Subway the blt

My wife and i, went to subway tonight.2-21-17. They were out of the italian cheese bread, so we got the same as always, when we got home and started eating it, the fast of that bread was like cardboard, we had 3 bites each, and couldn't eat any more of it, we wasted $7 on that, and we were really hungry so I had to order a snappys pizza which was $12 more dollars. I would be happy with a $20 store credit. It was really bad tasting.

Subway mis pricing of the steak, & cheese as well as mis direction of toppings on a sandwich.

we bought two sandwiches on 1/29/2017
we bought a footlong meatball marinara sub.

they charged us for extra cheese triangles. we didn't order extra cheese triangles.
( please note that every time we have ordered a footlong, they place 4 slices of cheese on our sandwiches. )

the other thing was that the Steak, & cheese Footlong is supposed to be 6 dollars.

Subway tuna

I purchased a 12" tuna sandwich with very little mayo, onions and pickles on Tuesday January 24, 2017. On the first bite I knew something wasn't right but I thought maybe it was a sour pickle. I took another bite. I then opened the sandwich & tasted the tuna only. The tuna did not taste right & had an unusual smell so I did not finish the sandwich. My stomach did not feel right the remainder of the day. At 12:35am I began to throw up & have diarrhea with bad stomach pains. I had to miss work the next day due to the vomiting continuing. I phoned the local Subway where the sandwich was purchased & spoke with mgt. & was told that food poisoning takes 72 hours to show up. I was told if the symptoms persist to phone back & a complaint could be sent to corporate. I was told that no money is involved in these instances. I told the worker that I was not interested in money but did want to report what had happened & hope that no one else suffered like I had. I was spoken to rudely & told that no one else ever complains & that the tuna is made fresh every morning. Two more days later, when physically able, I went to my family doctor to be told that yes, I did have food poisoning. I have reported this to the local health department & now to you, corporate. I was unaware that Subway employed physicians as managers to give medical advice as to when the ecoli would set in. Her tone was unacceptable for mgt & customer service. I am requesting this employee to be dealt with accordingly.

Subway stale bread

I went into Subway store #11089-0, at 1607 Williams Hwy, on 1/25/2017, at 5:25 pm, and ordered a foot-long roasted chicken breast sandwich. After getting home, I took a bite, and the bread was hard and stale. Upon calling the store, the employee told me that there was no way the bread could be stale, that I must be imagining it, that toasted bread is always hard. I go to Subway several times a month, and have never had toasted bread that is hard as a rock. The employee actually hung up on me when I tried asking for a refund or a new sandwich At the very least, I'd like a refund, since I had to throw this sandwich out. As someone who has bad teeth, eating this sandwich was extremely painful, and I don't believe I will go to this particular location again.

Subway chicken noodle soup

It gave me food poisoning..30 minutes after eating it. I vomited and bowels were extreme throughout the day and had to take time off from work!

Subway price for wraps

I don't think one Subway should be able to charge more for their wraps than another Subway in town. I went to one Subway in Peoria, IL and they charge $6.50 for all of their wraps, whether it is a regular wrap or a signature wrap. The other Peoria Subway still charges $4.75 for the regular wrap and $6.50 for the signature wrap. Me and my coworkers are wondering why this is? We work next door to the Subway that charges $6.50 for all of their wraps, so we have to drive down the road just to save us some money for the regular wrap!

Subway coupon exclusions

My husband and I visited our local Subway today for lunch. I ordered the reuben (which was very delicious) and my husband got the roasted chicken (also very good). I presented a coupon we had received in the mail for $10 for two (2) 6-inch, which includes chips and drinks which we purchased. The girl checking out said we could not use the coupon because the reuben was considered a "premier" sandwich. My husband and I both looked very closely to the coupon we had and it did not specify any exclusion to this type of sandwich, so, there fore we were unable to use the coupon. I would like to recommend that these coupons be a little more specific in their exclusions before someone has their meal prepared and find out it costs $5-$6 more than expected.

Subway bad customer service

We stopped at 1pm for dinner, there were 5 people ahead of us so we were patient and knew they were probably going to be busy because there was a basketball tournament that started in the morning. There were 2 gentlemen working, didn't have name tags that I seen, one was heavier set and one tall thin guy that had tattoo's (no problem with tattoo's just describing them)the heavier gentleman took the orders at first and he was very rude when asking what you wanted and when we said a salad he looked at us and rolled his eyes, preceded to ask hot or cold chicken and when we said cold he threw the 2 pieces in the bowl and stomped away for a min. His attitude, facial expression and throwing veg in the bowl was rude. When he made the sandwich he squirted the sauces (a large amount of 2 sauces) very sloppy . his coworker took over making the rest of the sandwiches the rest of the customers ordered because he disappeared in the back doing prep work on food I guess. The guy with the tattoo's was awesome with taking, making wrapping and taking the money while the other guy was in the back. This guy ran about 15 ppl through by himself with courteous customer service even though they were very busy. I believe instead of the guy rolling his eyes and being so rude he maybe should have called a supervisor to have extra help come in with the bball tournament. I will not take my business there if the heavier set guy is working. His partner did excellent.

