Subway service

I went in to order 3 subs and I told the guy behind the counter what I wanted as the first sub. Then he continued to talk to some lady standing in the lobby and laughing then turned back to me and asked me the second time which bread I wanted, so I told him again. Then he goes back to talking to his friend again then asks me what kind of bread I wanted for the third time! So I told him yet again. Then just as before he goes back to talking to the female in the lobby. By this point he had finally gotten out the right kind of bread for the first sandwich. Then he turns to me once again and so...what kind of sub did you want again? And I had told him each time he asked about the bread that I wanted a footlong black forest ham on Italian herb bread. After realizing at this point he couldn't pay attention long enough to even get one sub made right I just told him to forget it and walked out! Absolutely Disgusted with the service there.

Subway service

the lady that ismaking sandwiches is not wearing a hair net she is very rude and wasnt wear gloves 7/16/18 new caney walmart i didnt like the waay i was being taked to and dont like the way she was looking at me she was just throwing my food together its a bigger lightskined women sshe was just all in general rude and i dont want her to work here again

Subway the way I was treated

I entered your store on havanna and colfax on a luch break i ordered a wrap and a spicy Italian. There was a lot of people in the store . the young man didn't have a very good attitude i commented on it and he told me his boss loves it. Now if this company supports your management treating it's customers like they are a dot in his world. Then i am gonna blog and tell everyone i know to figure out who owns this chain and tell everyone not to vist any of your stores. !

Subway meatball sub

After my husband had worked on a vehicle for seven hours in the hot sun, we decided not to cook, I went into subway and ordered two foot longs, one being a meatball sub, arrived home, he took a bite of the sub and it tasted burnt which I have a pic of. He said it tasted like it was cooked in a crockpot on high heat for days, it was not edible. Called the store, talked to different people, one called back and had the manager call me which she proceeded to tell me all she could do was give me another meatball sub. I stated my husband would never eat another one, I'd bring it back and wanted my money back, she said no I'll give you another sub but no money. I said well I'll see if he wants a different sub but I doubt he would ever eat another sub from subway at this point. She proceeded to tell me all she could offer was a ham or meatball sub. This is absurd, I had the sub uneaten, I deserved a refund!
After all of this, I still had to go out to get food since the sub was inedible !
We hadn't tried subway in a long time because of a previous experience at this same restaurant but thought we'd give them another chance. This being the subway on 159 in Kingston Ohio. I can send a picture of the sub if need be. You need to work on customer service at this location. It is horrible ! No one should be forced to eat a sub this bad. Horrible product !

Subway customer service

at pilot gas station in Lebanon tn theres a subway and dq the subway isn't the best everytime I go in there no one is behind the counter and if they are they are about to go on break this subway has to be the closest one to me will they prepare your sandwich yes but it will take 30 minutes after you have waited 30 minutes while they are on break its slow

Subway where is everybody?

Hi. My name is Cheryl Evans. I live in Fulton, Ms. We have a few places to dine here, including Subway. I generally visit the Subways in Tupelo because I work in Tupelo. I decided to stop by the one in Fulton today.
When I got inside, I noticed a man of color standing at the bar waiting to be served. I waited w/him. I noticed that there was a man sitting at the left-hand side of the bar. The gentleman waiting asked about the servers and the man sitting responded "I guess they're putting up stock."
I asked him if he'd been waiting long. He said, ' A little while."
At that time, 2 servers came out the doors, one heavy set w/dirty blonde hair put up in a ponytail, the other a younger girl w/reddish brown hair. It was 3:27:06 on 7/3/2018.
The gentleman ordered his sandwich, I ordered mine, and would have put spinach and guacamole on my sandwich, but it looked so brown, I changed my mind. The spinach looked less than fresh as well. I mentioned how the guacamole looked, and the blonde mentioned she could get some fresh, but it would cost a dollar extra. sheesh.
I want Subway to have good business here. I don't think it's gonna happen if people are treated in this manner or see yucky options.
My sandwich was good, the bread was great, but it could have been better. Just sayin'.

