Subway food

Hi my name is Lynda, I use went to long heyyy subway and ready your board that it was $8 for a subway, as I asked if it was $8 the male said yes it was, he made our subways which he didn't know what he was doing while another lady was packing up the shop at 7:25 packing it all away, now as we went to pay for the two $8 meals, it came to $20.40 or something and mum asked why isn't it $16 because use put a sign up on the wall say $8 with 5 delicious subways but you don't have what subways the 5 where. I have had multiple issues before with this subway, it horrible the lady was doing nothing why the other guy didn't know what he was doing, use had flies all over the cookies, it's disgusting I'm never going there again, don't false advise something if you don't have what 5 subways you can get. Disgusting

Subway manager

The manager at the store I work at is leaving 16-17 year olds alone at the store, she is also leaving them to close alone. She has changed employees hours. She changes hers to more hours. She comes in late and leaves early and I've checked the hours log and she has changed hers to longer hours. She is not treating her employees right, she had one who needed to take a finals test for school the next day but made her close the night before. She has thrown my phone once because it was sitting on the table, I didn't text anyone, I didn't even open my phone. When I use to open I would be left with a bunch of prep to do because the person who closed the night before never does any and she never says anything to that person. She has called my work a disaster because I had to do the work of two people. She walks all over her employees and is very rude.

Subway subway rewards card / website

I have been trying for four days to get into the website to register a Subway Card. I was told that I have 48 hours to register, but can't get into the site to do this. We bought 16 meals on Friday and 20 more on Monday. The site crashes, gives errors, won't let me in, etc.

Sent an email from the crash report, but no one answered.

Disappointed & frustrated.

Subway dead fly in loaf

I was having my dinner in "subway" in paradigm mall johor bahru. I ordered for subway club sub, when I was about to finish my loaf I was curious to open it and take a look inside and I found a dead fly sticking to lettuce.

I show it to the subway staff, and the staff apologised and immediately offered me a refund or replacement. Subway trying to hide their mistake by offering a refund or replacement.

Is this how you treat your customer's who complain about your unhygienic food? Later he brought me into the kitchen and try to talk to me in private so other customers will not be aware of it. When I told the staff that i'll make complaints, and staff denied that its a fly but claiming it was a pickle or olive, I didn't even add pickle or olive in my sandwich... I told them to eat it if it's really was a pickle or olive but the staff refused and offered me a refund again. I'm attaching the image of the so-called pickle or olive image, you judge it for yourself.

Are you really serious about offering me a refund or replacement loaf? Seriously subway, is this how you treat when someone questions about your restaurant cleanliness? Who knows if your food were already filled with flies and many other consumers ate it with flies? What if I have food poisoning because of your unhygienic food? Will subway be responsible for serving me such food?

Subway discrimination

The manager at the Subway store at Topanga Canyon in Woodland Hills Ca. refused to serve me. I walked in and started to place my order. Another customer came in and the manager went to that person. When that customer had ordered, the manager refused to take my order. He went to the next customer in line. He discriminated against me and action must be taken.

Subway Complaining about staff behavior

At subway located at NH-8, Vadadla, Bharuch, subway staff SAFWAN behaving extermly rude to the customers. This is not the first time but its third time. Please inform him to behve politely to the customers. He is very rude. This is the only complain from my side, no other issues.

Subway turkey bacon guacamole wrap

I bought the turkey bacon guacamole wrap from the subway in the San Bruno, Ca town center today and I asked for avocado instead of guacamole. The wraps are advertised as $6.99 and my total came up to $11.35. The only thing I purchased was the wrap. The employee told me that I had to pay extra for the bacon and avocado, but that doesn't make sense. It comes with bacon and the switch for avocado instead of guacamole couldn't possibly cost me an additional 4 dollars. I don't understand why the woman charged me so much. I won't be going there ever again.

