Subway service, cigarette smoke, noise & not a very nice attitude

Dirty store, mommy mgr. who have whole family working there who sit on counter, play radio to loud that disturbs tenants in apartment above, smokes with front and rear doors open or outside with no one in store, slams doors, rattle pots and pans loud talking and horse play. When outside sit on car hood and on sidewalks and the whole family eat there for nothing, throws all trash and cig. butts down in path of walking in store and lets a very young kid ride a noisy dirt bike around in front of store parking lot very disturbing. Thank you

I was at this location this evening to buy my nephew a steak egg and cheese flatbread, a vitamin water, and a bag of chips. The gentleman forgot to put the egg on the sandwich, and he had already placed the cheese and steak on the bread, so he discarded it into the trash. The older Asian female saw what he did, and asked him why he threw it away. When the gentleman told her he forgot to put the egg on, she pulled the discarded sandwich out of the trash, placed it on the counter, and told him just to put egg on it. I was horrified, I raised my voice to her and told her no way am I paying for that, I want a new sandwich! I told her I just saw her pull it out of the trash, and she replied it wasn't in the trash it was on top of a pan that was on top of the trash can. I bluntly called her a liar, and told her I could see that he threw the sandwich in the trash as I was standing right there! She was very annoyed with me, and told me in broken English no problem no problem! She then Proceeded to tell the gentleman making my 2nd sandwich not to make it as big as the 1st one because I cost them a sandwich by refusing the one she pulled out of the trash. She continued to mutter under her breath very unprofessionally, and when it was time for me to pay, I had had quite enough of her unprofessionalism, and I again told her I saw her take the sandwich out of the trash, again she denied it, so I looked over her shoulder to the gentleman who made my order, and I said, "didn't she throw that sandwich in the trash and take it out and tell you just to put egg on it?" and he nodded in agreement. She claimed she was the manager, yet she could barely speak English. She refused to tell me her name. She used profanity when speaking to me. This was just a horrible experience. I can't believe you have people who try to serve customers food they pulled out of the trash working for your company. I will never eat at subway again, and I was a daily customer, seeing as how there is subway right next to my school and I go there everyday for lunch and spend anywhere from $10-15 a day.

Subway wrong order

I have had 2 bad experiences at Subway in Streator Illinois the 1st time I had called on my lunch break I ordered 1 12" sub and asked them to have it ready as soon as possible because that is why I am calling I only had 15 minutes to get there and back and didn't have time to wait in line so I wanted it ready when I got there and I do this all the time by the way and it has never been an issue before..The employee I spoke to told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour so I refused to submit my order and I did tell him that I did not understand why it would take that long 1I could go in there and have it done within 10 minutes that's so great way to lose buisness..The 2nd time I had order on line and when you do that there's a bunch of condiments already selected for you and if you don't on check them they will put it on your sandwich I had thought I had them all on checked but I missed the mark for ranch apparently Because when I got home I saw the ranch on my sub and instantly called them telling them I did not order ranch and they continued to tell me that I must have because they wouldn't have put it on there otherwise even though I'm pretty sure I had on chucked it and on top of that there were so much ranch that it was dripping out of my sub it was disgusting even if I did like ranch I wouldn't have been able to eat it because there is so much ...i asked them if I could bring it back in and have them make a new one ..i was told no..
after talking to 2 people the 3rd girl I spoke to was completely rude and snobbish towards me and told me it was all my fault and there's no way they can do anything about it needless to say I'm done going to Subway in this town

Subway rude subway employee

Visited subway in Miami Beach 27 and Collins late 1:04am, I went in to buy subs for co-workers and told them I was going to utilize the restroom first. An employee by the last name Driss stoped me said "no you can't use it" the employee then stated the bathroom was broken after I pressured him into giving me a valid reason, as I look to the restroom no visible sign was in place to verify if the restroom was indeed out of service, I proceeded to check the restroom for myself and then he abruptly cut me off and locked the door so I wouldn't see for myself. Left without buying anything, Customer service here is a disappointment.

As a private company, they can refuse service for almost any reason. That would also include allowing someone into the restroom. It was inappropriate for you to check anyways after they told you no. You need to respect the rules they set even if you feel they are invalid.

Subway owner/manager

This is the second time making a complaint for the same issue through this website. The manager/owner of the store has been in contact with us and said he would send a full refund of $14.88. This is almost a full 3 months later and we still have not received a refund and he has not responded to us reaching out to him. Is there someone over the owner? This is insane that he has stated multiple times that he would give us a refund, has our phone number and home address and has not put the card with the refund into the mail. He could have walked to our house and hand delivered it in this amount of time. This is no way to run a business.

Subway employer

I am a current employee at Subway #20365-0. The store owner continuously leaves employees alone, claiming that he didn't realize that he did it. Just today, he asked me to come in early, but I was running errands and could not. He told the morning manager that i was coming early and left her here. She was scheduled to leave at 2, and was told that I would be there. When she called the store owner, he admitted that he lied just so he could go shopping. I believe that behavior like this is unacceptable and should be handled appropriately.

