Subway current and former employees inability to get paid!

Employees who work currently or who quit and are still owed a paycheck are not getting paid on time and/or are not able to cash their paychecks once they receive them. This is 100% illegal in the state of Missouri. The owner Keith Bruns and the district manager who is in charge of payroll, Jessica Cagle never have enough money put into the payroll account so when come payday all their employees are able to cash their paychecks without hassle. This is another thing that is 100% illegal in the state of Missouri. And when employees go to Keith or Jessica and ask for assistance in cashing their paycheck they get yelled at by them or put off and told to wait for a few days, or are made to feel as if they are in the wrong for needing their paycheck cashed. I would not eat and support the Eureka and Pacific Subway locations, because the employees who are or have made costumers sandwhiches and food are not getting paid come their payday.

Subway was fired for an unfair reason

I worked at subway for less than two weeks it being my first job in at least like 3-4 months I wasn't used to the labor and stuff but I made sure I didn't take long breaks my manager told me that I need to clock out for breaks that taking them would not be a problem if I clock out so I took a 10 minute break one day because my feet were swelling an hurting(went to bathroom prior and my feet were stiff and hurting so I took a break after asking the assistant manager I asked if I could she said yes and I clocked out . the real manager never did any of her jobs she made the assistant manager wait to do any of the daily duties from throughout the day to show me the "right way" when I did it the same as she did days prior of that. The reason she said for firing me I apparently made excuses to not do work when in reality I did my work at a pretty good pace regardless to feet pain. She said I could not do a 3 hour shift with out a break so she was letting me go . I felt it was a really dumb reason to fire me customers even said I made "perfect subs" and they liked my positive attitude and how excited I was to make them I did pretty well at my job I made flaws and she warned me on stuff I did wrong but I never had the problem after she told me what I did wrong.

Subway service

Experienced a very rude worker who obviously does not like her job. Ordered a ham sandwich with cheese. She asked if I wanted it toasted. I said, "yes." She then asked if I wanted anything else on the sandwich to which I responded no. She then proceeded to wrap it, I told her that I wanted it toasted. She was obviously very irritated and banged down the papers and proceeded to toast the sandwich. When checking out, I had a coupon to get a 6" sub for $.99 with purchase of a 6" sub. I ordered a footlong so you would think you could get the 6" for $.99. Not! When trying to get her to ring up my order correctly, the worker threw my change on the counter and stomped off to the back.

I did read the coupon! It is a coupon card good for one year. I already used it once at this same Subway and got the 2nd 6" sub for $0.99 with no problem. It was this worker who would not honor the coupon. Very rude worker.

Subway breakfast sandwich

went to subway on p street lincoln ne and ordered a bacon cheese egg foot long sandwich and she asked what kind of bread and i said 9 grain honey and oat and she said she did not have that so i settled for white bread then she asked what kind of egg white or yellow i said yellow she said we are out of that all i have was white so why ask me if i wanted yellow or white by then i was upset and told her i want nothing and walked out. I have never been in any establishment that had nothing i wanted. I will not go to that establishment again was very upset and was looking forward to a great sandwich on a sunday morning at 930 on may 21 2017. Thank you for listening to me but i was greatly disappointed as i have favored your establishment but will be looking others from now on.

Subway filthy restaurant

I frequent Subway in Greenwood, AR often on lunch and now after ball games. Today I went to Subway at 1272 W. Center Street in Greenwood, AR. It was a little before 9:00 pm. There was 1 gentlemen in line when I came in with my grandson. As we placed our order 3 other people came in. The 3 after us got their food to go. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. I had to step over a bunch of cheetos and other foods around a highchair at a table that no one was sitting at. As I am waiting for my grandson to finish eating I notice there were 2 used rubber gloves on the floor below the drink station. On the floor next to our table was dirty napkins on the floor and there was an empty cup on a table. I threw away my receipt before I sat down. I wish I hadn't so you could get the exact time I was there but I looked at the clock and it was 9:00pm. After the 3 individuals that came in after us got their food and left, the 2 store employees went to the back and was going on about a movie and music. They never came out to clean the store. I took several pictures showing the mess, the clock with time and how no one was in the store or at the counter while I am having to eat in this filth. I've never made a complaint for anything before but I thought this was a little ridiculous.

