manager with held my niece paycheck, telling the employees not to give her check. without notice to her about any reason why, cutting her hours because she did not come in on her day off.
I have never had an employer or manager to threaten me about my check or threaten to cut my hours for petty reasons. It is against federal and state wage and labor laws to not pay the employee promptly and there, withholding a paycheck is not allowed.
I think the manager needs counseling,
This is the first job my niece applied, so happy and thrilled to be working for your company and to be treated this way. Having a bully to use his power to push a 18 year old who is taught to obey a manager .
As an aunt I am very upset.

Subway management

The manager is completely unprofessional. He makes messy sandwiches and parties with his coworkers off the clock. When his employees try to contact him when there is an issue at the store his girlfriend always answers the phone stating he is either in the shower or busy playing video games. There is always something broken in the store for example a toilet in the men's bathroom has been out of order for a month. One employee called in sick. It was on My the second time in the whole year he workers there, and the managers girlfriend kept answering the phone. You could here him in the background screaming and yelling in the background and even threatened to come to our house and beat him up. How does he still have his management job?

Subway cleanliness

I went to the subway at 420 ellingson road #101 in auburn Washington last night because I love your sandwiches. But as I'm standing there waiting for my order I notice 2 containers with a white foam at each end I didn't know what they were till I asked for a side of guacamole that's when she pulled a small spatula like utensil out of the container to spread the guacamole across my sandwich. I guess it's used to clean the spoons and utensils used to make the sandwiches so its mayo guacamole and what ever other spreads are used it looked disgusting. I took my sandwich back to my hotel room across the street but as I thought about how long those utensils were sitting in that foam of all those spreads it grossed me out and could not eat it . I love your product for the most part but seeing that really bothered me .can you set up a new system to clean spoons or throw aways something other than letting them sit there all day in the same dirty water .thank you

Subway manager / employment

I'm not sure How do I get in contact with a owner of a subway that is franchised, 21183 Kuykehndahl Rd Spring Tx 77379, I lost my car due to Hurricane Harvey and my boyfriend was hired on as a worker . Showed up to every shift on time and the one time he made it 15 minutes late to pick me up from work which he already discussed with the hiring manager at the Subway location prior to being hired on in the interview process that we share a vehicle, well she texted him to terminate him & removed him completely off the schedule without notice when he went to work his overnight shift because he showed up late one time . It's unprofessional and something that should be addressed by the owners franchised or not, I want to know if this is how Subways operates with their business? I left my job early to get him to work and he go in and they tell him she took him off the schedule. She texted trying to get him to quit and it is like one way or the other she wanted to force him out the door probably because she is a manager having relations with a employee and he knew about it .

Subway customer service

To whom it may cobren:
My name is Odaliza Rivera and I am very dissappointed at the customer service at the subway in Taunton Ma area to be specific the one located on Washington st location in the plaza. I am a disabled individual with severe anxiety and depression. I also suffer from from panics I only take medication for my anxiety which sometimes causes me to frequently use the bathroom without notice. I walked into the subway wanting to explain my current situation but the employee at that time did not even allow me to explain myself she arruptly jumped and said rudely you must purchase something which I did have knowledge of but she continue to be rude even though I tried to slow her down so that I could explain but she continue to be rude and say that I needed to purchase before I use the restroom which is understanding but the way she went upon it was totally uncalled for. Also began to treating with calling security which I totally snapped and became very scared and nervous but willing. She should have been a bit more understanding. Subway customer service

I went to the subway on highway 292 in inman sc on saturday 3/31/18 when I went in no one was there both workers were in the back after a little while one finally yelled and said I be there in a little bit. Up on finally coming to the counter she never said sorry you had to wait or anything then I ordered 2 sandwiches 1 chicken 1 steak and she said that they were out of chicken she could prepare some but it would take her a while. So I got 2 steak but not what I wanted again never said she was sorry. Then a ask for a tiny bit of mustard and she said just a tiny bit and I said yes and she turn the bottle up and mashed out a lot of mustard and I told her that it was way to much. And she acted like it was nothing and said well I can make it over but I didnt want to wait any longer I had been in there for long enough already and I ask her for a comment card and she said that she didn't have one. Well why not I think her name is angel and she needs a lot of retraining.