Subway coupon not accepted

I am a regular customer of subway. Some of my friends are also working in subway. My friend give me 4 coupons of panini which can be used before december 31. I regularly early eat 6 inch veggie sub most of time in subway and quite few times i get triple cheese panini also. I have used these coupons on subway on 120 st and 96 avenue, surrey and one on king george and 88 avenue surrey. But today i try to use it on 15551 fraser highway surrey subway but the lady on counter doesnot accepted it. She says only regular customer get paninis free on these coupon and i am not their regular customer. I am highly disappointed and told my friends and they told me this subway has done wrong because i never had issues using them on other subway. I will not eat in subway anymore.

Subway not staying open as stated on the doors!!!

I have tried to go to the Subway on the corner of Pace St. and 17th in Longmont Colorado, in the evening after my work at around 9:00 -9:20. Every time I have tried to come to this establishment at this time they are closed! However the hours on the doors state open until 10:00!
If they are going to close early then put that on the doors and list it otherwise, why is it always closed?

I'm frustrated and angry at the fact that this subway lists their hours but does not honor it as other subways in our town. Again, if they are going to close at an earlier time then I feel they should list it.

Subway this is the store in north versailles at walmart pittsburgh pa

I went into Walmart in North Versailles I place my order which is okay and I have two little boys. I was wondering where they went to in the back of the store there was two doors 1 door was open the back way going into Subway right across from that door was another door had to mop and chemicals in that room that's where my two boys were they should have those doors shut so nobody goes in those doors Plus security if I wanted to Rob Subway oh I have to do is go in the back door because it's wide open Plus the four is completely black looking almost that's how dirty that for is only trouble is I think it's wrong 10 they open and the floor should not be dirty at all especially when I go there 11 a.m. with my wife and two kids this for is completely dirty and I'm going to take pictures of it and put it on Facebook and tell my friends about the store but before I do that I'll call customer service up same thing with Little Caesars Pizza in North Versailles that store is filthy dirty when you walk into the place plus one time I walked into a place to get my pacer the register operator was going to the back putting cheese on the pizza with her bare hands and the best part is she's the manager I worked at Wendy's for 25 years I never had a problem like that with employees there well this is Subway inside Walmart in North Versailles store needs cleaned or I'm going to call to help word up the end my name is Rich

Subway employment

I have worked at Subway for over a month now and I have only missed one day of work, my daughter came down with strep throat and I had to miss yesterday as well, I was told by the school and the doctor that she wouldn't be able to return to school today. I was told that I would lose my job if i didn't come in today.
However when everyone left me alone in the store for 2 hours on a very busy day, no one came in to relieve me or help me work .
I don't agree with this, my boss informed me that she brought her son to work with her while he was running a fever and puking . I do not agree that you should bring a sick puking child to work with you especially when you work around the public and food.
I now have to worry that if i do not come into work today that I will lose my position as a sandwich artist because I do not agree with my bosses way of thinking. My children come first, period. I have worked my shifts and I do my job. So I have missed one day due to a funeral and one day because of my sick child.
I hope that someone will see this and speak to my boss, because it's not good enough coming from me.

Subway poor customer service

I went in to subway to order a sandwiches, chips and drinks for my family. But this is what ended up happening... I walked in and one of the gals behind the counter was speaking to a customer with a very loud tone, she was demanding to know if he was going to order anything. His reply back was calm, and he told her that he was trying to upload his coupon for his order. As I walked up to the counter I asked the gal about a coupon I had. Her reply back was as if she was annoyed to deal with any customers at all. Okay, fine. Then she proceeded to start stirring the food behind the counter and completely ignored taking my order. I waited, no big deal. And as I was waiting to have my order taken I see a gal at the other end of the counter, in front of the register sitting on a stool. So now i'm still standing waiting to have my order taken, then I ask her if she can take my order. She proceeds to tell me the gal in front of me can take my order. That's when the gal stirring the food stops and looks up at me and asked to take my order... Im sorry. But this behavior is ridicules. I was only able to get the managers name, alexis? I believe she said as a whisper. I understand if they were busy, but no one else was having an order taken. I cant believe this is how subway wants to be know for their great costumers service. Maybe if you have cameras, you could look into this and take complaints seriously.

Subway Abusive and verbally Rude Employee

To Whom It May Concern,

This Sunday November 19thyI Tried multiple times to use Subway app but I couldn't get it to work. My account is [protected]@cox.net and I have used it many times to make orders. So I Called Subway at
7105 W Hefner Rd Suite A, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. An Employee named MariAnne (pronounced by her as M AAREEEE ANN) answered the phone and I told her my predicament. She Sighed heavily and said "whatever you feel you absolutely NEEEEED... to DO". I gave her my order while she kept sighing heavily every 5 secs or so. Before I was able to tell her I was through ordering; She told me "I am way too busy for this! I have other people who want their food and your making them wait!" I told her that she just wrote down my order and my son would come to pick it up" she replied "Whatever... I don't have time for you! You can just come up here and wait and order". Again I reminded her that she had my order just as if I had used my remote app... written down." She replied "ok" and hung up on me. I realise She was busy... and young... but I don't think I've ever had any fast food employee yell and act as she has. I hope she isn't treating everyone this way.