Subway service

I was at the Subway at the Walmart Super Center in Jefferson City Missouri on January 11, 2016. After going through the line and getting my sandwich made, I was at the checkout line ready to pay. Despite having 3 employees working, the employees kept making sandwich after sandwich of other customers and piling them up by the register, while my sandwich got cold. I'm not sure about the policy, but it seems customer service is being sacrificed for efficiency.

Subway employee lack of knowledge of sandwich standards

My teens love, love, love Subway and they always get the same sandwiches. A footlong turkey and pepperoni has 8 slices of turkey and 6 of pepperoni. Last night, your employee made my son's sandwich with 7 slices of turkey and 5 of pepperoni. I corrected her, and she did throw on another slice of turkey. I know in the grand scheme of world affairs this isn't a big deal, but two things irritate me: 1) based on this particular employee's overall behavior during our visit (she never greeted us as we literally stood right in front of her for a couple minutes while she restocked the meats; she put on gloves then wiped her nose with her gloved hand right before starting our sandwiches), she had no clue how much of anything goes on a sandwich which says not much training is happening, and 2) if employees skim off one piece of meat from each sandwich in a day, that's a lot of savings for the store! At the end of the transaction, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I just wanted to say that this employee doesn't seem to know the meat standard for making a sandwich - I get less meat but still pay the same price. But because there had been an issue with the total at the end of our visit - my sandwiches cost $21.00, but the employee rang up $30.00 and I had to add each sandwich up for her several times to get her to re-ring it correctly - she assumed I wanted to see a supervisor because of that and snarled at me "you do what you gotta do" when I said I'd call for a supervisor the following day since there was no supervisor in the store that evening. So my complaint is: there's a meat standard, so please train your employees to observe it Consistency is key at a fast food restaurant. And my suggestion is: post a cheat-sheet sandwich guide for standards above the preparation area. Thank you!

Subway customer service & online orders

I placed an online order today and my online reciept said my order would be ready at 12:10 pm. I got to the Subway at that time and was told my order was never received. I checked my paypal and my bank account and the $27.06 was debited from my account. When the employees called the owner he refused to fulfill my order and told me to dispute it with my bank. He kept going on and on that it was my problem and yelling at me. I called corporate and let tem know i did not want this disrespectful man calling me. They said i should get a credit back to my account within 48 hrs. The owner called me just as hostile as he was when i spoke to him on the phone at the store and i hung up on him. I am a customer who didnt recieve my online order and then had to go through the line and pay cash for an additional order. Spending over 50 minutes in the store.

Subway employees

We just left the subway in ashe co (Not the one in walmart) and the lady that helped us, sheila, was incredible. She was extremely nice and very very friendly. The problem came into play when it was time to pay. 2 other male employees were standing at the register loudly talking about another customer in a very negative light. Our sandwiches were sitting there right in front of them, and we were standing right in front of them at the register yet they never even acknowledged us. They kept talking about some customer and chocolate chip cookies. Sheila had to stop making another persons sandwich to come to the register to check us out. She even asked the two guys standing right there if they could do it and they looked at her and literally said "no, you can do it". That is ridiculous. They were soooo rude to her and us plus other customers in there for even behaving that way in front of a dining room of paying people. We don't go there to wait while employees gossip about other customers. Thank god that sheila lady is there and very helpful because I don't think I would've had any customer service if it were up to the other guys. I can't tell you their names because they didn't have name tags on, only her. Also, the one guy had shoulder length hair and no hat while standing where all the food is. I've just never had a bad experience at any subway until today and i'm highly disappointed. We were there at 2:21pm

Subway poor customer service

I called to the Subway on 1577 New Garden Rd in Greensboro NC on 12/20/16 to place an order for a classic combo platter. First a young lady answered the phone and I explained to her what I was calling for and she gave the phone to a gentleman who proceed to take my order. The gentleman was very pleasant. Once I got off the phone after placing my order, the young lady called back and questioned how I wanted the platter as far as the meats. I explained to her that I wanted it the way it was advertised online with all of the meats. She continued to question me about my choice and then she got frustrated and an attitude and handed the phone back to the gentleman that I had spoke to before. I explained to him that I wanted all of the meats that come in the classic combo platter. The young man was very helpful again. The young lady needs to work on her customer service skills and to learn that if she is going to make rude comments about a customer she should at least put the phone on hold before she speaks about them.

