Subway entryway door is a trip/fall hazard which is not marked as such

I went to this store for the first time on Monday, June 13, 2017. Upon entering I tripped over the door threshold and fell into the store. Thankfully I caught myself and gently landed on my hands and knees. No injuries, except for a bit of hurt pride, were incurred. One gentleman, who was seated at a table eating and so was obviously a customer, came over to help me up and ask if I was okay. Not one of the 3 or 4 employees even acknowledged me or the fall.

I have to admit that I did not examine the door threshold upon leaving the store. It did seem to me that there was a lip or small step that caused me trip. If that is the case there should be a "caution, watch your step" sign. If there was one I did not see it.

I am writing this for two reasons. The first is that if there is an issue with the door I would like to see it corrected, or at the very least that a watch your step sign be put up. If I am wrong about this please accept my apoligies.

The second, and most concerning is to make you aware of the employees behavior surrounding the incident. I cannot believe that none of them asked me if I was okay! That to me is just unheard of, and I would like to see it addressed with them.

Subway subway service

I visit this subway in 5350 Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL regularly. When I came in last week, there was this new young white guy with glasses that I never seen before, who was working there, he was laughing by the restroom and I overheard him telling to a co-worker of his of how sometimes spits in his hand before grabbing the bread.

After hearing that, I am never visiting this Subway ever again and I am afraid to go to any of the Subway at least in Gurnee.

Subway Male service today 6/11/2017 @7pm

He's rude. His voice was loud and don't follow directions . I asked for spinach and he put pickles. I asked for mayo and he put my sub in a bag. On my second order I asked for barbecue sauce and again ignored me.

Subway subway store 35836

This is the second time I have ordered from this store. Both times they have messed up sandwiches to the point they are not able. This time the chicken was ice cold and smelled like cat food. My bread was cold even though it was toasted because the chicken had ice on it. I tried to call but number on receipt was a fax and info on receipt noninputable for survey

Subway Survice

The day time manager at the subway sandwich at the Crawford or lexington Ga.-shop- store the maniger there had to be the most rudest and racial person I know she always has an attitude and ask is rude to the employees there. The reason you have no business there is due to her and her stupidity

Subway employee that is a mrsa carrier, very contagious

The subway by my house-16th st/thomas rd. Phoenix az. Has an employee susan sparks that is a carrier of mrsa. I believe she also has no food handlers card. Now I know why, handles numerous types of product, I cant believe that isnt a question on the employees hire application. This could end up turning into an epidemic. Think of how many customers she comes in contact with, hundreds, thousands. Ill probably go to the health department, or put up my own warning signs. U really should check into this before it goes viral. Thanks and have a nice day.

Subway the employees there

I have been going to your location in Texas City off 2506 25th ave. north.I tried to put Host order # SPM20170607043810 n and said invalid.Well overtime I go ad and want Italian bread, its just out of oven.still cooling.o ne time I go tone the bread fell apart, and I asked to make another one.same thing over and over.I know ya need help there, but please get friendly people there. Also says show your customer the sandwich, I asked and it was not looking good, but paid and left. Your location is closer to me so please advise your help there

Subway employee

Hello my name is Dana Dial I worked for subway literally only two weeks. The reason I'm messaging is because the store I worked for in Harker Heights texas on Indian trail was very discriminating and wasn't giving me any hours. They kept calling me in or scheduling me two hour shifts at a time. When I tried to talk to the disctrict manager about the issue he didn't care and refused to switch me to a different store. There was also this bonus that I was told id get 100 dollar bonus in fact but somehow they changed it down to just a 50. Where's my other 50? I was the only white employee. They made it sound all this wonderful. Then I started working for the store for them to treat me this type of way. Something needs to be done about this.

Subway won't accept cash

I was just at SUBWAY in a Walmart and had my sandwich made. When they rung me up the refused a $50 bill!. This is U. S. currency. How can they refuse cash? It's not like they run out of change because they are in Walmart and they can give change. Yes, I went to customer service and got change, but I did not return to get the sandwich. What a waste for the company. They would rather throw away food than make change!

Subway very ignorant staff

Hello, MY son and i have always come to Subway, But on this day 06/01/2017 the subway on Branch ave in providence R.I, The two young ladies were swearing at another male across the dinning room jokingly calling each other [censor] and then started wrestling across the counter as she tried to ring me out, As well as other profanity, I will not return to that store!

Subway being very rude and having a smart mouth to customers

As soon as I entered the door I was receiving very rude costumer service from Brad reed I just thought that it was a very rude thing to do and it shouldn't be happening. I was being treated in a way that a costumer should not be treated being called a smart one and being talked down. I didn't feel comfortable to take my time to say what I wanted on my sub. Brad would make a smart remark every time I would stop to think.

Subway current and former employees inability to get paid!

Employees who work currently or who quit and are still owed a paycheck are not getting paid on time and/or are not able to cash their paychecks once they receive them. This is 100% illegal in the state of Missouri. The owner Keith Bruns and the district manager who is in charge of payroll, Jessica Cagle never have enough money put into the payroll account so when come payday all their employees are able to cash their paychecks without hassle. This is another thing that is 100% illegal in the state of Missouri. And when employees go to Keith or Jessica and ask for assistance in cashing their paycheck they get yelled at by them or put off and told to wait for a few days, or are made to feel as if they are in the wrong for needing their paycheck cashed. I would not eat and support the Eureka and Pacific Subway locations, because the employees who are or have made costumers sandwhiches and food are not getting paid come their payday.