Subway customer service

Sunday July 1/18
Me and a friend who troubledly is a homeless person.l went in the subway store because I offered him a sandwich since he's struggling. The manager told us to "f**k off we don't feed the homeless". I told him that I was paying for his sandwich. He told me since your defending him you need to get the hell out too. When we were leaving the insulted us saying a white and a Mexican hanging out and laughed about it. I'm so sad because of this. I hope this can get confronted.

Subway discrimination in the worker thread ring me

I arrived at subway 8687 w it'll Bronson Kissimmee fl 34747, went and stand in line, for approx 15 minutes, after standing in line for 15 min the worker tells me to get the [censored] out n is not making me a sandwich I said sir, why couldn't tell me 15 mins ago, said to get the [censored] out told me [censored] u, I really hope u have cameras, I planned on going the fullest with this, yes I was upset n all rights to be, of the way I was treated n my life felt at risk

Subway food poisoning from strawberry kiwi energy drink

Please refer to receipt SPM20180623035646 (Host Order Id) I paid 2.33 plus tax on 6/23/2018 for the Strawb.erry Kiwi energy drink and got food poisoning. The drint smelled funny, but it tasted ok. I vomited a few hours later (didn't eat anything that day). Vomited liquid only. Contacted the office in Omaha, Ne, so they went to the Subway at Saap Brothers, and found that all of the expiration dates were valid. They made the Subway employee drink one of the energy drinks to see if they would get sick! I think that's terrible! Maybe this was an isolated incident, but they wouldn't acknowledge anything that I was complaining about, including not even offering a refund of 3.00 for making me sick! I won't ever eat there again, and I am telling all of my friends what happened, so they won't eat there either. My phone number is [protected] and my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. Subway infection control

The staff are not washing their hands or changing gloves. They will leave their gloves on and touch cash register and handle money. They will then make a sandwich without changing gloves. Or, if they take their gloves off and handle money they will not wash their hands before putting gloves on. The manager's husband gets irritated when I request him to change his gloves.

Subway food

We got 3 subs at your elm grove wv store paid almost 20.00 for them they

were soggy nasty tasting had to throw them away i know you can't refund money but was wondering if you could send coupons we have never had a sub like these they didn't even get the order right we got the cold cut combo it was so soggy the turkey breast was wet for some reasonand the Italian didn't have what we wanted on it very poor service had to wait forever for the subs very disappointed 😞 thank you for your time

Subway robbery

We are on vacation is Barbados and the cashier Keisha took our $60 USD and only have us back $1.50USD cheating us $30USD she denied the accusations we made and insisted she gave the right change back. The total was $57 Barbadian dollars which is 28 United States dollars. If we gave $60USD that is equivalent to $30 BDS. Therefore Keisha stole $30 USD from us. That doesn't get to me it's the fact that she stole from us and was unlawful and lied. Her name is Keisha and she works at Sheraton Mall is Barbados.

Subway customer service

Today I went in to the subway in Galveston tx 59th street. I walked in there was a big line. I know it was lunch rush so I'm like okay i can wait. So i waited 20 min to get my order in and there was no type of bread only flat bread, no veggies what so every. Every container was empty, the employees where been really rude, rolling eyes and just ignoring the costumers. I have always gone to this subway only subway I go to in the island. Not anymore never again. Thank u for your service but today was my last day going to a Subway. And the manger was just sanding watching the employees work struggling at that.

Subway not giving me my last check

They did not give me my last check 2 weeks ago from June 13th 2018 I have been calling nonstop asking for my manager Katie they've been telling me they'll pass the message on and nobody has contacted me I went in there 3 times I'm getting fed up I just want my last check reason why I left because Subway sucks there rude at the subway i was at which is lake Avenue St Joseph Missouri

Subway employer - meena

I regret to inform you that the employer Meena (mobile: 440-840-2419), owner of subway franchise - euclid & 36th street, cleveland, oh, is continuously resorting to unethical & unlawful business practices since past 3 years.

Meena hires students on cash basis and pays them wages of about @ $5 per Hour under the table and makes them do extra - and overtime-work for which she does not pay the student employees.

Meena first makes the student employees work for her for free, in first week on the pretext that it is a "training period" for which they are not entitled to any payment from her or Subway as per the subway rules & regulations.

If that was not enough, she retains one week pay and does not give it back to the student employee if they leave her job before doing 6 months of work at her franchise.

