Ok my order total was $33.91
I used my American express jackson Hewitt card
She was ringing it up on the register but swiped my card on a iPad type thing than cashed me out by cash instead of credit well the total on my card differs from my receipt total plus it doesn't say subway I was with my three kids and it was alil crazy so I wasn't able to check my card until I got home what can I do about this

Subway I don't seem to get any proper feedback on the delivery

Use subway locator and tried calling almost all subway restaurant for enquire about delivery... Didn't get any proper reply... Most calls goes unanswered and some were not able to understand english.. Get someone who speaks and understand english to answer the call. Probably get one customer service no. Like orien's sandwich.. Good service, delivered on time and customer service was superb.. Lastly mange to get mrs kathie wong for help.. Manage to get it settle. Thanks..

Subway subway

Sale Transaction #9157523 in Travel Centers LLC PILOT Pilot store 238. date 8/29/2015 time12:27:48. Clerk 272.
The 2nd person who put the condiments on my sandwich was interesting. A person should be able to tell the difference between a 2-3 year olds voice and a person well over age 50. The person who put the condiments on my sandwich first coughed and almost put her gloved hand half up to her mouth when she coughed then proceeded to make my sandwich. WTF. This is so inappropriate. Disgusting. And seriously NOT funny. I hardly ever go to any subway. I will definitely NOT go to that subway again. Possibly not any subway.
The young girl should have changed her glove. This was so bad when working with food.

Subway not getting paid for hours worked

They pay you by the hours on the schedule not the hours you clock in for. The store closes at 11 o'clock that's what you get paid till but you still have to count the money, count the bread, put away the food, clean the cold bin, and others things . This takes anywhere from a half hour to forty five minutes. I and others don't get paid for that. We clock in and out on the pos system our hours worked don't match the hours on our checks.

Not only is there wage theft, as the above commentator said, there is nothing in place for safety. My daughter has burns up to her elbows from taking bread out of the ovens, a huge cut that needed stitches, which they ignored, and she has had to put money back in the register when it was short. There is also a lot of sexual harassment that goes on at her store, but since it is a franchise there is not much she can do. When I asked her if there was an incident report book for injuries, she just said..no...that's not a thing...we just finally got Band-Aids in the store.

Subway rude employee

I was at the catoosa ok. Subway with a friend we placed our orders. Kim was working on my two sandwiches when she ask the girl in the back to get the Drive-through . So she took the drive- through so order . As she was making there order she leans in to get something to put on the sandwich . She had long blond hair in a ponytail her hair landed right on top of my sandwich as she leaned over . I said your hair was just on top of my sandwich and at that time she looked at Kim and said was it . I said way are you asking her for I seen it she didn't . So Kim says you don't have to be so rude mam . I said I wasn't being rude and at that moment Kim puts down my second sandwich that she was starting to work on go over picks up the sandwich that the hair was on and says to me Jesus Christ man I was going to make you another one anyway wads it up into a ball slamed it into the trashcan . Then she started just slinging thing on both my sandwiches as though she couldn't get me out of there fast enough . As I was paying for our orders I said I wasn't trying to be rude . Kim flung her hands into the air and said it's done it's over don't want to hear anymore about it . I said I didn't like the girl looking at her like is she telling the truth . So I will never walk in to that shop again I'll go to Pizza Hut or Mahsie owes for my sandwiches from now on Margaret Aureli

Subway poor service, rude

I went in to order meal for mother . I ask associate Adam for nutritional info He directed me to info by door found discount coupons for holiday world and advertizement for chicken salad sandwich. I told him info not there Explained mother had congestive heart failure and need sodium content He told me I would have to go on line to get info Unacceptable wile mother in car waiting He raised his voice ask me what I wanted I was the only costumer in store so he was not busy although that was no excuse I ask if chicken salad had onion in it His response was I do not know. I was frustrated stated I would just go to another store for our needs Responded " whatever"

At your age your mother should not be allowing you to order alone. From your behavior it is quite clear that you are four years old. That and mistaking this behavior as rudeness. Not knowing things is not the same as being rude. He was probably new. I hope when you are old enough to work you get a customer just like you.