Subway was fired for an unfair reason

I worked at subway for less than two weeks it being my first job in at least like 3-4 months I wasn't used to the labor and stuff but I made sure I didn't take long breaks my manager told me that I need to clock out for breaks that taking them would not be a problem if I clock out so I took a 10 minute break one day because my feet were swelling an hurting(went to bathroom prior and my feet were stiff and hurting so I took a break after asking the assistant manager I asked if I could she said yes and I clocked out . the real manager never did any of her jobs she made the assistant manager wait to do any of the daily duties from throughout the day to show me the "right way" when I did it the same as she did days prior of that. The reason she said for firing me I apparently made excuses to not do work when in reality I did my work at a pretty good pace regardless to feet pain. She said I could not do a 3 hour shift with out a break so she was letting me go . I felt it was a really dumb reason to fire me customers even said I made "perfect subs" and they liked my positive attitude and how excited I was to make them I did pretty well at my job I made flaws and she warned me on stuff I did wrong but I never had the problem after she told me what I did wrong.

Subway service

Experienced a very rude worker who obviously does not like her job. Ordered a ham sandwich with cheese. She asked if I wanted it toasted. I said, "yes." She then asked if I wanted anything else on the sandwich to which I responded no. She then proceeded to wrap it, I told her that I wanted it toasted. She was obviously very irritated and banged down the papers and proceeded to toast the sandwich. When checking out, I had a coupon to get a 6" sub for $.99 with purchase of a 6" sub. I ordered a footlong so you would think you could get the 6" for $.99. Not! When trying to get her to ring up my order correctly, the worker threw my change on the counter and stomped off to the back.

I did read the coupon! It is a coupon card good for one year. I already used it once at this same Subway and got the 2nd 6" sub for $0.99 with no problem. It was this worker who would not honor the coupon. Very rude worker.

Subway breakfast sandwich

went to subway on p street lincoln ne and ordered a bacon cheese egg foot long sandwich and she asked what kind of bread and i said 9 grain honey and oat and she said she did not have that so i settled for white bread then she asked what kind of egg white or yellow i said yellow she said we are out of that all i have was white so why ask me if i wanted yellow or white by then i was upset and told her i want nothing and walked out. I have never been in any establishment that had nothing i wanted. I will not go to that establishment again was very upset and was looking forward to a great sandwich on a sunday morning at 930 on may 21 2017. Thank you for listening to me but i was greatly disappointed as i have favored your establishment but will be looking others from now on.

Subway paychecks to employees

Subway filthy restaurant

I frequent Subway in Greenwood, AR often on lunch and now after ball games. Today I went to Subway at 1272 W. Center Street in Greenwood, AR. It was a little before 9:00 pm. There was 1 gentlemen in line when I came in with my grandson. As we placed our order 3 other people came in. The 3 after us got their food to go. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I had to step over a bunch of cheetos and other foods around a highchair at a table that no one was sitting at. As I am waiting for my grandson to finish eating I notice there were 2 used rubber gloves on the floor below the drink station. On the floor next to our table was dirty napkins on the floor and there was an empty cup on a table. I threw away my receipt before I sat down. I wish I hadn't so you could get the exact time I was there but I looked at the clock and it was 9:00pm. After the 3 individuals that came in after us got their food and left, the 2 store employees went to the back and was going on about a movie and music. They never came out to clean the store. I took several pictures showing the mess, the clock with time and how no one was in the store or at the counter while I am having to eat in this filth. I've never made a complaint for anything before but I thought this was a little ridiculous.

One last thing. On top of the filth, the air conditioner was broke and it was hot in the store.

Subway toaster oven/air conditioner

Every time I go to the subway at 3007 DeansBridge Road it is very hot and uncomfortable, the employees are sweating and the toaster does not work, I go there twice a week and they tell me the owner is having the air conditioner repaired, it has been more than a month and the appliances are still not working, one day last month I was there and the oven caught fire, please get the owner to repair before something bad happens

Subway subway chicken sandwich

There was a bonafide report that mentioned that Subway uses lots of Soy in their chicken. This was a report put on tv by CBC. They went to various fast-food outlets and bought chicken products from each of them then analyzed what was in each and Subway was the worst offender for much of their so called "Chicken Sandwich" was made up of Soy instead. Isn't this called "lying" or down right "deception"?
And since I CAN'T trust this company anymore, it doesn't matter how many ads you put on tv, I'm just NEVER going to your place to eat anymore! For who knows what else you're doing!

Subway staff

I stop in at the subway on fallriver ave. In seekonk the other night, and even thou sometimes i go during the day the problem is sometimes then too but no as bad. everytime i go there especially either in the evening or at night that place smells like marijuana bad then the staff comes in from the back high giggling and making sandwiches that my 5 year old can make better.how can you have a staff getting high in a business where family's go.i will not be returning there and niether will b my extended fam. when i tell them. So if u want to get high i guess thats the place to go if u want clean well done food go somewhere else.