Subway bread

Everytime I go to the two subways near me, no parmesan cheese bread, it's really aggregating when I don't want fried food and can rarely get my favorite sub!😩😩😩they need to do better! Highly dissasatisfied!I l love subway, but it's getting to the point where I will stop giving them my business and find some where else to give my business, really upset!

Subway complaints

I have worked at subway for almost 12 years and I love my job as a manager. I like to read complaints as to get input on what customers do and don't like... But after reading some of the this stories, i'm appalled by some of them. Yes I have a few complaints but 99% of mine are petty but fixable and and I always correct and make the customer come back happy. I so unhappy to hear of the stories that these folks have... Subway is a great company and they provide great quality food and suppose to be quality service. I can't speak for all subway stores but I can say that it makes me angry to hear the things I read. What angers me most is that now these (Stores) have made such a mockery of the subway name and its reputation, that most folks think that all subways are the same.
Well there not; some us of us treat our customers with the up most respect and with great service... I plea with those that have had a bad experience at subway.. Don't let that keep you from enjoying our food and our hospitality, there are some of us that are of the best of the best... I have personal issues myself because of my first name is the same name as an owner of 4 other stores and I get backlash because we have the same first name... But I still correct and try my best to make them happy no matter what store they go to... Please keep telling subway of your experiences but not just here please go to corporate and tell them of the experience of the store itself... It will more of a difference... Meanwhile thank you for your patronage and thank you buisness

Subway service

I stood at the front of the line for 1 -2 minutes before i was recognized. The employee was on her cell phone. She didn't wash her hands before preparing my food. When I asked her about why she didn't wash her hands she told me she forgot & continued making my sub. That is disgusting if you ask me. Especially with everything going on in the world. If your employee do not want to work they shouldn't be on the schedule

Subway service and product

My children and I went to Subway 50575-0 on Broadway in Fort Wayne, Indiana on 11/15/17 at 5:43pm. When we arrived there was one customer ahead of us at the cash register. We were not greeted when we walked in or as we stood waiting. When we were finally waited on I ordered the Reuben that has been advertised as a limited time sub. I was informed that they did not have the Rye bread that it is suppose to come on. I was disappointed but had them make it on flat bread. I was then informed that they did not have any corned beef. I asked him if he could look in the back. He did and brought some out. I have never seen such a skimpy sub in my life and I have been to many subways. My girls each ordered a sub and it was the slowest service I have ever received. I sent the following email to the manager, but never got a reply...

Subway sandwich

Today I purchased a cheddar bacon ranch sandwich with white american cheese toasted. So the cashier burned the sandwich she toasted this sandwich so hard that she couldnt even fold it the cheese was burned dark brown she then started to add veggies I stopped her and asked could she remake it she then replyed "ok hold up I got cha"
Yeh very unprofessional
She then scoops the meat cheese and few veggies that was on the sandwich up and place it on different bread. "WOW"
It was horrible very unprofessional and nasty customer service skills. This location has turned ghetto.

This is quite the overreaction. A lot of customers enjoy hearing more casual dialogue. Also it's a Subway, not a fine dining restaurant. I'm fairly sure it is standard policy as well not to waste non-damaged ingredients when remaking a sandwich. I don't see your experience as "horrible, " "very unprofessional, " or "nasty." If you're looking for eloquent employees, be prepared to spend more than $5 per sandwich.

By the way, you may want to refrain from judging the speech of others when you're personal grammar is somewhat lacking.

Subway gross

I went to subway in Walmart tonight and the fellow making my sandwich had a pretty long beard didn't have it covered and I had a couple beard hairs in my sub when I got home his name tag said "Randy's way" I commented about his beard being uncovered and he replied it wasn't in policy.. he was quiet rude and even put my change in his tip jar without my agreement. I will not be going back to this subway and will probably call the health department tomorrow

Subway food

We are always at subway me and my co workers its right next store to us. Twice I have ordered food and they had no Avocado's for the sandwich that is supposed to have it! Then today I ordered soup and they had no crackers. Another time i ordered a sandwich and it had plastic in it! I fell like if you order something they should have it in stock or at least offer you a discount for not having it. They always charge you for extras but like i said nothing extra or a discount at all for not having it! So a free gift card would be nice. very unsatisfied visit my local subway the young lady over the counter got my order wrong from start to finish order a bread-feat special with a small coffee she got it all wrong and i end it paying 7.75 for a 3.50 sandwich when i made a no got the order wrong she look at me like i was crazy i will never visit again this is the second time i have a issue at this subway