Subway no meatballs

I have visited your restaurant in our town on several occasions. And I must admit the service is usually to norm. But recently( the last four visits to be exact) they laughing say they are out of meatballs and won't have any the rest of the evening. (Up to four hours before closing time, as I tried to account for that by arriving earlier) I'm not angry just rather disappointed that I repeatedly must settle for something from a different restaurant.

Subway sandwich

I got a sub over in Ketchikan AK...usually they do a good job but the African American young male who works there is so sloppy and rushes through everything. I got it toasted and about 2 minutes after unwrapping it the bread was soggy because he sliced the bread so uneven. Really terrible sandwich. I'm not saying to fire the guy...but maybe management needs to take a closer look at how he is working. Thank you.

Subway product

One of my friends visited Subway at Hyderabad Central
Subway no: 59782-0 on 16th may 2018. Her daughter ordered a medium size fountain drink. They served a drink filled with full of baby cockroaches. All the restaurant is so unhygienic with full of cockroaches. I am providing the videos and pictures of the whole incident below.

Here are the other details of the restaurant:

Subway: 59782-0 Food Court, Hyderabad Central, Panjagutta, 500034, Hyderabad, Telangana.

This restaurant needed to shut down as quickly as possible.

Subway manager

On May 3rd i went into Subway to prepay an order for 3 sandwiches that were to be added to an order for an away sporting event. The employee that handled the order assured me that she could do that, no problem. Well needless to say his sandwich never showed at the game and he had nothing to eat.They take food to these away games because there are no other choices. So i went into the subway to talk with the manager and she could have cared less. She blamed the employee(Hailey)and said she knew anything about it. She was standing right there when we did the order. I asked her how she would feel if one of her children were left out? She told me she didnt like my attitude and she didnt have to listen to me. After all, It wasnt her fault. I dont even feel like i can go back in to get my money for the order that i paid for that was never sent.I feel like she was very confrontational. Where I felt was treated very Rudely by a service rep said her name was shantell
I order my regular tuna sandwich 6inch I know its two scoops, but she just scooped less then a scoop I said to please fill the scooper she said no thats the way they do it, she said want more scoop pay extra, My main concern was she didnt fill the scoops and I asked her to put more and she was rude to me I think management should let her know that clients come first., all I wanted her to properly fill the scoops not to ask me to pay extra and attidude

Please go check the scooper they are using in that subways location, not the regular size scooper they are trying to save money, they are using and Ice cream sampler, when i asked for more is because I frequently use subways and I know the amount given was not in compliance with other subways, was worse is that she could have just fill the scooper more, the tuna she gave was just a smear, this is good maybe for a new comer at subways

Subway rude employees

I went to subway last night and ordered three sandwiches two of the employees were giggling and frowning. After I paid the sweet girl checking me out another girl threw my food across the counter, she was very rude and I will never spend money there again as long as their working there. If we're spending money there's no need to be rude find another jpb.

Subway first thing a.m. 8:30 - no bread

Store is open show up at 8:30 am to get sub and by the time I finish looking at menu then employee informs me he has no bread. Being that's your service fixing sandwiches not sure how you don't have any bread. Just very disappointed in lack of service and attitude of employee . It seems someone dropped the ball, not a good job doing inventory or just lack of placing order either way needs some attention . Thank you for your time

Subway united way caring club 2018

When my husband and I visited the subway located at 3792 samet drive, high point, nc today we were told by the cashier that they no longer accepted the united way caring club card. She was very rude. Said that this particular subway had been bought by a new owner and they were no longer honoring the card.
With the united way caring club card subway is listed as one of the participating restaurants. You are suppose to buy one 6 inch and get one 6 inch sandwich free until jan. 2019. I was under the impression that all subways would honor my card.
After very much discussion between the cashier and the owner they decided to honor the card this time only.
I will not visit that subway again.

Subway club wrap.