Meena is so much used to hiring of cheap student labor on cash at low wages, preferably the poor indian students who don't have much of an option for getting employment, that instead of hiring employees through bonafide subway employment panel for her franchise, she directly hires only students.

In fact Meena had to recently close one of her franchise near parma, because she could not find students willing to change 2 buses and travel so far from downtown.

Meena boasts to her employees that the subway inspector for the area - Mr Jason, will never report this to the subway head office and creates a culture of slavery at her workplace.

Subway food prep

San antonio-southcross/goliad location. Deeply concerned with the type of management that is running this particular store. The manager i'm referring to is kris. She should be given additional training in food preparation, sanitation and customer service. I had my food prepared by kris and was doing great until a fly landed on my sandwich meat while my food was left on the food prep board when she proceeded to chit chat with a regular at the store. The employee that was going to add my veggies saw the incident and with no hesitation proceeded to make me a new sandwich. That's when manager kris got upset. She whispered under her breath and looked over at me. I asked if there was an issue and she stated, "it's just a waste." I said excuse me the employee explained the fly landed on my sandwich and she said in a loud voice while other customers were in line waiting to order, "that's so wasteful!" I said if you think so then you eat it and she proceeded to say she would. I'm courious to know what other things she thinks is wasteful and would rather serve to us, the customer and put our health at risk! I think my next rant will be to the health dept to see what there opinion is when it comes to this type of handling. Unacceptable!

Actually please ignore this review. This never happened. I just made it up because I was fired from this location. Now my friend is telling me that since i made this up they can sue me for slander. So I hope by posting this that they know that I made a mistake.

Subway customer service

My mom and I went into a subway location, and one of the ladies behind the counter told my mom that she was too busy to buzz my mom into the bathroom. My mom waited for several minutes. I asked again for her. I was ignored. Then when it was time for me to order I asked for her name. She said it was patricia. Then she proceeded to yell "why do I want her name? She asked is it because I said we were too busy? Y'all do too much."at that point I informed my mother that we were no longer eating there. I grabbed my mom and guided her out the door when patricia decides to yell "and when you file a complaint make sure they know that you use the bathroom and did not buy a sandwich [censored]."my mother walked in and tried to reason with her and said that she has a medical condition. I told my mother she did not have to explain herself to patricia. I told patricia that I will be recording the conversation after she put her hand in my mother's face. She said "well I can record too." and then she said "what you going to do what's up!" while jumping at me as if she was going to hit me. I threatened to call the police and corporate. Worst subway experience ever!

Subway bad customer service/ hair in my food

I went in and the lady made me a sandwich with hair in it, she then made me another one due to the fact there was hair in my sandiwich, but in the other one there was more hair. Then I asked the lady if I could just get another sandwich or a refund but she said she has to get permission from the manager. They made me wait an hour, because the managers were not available. Finally the manager called the lady back that was working and they said "make him another sandwich" then the lady said "I did" and they refused to give me a new one.then I got upset and asked them if I could just get my sandwich and they refused to give it to me. Then the lady called the police on me to leave because I got upset. I was escorted out by a he police at the end. Did not get a new sandwich and did not get a refund. I paid 8$ just to have the police called on me.

Subway worker

The old lady on shift is vary rude to me when I was a paying customer and had to get the money from my husband she said I needed to have the money before I got up there and that they have other costmors but I couldnt have got the money because my husband was working on a shandwatch but it was mostly how rude she was about it I will not be paying another dime at this subway as long she mike mcorsley lets this lady act like she runs things she has already upset my husband sevral times a day he works with her on day shift she treats him so bad he comes home and is just n a bad mood all day iv had witj her enough is enough something must be done now!

Subway pricing not matching advertising

There are ads on the internet and on television mentioning that five footlong subs are available for $4.99. They are Black Forest Ham, Meatball Marinara, Spicy Italian, Cold Cut Combo and Veggie Delite.
After I ordered and had my sandwich prepared they said it will be $6.99. I said the ad states the price is $4.99 and the person said not here, it's $6.99.
Based upon this I will never return to that subway again. The location is 1098 N. First Street, #110, San Jose, CA 95112.
