This is the second time making a complaint for the same issue through this website. The manager/owner of the store has been in contact with us and said he would send a full refund of $14.88. This is almost a full 3 months later and we still have not received a refund and he has not responded to us reaching out to him. Is there someone over the owner? This is insane that he has stated multiple times that he would give us a refund, has our phone number and home address and has not put the card with the refund into the mail. He could have walked to our house and hand delivered it in this amount of time. This is no way to run a business.

    This website is not directly affiliated with Subway so they will likely not see your complaint here. You could try calling their corporate office.