This is a location my wife avoids at all costs due to no one being there a couple weeks ago during normal business hours. I was an [censored] and went back. This location is inside a gas station which really shouldn't matter. I walk in and no one is visible behind the counter. Stand there a couple minutes and still no one. I lean forward and peek over and then the lady working finally comes out. I order a club wrap. First thing she says is I hope I can wrap all that. At that point I knew I was in trouble. Lol. She then struggles to find out what and how much meat goes on it. Recites the type and quantity of meat several times and then shorts me on it. Almost forgets about the cheese. Then asks what else I want on it. I name everything i want but when i say cucumbers she says those are not really able to be folded and skips those like its not a concern. Finished my wrap and i was on my way. Of course i left a tip cause that's just how i am. The service here was terrible and i will now avoid this location at all costs.

And on top of everything else she had the latex gloves on but during the making of the wrap she scratches her head with her right hand..luckily she made my wrap with her left.

Subway customer service

I was standing with my 2 friends while they had sandwhiches made for them, then I notice the other female employee in the corner of my eye putting on gloves preparing to make me a sandwhiches. Except I wasn't going to get one. So I signaled a polite hand wave gesturing that I wasn't ordering. So this employee replies to my waving gesture, saying in a very rude manner "you could have told me you weren't ordering so that I didn't come up here and waste my time". I immediately replied back in a shocked way, saying I was sorry. And after she was in the back, I spoke quietly to one of my friends so that only he could hear me, saying "she seems in a bit of a mood" as him and I have a shocked look on our faces. My 2nd friend leans in and asks what I said, so I said it a little bit louder so that he could hear, but it turned out the first employee could hear me this time, and she interrupts loud enough so that everyone in the entire restaurant could hear, saying "well she's going to be in a mood when you make a rude [censored]ing comment." Myself and my two friends are now in even more shock, our mouths wide open in disbelief because of such complete disrespect coming from the only two employees that were working. The whole time, I was no closer than 10 feet from the closest employee, which was the first employee. Of the two locations in town, this was the one more west. At 8:15pm on 5/8/2018.

Subway did not want to make my wrap the way I wanted it.

Asked the employee to make a Turkey bacon and guacamole warp with no guacamole and pepper jack cheese. She told me that is not how it comes, she said they would make it with provolone cheese and ranch dressing. I hate both! Then I said please just make it with what I asked for and she threw down the knife she had in her hand and made someone else make it for me. Her name was Courtney and the store is in Durand Michigan on Lansing rd. Store #14794-0
She was just flat out rude and I did not deserve to be treated that way, there are many places I can eat and I will think twice about where I eat next time.

You were probably an [censored]. Most people in customer service aren’t rude to people just because of you wanting a different cheese. There is another side to this story here that you are failing to tell. No one gets mad over cheese and selection of sauce, I’m speaking from experience here. Your only telling the part that makes you look better because your an [censored] to everyone that serves you and have no respect for the people that are serving you. Maybe she had a bad day, or was working a long shift and your bad attitude didn’t help. But you probably didn’t think about that because your always inconsiderate to everyone because you probably think you are better than them. You probably are someone who has never worked in customer service. So why don’t you think twice before you throw a fit about someone being rude, maybe YOU are the problem.

Subway food preparation

On May 5th 2018.
I went to Subway at 10339 Folsom Blvd Sacramento, CA 95827
I got there 15 minutes before closing and ask for a turkey bacon and guacamole signature wrap, I believe that they could have let me know that they did not have any more guacamole, so I can do order something else, but the two young lady that were making the sandwiches we're busy flirting with three young gentleman, so when the young lady made my turkey turkey bacon and cheese wrap I had to get two very very small slices of avocado you could not even taste the avocado so I was really disappointed in the service that I got and I think the two young ladies should be reprimanded.

Subway I was attacked and threatened by a employee

I was attacked by a subway employee with a bat she came from behind the counter amd attacked me and refused to make my sandwich. At this subway location 753 W 31st Street, 60616 my phone number is [protected] this occured may 6 2018 around 130pm please help resolve this issues customers came in and ran out to get the police where i have a police report on the lady. I dont know her name she is a young Nigerian woman.