Subway owners and district managers

Wrote up my step son for what they said he wasnt doing but yet when it was his call in shift he would call and manager would say dont need you remind you the management that wrote him up her soon to be mother in law is her boss but when proof was shown that he called in when he was to they said he didnt call in so I as him step mom asked how they could do that she then called her soon to be mother in law and had her come to the subway in boone on south story street which then they called district manager who came to my car screaming in the parking lot i called the owner to complain about his employees and in return he banned me from his stores in boone iowa and ames iowa. The owner is ok with what his district manager to now a non customer

ruth and kevin unless you know the facts and you were physically standing in the boone subway and saw it all first hand then you have no right to name call and be negative and iowa labor laws protect me and legally i had the right to stand up for my 18 yr old non big baby son. Subway staff

I visited subway today in the chelmsley wood branch the three members of staff were very rude saying comments under the breath and also one member of staff was prodding the food while it was being prepared by one of the staff they were all unhelpful I thought I would treat my niece to lunch in there even after paying and sitting down the staff were staring at us I was never once rude to any of them and it wasa horrible experience I will never set foot in there again and from what I saw they are.like it withall custumers who came in I considered saying.forget the order because of the rudeness and also hygeine was a disgrace I have never witnessed anything as bad as this in my whole.life I work in retail and ifi had treated ppl like that I wouldnt have a job.

The customer service is horrible, the workers need to go back to training and learn how to listen to customers. The manager on staff do not care about the customers and refused to handle issues with the employees. I will never go to this store again, EVER!

Why is it that subways sandwiches do not match their advertisments. It is very disappointing to go to a subway and receive a sandwich that has only about a third of the toppings as soon on their ads.

Bad customer service with the employee and spoke to a person who says he the manager and ask the employees the manager they wouldnt let me know and the service was i yelled by the employee and the employee should be wrote up for bad customer service! And the owner should well trained again on how to speak to the customer when taking a call!

got the coupone by the mail with my name on it for free 6 inch sub with no additional purchase nenecessary. got to the store, and they told my they won't take it ! expiretion date is 06/09/2011 ! it is a scam ! i have coupone on my hands and willing to make scan of it and send to subway as well !

i live a block away from the store and would like to go for lunch quite often, but being in a wheelchair i am unable to enter the building because there is a step instead of a wheelchair accessable entrance. there i am unable to use your business at this location. i really enjoy your food but unless there is someone at home to go and purchase a sandwich for me i can't enjoy one. i appreciate your listening to me. thank you. patricia hymans

in less than 2 months this store was out of italian rolls 3 times and out of onions and black olives twice. this was only when I went. who knows how many other times this happened to other people who went to this location.i mean, this is a sandwich shop, right?

No one talks in english. Workers will talk in punjabi. Make fun of you n laugh at u while making your sandwich. I felt so stupid cuz i knew i they were laughing at me. Subway you are spoiling your name by hiring non english speaking people. I mean i love subway but dont wana repeat my order 4 times just cuz the girls are busy gossiping.

When a person asks for a $3.99 fresh value meal combo, one needs to know that he should get a 32 oz drink and a bag of chips or 2 cookies with the sandwich. One has to keep in mind that it is a 32 oz drink which he gets and not any less than that. THIS IS IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS!

I have been playing subway surfer for a while and money is constantly being taking out of my bank account. I already had damn near $50.00 taken out out my account.

Subway teaching out of fear

I have worked in many companies with many high profile individuals and i have never before been treated so badly. Arminia, the manager is probably one of the worst managers i have ever worked with. Shes rude, disrespectful, doesn't know how to properly do her job and teaches out of belittlement and insults and fear. Ive worked in the entertainment business successfully my entire life and that can get pretty nasty, however i have never been more infuriated that how i was while working there. I have never seen such a simple job be made in to a minefield. i highly suggest no one to work there while she is an employee.

Subway franchisee

I have worked for subway for 20 years as a restaurant manager for 2 franchisees.In October 2014 the store was sold to Minesh Patel of Mean subs1 llc. At the time of purchase all employees were told by Minesh that their jobs were secure. However 3 weeks later Minesh calls one employee at his home and tells him that he is fired, another employee is fired and myself. He gives no reason and just hangs up. All 3 of us try to contact him but he will not respond. He refused to give us a separation notice. Also all employees at this time had received 2 pay checks with no deductions of any kind, just straight salary. I n Feb. 2015, after 7 phone calls, we reached Minesh about our 1099 form. He stated that there "would be no 1099 forms, just say that I paid you out of my pocket". What kind of business professionals are you allowing into your company?