One last thing. On top of the filth, the air conditioner was broke and it was hot in the store.

Subway toaster oven/air conditioner

Every time I go to the subway at 3007 DeansBridge Road it is very hot and uncomfortable, the employees are sweating and the toaster does not work, I go there twice a week and they tell me the owner is having the air conditioner repaired, it has been more than a month and the appliances are still not working, one day last month I was there and the oven caught fire, please get the owner to repair before something bad happens

Subway subway chicken sandwich

There was a bonafide report that mentioned that Subway uses lots of Soy in their chicken. This was a report put on tv by CBC. They went to various fast-food outlets and bought chicken products from each of them then analyzed what was in each and Subway was the worst offender for much of their so called "Chicken Sandwich" was made up of Soy instead. Isn't this called "lying" or down right "deception"?
And since I CAN'T trust this company anymore, it doesn't matter how many ads you put on tv, I'm just NEVER going to your place to eat anymore! For who knows what else you're doing!

Subway staff

I stop in at the subway on fallriver ave. In seekonk the other night, and even thou sometimes i go during the day the problem is sometimes then too but no as bad. everytime i go there especially either in the evening or at night that place smells like marijuana bad then the staff comes in from the back high giggling and making sandwiches that my 5 year old can make better.how can you have a staff getting high in a business where family's go.i will not be returning there and niether will b my extended fam. when i tell them. So if u want to get high i guess thats the place to go if u want clean well done food go somewhere else.

Subway customer service

I was very unsatisfied with the service we had recieved the other day when eating at Subway. The 3 east indian ladies behind the counter kept talking to eachother in their own foreign language while proceeding to laugh at all the customers making everyone feel very uncomfortable. They would not let me get certain vegetables on my sub and panini because they said they were concerned about my health. It was really awkward and I struggled to get the vegetables on my sub like I had done countless times before at Subway. I frequent Subway quite a bit and usually the staff and service is amazing! But this was completely unacceptable and am sad that this location nearest to me will not be an option anymore.

Subway being too frugal with the customization of my sandwich

I love subway! I go to every location I can find to get my usual sala, soup, or my all time favorite the sweet onion chicken teriyaki! So you can imagine how happy I was when I found out that right next to my new job is a subway.

Today is Sunday May 7th. I walk over to the eatery to order my sandwich. An older man is at the counter and at first seemed friendly but I later realized as he was making my sandwich he was very grouchy and it looked as though he didn't want to make it or just down right seemed annoyed with my requests. I asked for a lot of onions on my sandwich and I only got less than a handful. When I asked for some more he only put four extra pieces. I looked at the man and said... you can put more... I'll pay extra... the sandwich isn't even halfway covered! He then replied that he couldn't and he had put enough!

I'm sorry... isn't that for me to decide? Especially since I'm the one eating this sandwich?! This is the second time that I've had an issue with the subway in syosset on berry hill road! The first time a young girl was working there and was behaving as though reluctant to make my salad because she was too busy flirting with the customer before me (then the same older man had to yell at her IN FRONT OF EVERYONE to cut it out and make my salad).

This isn't right!
I will no longer be eating from this location because issues have happened two times too many.
If i have another issue with any subway here on out I will stop eating from here all together...

I basically just paid $8.50 for a sandwich that I won't be enjoying.

Subway the horrible sandwich I received

I ordered a Philadelphia cheese steak sub, 6 inch.
When I sat down to unwrap it I found a sub that was poorly put together with little to no meat. No cheese but mayonnaise that I didn't ask for! Not to mention the dry stringy onions that lay there on the small amount of meat which was very dried out almost to beef jerky ( not quite that dry but you get my point). I took two pics so as I could be taken seriously. I have ordered this same sub at another location and was very pleased. I asked the attendant if another could be made, she said that's how that sub is made, so I didn't get my sub .

Subway employee names louise

I was at subway located at loves truck stop in Cumberland md on 4/2/17 . I was patiently waiting to order food while the lady name Louise was yelling and fighting with her boyfriend, this was going on for several minutes.she did not even acknowledge me or apologize or anything. I thought this was very rude so I left with out getting my food. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and the service from this employee and the way she acted while she was suppose to be working .