Subway service

To whom it may concern,

isnt it alarming that some staff in subway khalifa street branch abu dhabi don't know what good attitude means . and maybe dont even know what customer service means.. well the management should educate them the right way to serve customer, it compose of smile and good attitude and offering customer what their selling in the nice way.. us customer are not begging for our food.. we are paying for it.. and i believe the payment we give comes from the hardwork we make . they should learn how to treat customer with respect and good attitude. to be specific those pilipina ladies should learn this. dont treat customer rude your are not giving sandwich for free. just saying.

Subway service

I had visited gandhinagar, Gujarat subway on 18th November and i was very pissed off when i did order an aaloo patty, mexican patty and mexican salad. I did talk with store manager mr. Kanu patel that i require my sub as salad more saucy. I dont take all sauces thought he didnt listen. I said i am more concern about sub, it doesnt taste good when sauces are not applied properly.

Very upset with staff members. I didnt argue but for sure i wont come back to this subway ever.

Subway product and service

Went to Subway in Arlington, TX at 3646 Matlock ordered the Turkey Reuben. I'm on the email for specials, which was Reuben footlong for $7. The lady tells me while paying that this time she'll let me have the sandwich without sauerkraut but next I have to order with or can't do it. I tried to explain to her I didn't want sauerkraut but she was very persistent. Also ask for sandwich to be toasted, got home realized it wasn't had to it myself! The lettuce was scraped from bottom of pan when she fix sandwich instead of getting fresh. Sandwich was not fresh tasting, ate some of it but will not go back to this Subway again! I would truly appreciate a full refund for this horrible experience and barely digestible sandwich. Good Customer Service is always a plus for any successful business. I guess this lady is the manager, white and middle age didn't get her name. Thank you-- my name is Ms. Bell-- I've already call Customer Service with complaint, they said they would pass on to head office!

Subway carved turkey sub

The Carved Turkey Sub is advertised on local television and in the window of the restaurant as having 3 pieces of meat. I have ordered the sandwich 2 separate times and both times the Sub only had 2 slices of meat.
When I mentioned this to the sandwich artist, she had no idea what I was talking about, and couldn't have been less concerned. I was surprised by the lack of concern by the staff.

Subway requirements are by weight, not by image. If the two pieces of carved turkey weigh 3 oz? Then that's the proper weight for a six inch sub, and that's what you will get.

Unfortunately Subways often have a set requirement for how much meat or cheese should be used for a particular sandwich. You can always ask for more however they may charge you.

Subway I am complaining about the employee, she said the bathrooms were not working

The women employee said the bathrooms were not working. She had signs on them that said out of order. After she wouldn't let me in she let a woman in that had 2 girls, and she let in 2 men
After we saw that I got up and said please buzz me in the bathroom. It was too late. By the time I got in there I had urinated in my pants and on the floor I told my friend and she told me to call the 800 number when I did all I got was a fast busy signal. This was in a strip mall at Belmont and Cumberland in River Grove, IL
She was a woman from India she was very rude. This happened on 11-11-16 around 7 pm I was embarrassed and had to ride the bus soaked with urine?

Subway Speak up for ethics!!!

Jeremy Eisnor is a Government Contractor for an Aerospace Company called LockHead Martin. His FB page might show how he is a great man, a Dad, a family man, but also a DIVORCE husband! Talk about what a great guy he may try to impress, but don't be fooled by what an dishonest man he will appear to be.

Going on as a "Private Investigator, " tracking places of where he has been all over Clark County. You wouldn't be surprise what a big perverted person he is. Seeing his Son and Daughters how miserable they are. Anything he would do to throw you under, to have it his way working at second job for Subway on FARM ROAD getting paid under the table. Some American people are so disgusting how they represent this Country.

Don't be fooled how nice he may be to you. This PIG who works for the GOVERNMENT is a shellfish liar and a dishonest with no integrity. Being too nice is a reason to show that he has shame to hide.

Subway was given false information

Today, 10/23/16, I went to the local subway and order a foot long, and asked for Cheesy and Broccoli soup through the drive-thru. The girl talking back to me said that they only had potato soup. Before I go any further, let me just say I am a vegetarian. I asked the girl if it had meat, she said no. I ordered it, went home, ate a few bites of the soup before realizing it had ham in it.. I, of course was furious, and at the same time felt sick to my stomach. It's too much of a hassle to get a refund, considering I'd have to make the drive there just to get $2.50 back. But I'm still super upset. I want the workers to be more aware of what they have in their food, rather than just assuming. What if someone was allergic to ham, ate that soup after they were told it didn't have meat, and then got really sick from it? As said before, I don't want a refund, I just want the employees to be more aware of what they have in their food.