Subway subway centennial

I would like to make a complaint it's subway located at 2300 Patterson st. In Nashville the employees there are very unsanitary have long hair does not wear hair nets I observed one guy scratch his head didn't wash hands and proceed to make someone sandwich so there was Indian lady dealing with cookies no gloves or no uniform on I turned away and went to dairy queen what kind of people give people like that a store that store need to be shut down immediately

Subway sub sandwiches and menu.

Store 1118 Columbus St. Ottawa IL. Order Number SPM20170426125036. Saw ad for the $5.00 ft long spicy sub. I had to ask about it because it wasn't on the menu. No where did it say what was on it. It looked good. When I saw them making it I asked for a couple of slices of Hot Capicola. No where did it say on the menu that 3 slices of meat would be and extra $3.00 and the girl never said a word. ( I can get a lb at the store for that price) The veggies I asked for were so stingy that I cut the sandwich in half and put them all on one side. So my husband and I each got a 3" sub for lunch. This is the 2nd time we've been to this Subway. The Other one on North Columbus is slightly better. I was never a fan of Subway the bread is always dry and stale tasting. Never will go there again. Over priced and stingy.

Subway rotten vegetables

I bought a sandwich in my local Subway and it had a terrible taste. It felt like something was rotten, vegetables didn't taste good so I asked them to give me another one or return my money. They were very rude and didn't help me. There were three Subway employees and they all claimed that their company guarantee high quality and that everything was fresh and etc.
I offered them to try my sandwich, but they refused to do that.
I know how fresh food tastes like and I'm 100% sure that vegetables were rotten. I will not eat there again! Never expected such a terrible service from Subway!

Subway lack of recycling at subway

On enquiry whether Subway recycle their waste, as I wanted to put my plastic, paper etc after a meal in the right place. Happy said "O just put it in that same place" meaning the garbage.

I asked- does Subway recycle?
Well, he said, only the food products from the kitchen, but the rest all goes into the dumpster around the side.
I asked if he would find out from management what the policy is, and that would by again and ask.

As a regular subway user, I would most disappointed if Subway does not, in this day and age, recycle, and educate its customers about re-cycling! After all, this North Vancouver municipality have strict rules about it, and provide disposal bins to suit the situation.

I am sure this is not Happy's fault, unless it is a policy of Subway not to recycle plastics, and separate waste.

Kindly let me know the answers to my questions.

Subway inappropriate result

On the 14th of April myself and grandchildren were getting our lunch. After asking my grand daughter several times what she wanted (and was answered each time). employee Erma turned to other customers to inform them, that kid has attitude. Even if she did have an issue it should have been discussed with me and not complete strangers. When I asked Erma why she said what she did, she informed me that it wasn't meant for for us. At the time she was serving us and there weren't any other young girls in line. I think inappropriate comments are unnecessary whether the employee thinks itor not

Subway picy italian sub

So I decided to get a 12" spicy Italian sub at the subway in Newport Pennsylvania and I did, but the lady over the counter did not put everything she was supposed to put in it. I get this sub practically every time I eat there so I know. Anyways I couldn't even taste the meat, and there was no mayonnaise and also I found a hair in my sub so I didn't eat some of it.

Subway lack of service-not by counter person but the manager

I stopped at a Subway in Blairsville, Pa. on my way home from work. My wife had called and ask me to stop and get 4- 12 inch subs.
I arrived at the subway at approximately 5:15 pm. and ordered 4 meatball subs. Well they only had enough meatballs for 2 and a half. The young lady at the counter apologized and said that it would be awhile to get more meatballs ready. She began to tell me that the manager (Janessa) said to her that we didn't need anymore meatballs out.
I finally got my 4 subs at around 6 o'clock and the young lady behind the counter must have apologized 8 times for the delay.
I have stopped many times in Armagh, Pa. and have had no problem being taken care of.
The worst problem is that when I called the next day to talk to Janessa she said that she never told them not to get anymore meatballs out. I know that for a fact that someone isn't telling the truth.
This took place on the 10th of April and I called Janessa on the 11th.