I read the complaint again and realize now that the termination took place last October or November and now understand the complaint is solely about the 1099. She did admit messing up so I was trying to offer advice on how to move forward. What I said about claiming the three or so weeks of pay stands and the rest I will digress on.

Yeah that happens, with posts sometimes they are reviewed. Remember this person was constantly late and using her child as an excuse not to only to come to work late but to go home early. Why because she had her child to take care of. I can understand that but taking longer breaks? Also are we really getting the whole side of the story and the whole truth, for all we know she could have been written up and warned about this, and if she is on probation period then she can be let go, and if she is at the right to work state or whatever it is called they can fire for no reason. She was however fired for a reason, she was late.

No job is "secure" when you don't get there on time and don't leave when your shift is over - that's like FIRST PRIORITY. Unless Minesh had the pleasure(?) of fathering that baby, he has no compunction to let you cut corners with regard to your responsibilities at that place of employment.

How are you going to feed that baby? Well, the first place you need to look is at the sperm donor. Let him worry about buying the food.

Hope you land on your feet. Only two jobs in 20 years is a good work record and hopefully his documentation is as good as his follow through on his book keeping. He would have had to document each incident and counseled you with a written warning and or disciplinary action. He will look real bad no matter what for his book keeping and payroll practices. You will land another job, management work at fast food restaurants is demanding work. If he has not covered his butt he can't mess you around. Maybe go back to school, where I live that is a big thing and the state will pay for it. when you get approved for unemployment. Don't tell them you think you deserved it though, see how the cards fall. if you got no write up's to sign just tell them you don't know why you were let go.

Well he gives no reason, but when I asked and finally got an answer he told me that it is because I kept coming into work late and leaving early. I have a good reason to do this, I am a single parent of a two year old. There were times when I took longer breaks than I should have but clocked in so I was being paid because I was on break, Yeah I agree that these are grounds to fire someone but he lied to me when he said my job was secure. He should have been honest and told us that if we are late that our jobs are not secure. Besides I am a single parent with a two year old. How am I going to feed my child now? I was excited because I had a job and could support my children without help from my parents but now I have to rely on them thanks to this lier.

Don't know if you do your on taxes but any tax preparer can download your W2 forms. based on filings wit the IRS. At least the commercials say that they can download them, the previous owner will have taken care of business. Make certain you claim the pay that had no deductions, It proves your claim and it will come back on you at some point if you don't. Since this person did this he is violating the law and will answer for it. As far as you being terminated you will do well with unemployment as he will have a rough time contesting it and he may well be facing unfair dismissal charges in this matter as long as you have a clean work record. Unfortunately you are all at will employees and can be terminated without explanation at any time for any reason. But since he has demonstrated what may be criminal actions you will do just fine

Subway unsafe not good

do not goto this sub way they have unprofessional staff they r not wearing uniforms dont have gloves on which is illegal the store is not clean at all the staff is all one race which seems very odd to me there stuff and clothing was on the tables were people eat they also told me I could pay later what is funny my card works other places but not there which tell ms they r scamming people and profiling people they basicly said its made take it I never said I was coming back to pay them and now i am not going to after looking at the store it was not clean a mess and they dont wash there hands

Subway new pricing structure

How the heck does a company go from a five dollar foot long sub, to $6 for a six inch sub, a bag of chips and a 21 oz soft drink? Is America that crazy? Do the math America! Subway is not cheap fast food any more! I'm done with that!

Subway store manager repeating my account business

I used my subway card at manager ashley location. She allowed to bring up my account balance on my receipt and decided to. I called the store to find out why and the employee said they all trained to give out the account balances. Then it was explained because of people asking ashley the manager for balance information on their receipt already showing so i'm filing a complaint because this proves she should be the first to stop doing that even if thats how she was training.

It's only the amount of money left on your gift card, not your social security number. The card don't even have name and no, it's not an account, it's a balance remaining. Although you could get mugged for it.

Subway Worst food rip off ever.

I spent $9.30 on a sandwich alone today. The pastrami sandwich. It was not pastrami. It was apparently flank steak. Undercooked, not peppered, not cured, and full of string, days impossible to eat meat like product. I cooked and cheffed kitchens all over the usa for over 25 years. I know meats. This was with at best 3 bucks. I could not finish it.
Do not buy the pastrami at subway. It is advertised intentionally wrong. It is not pastrami.

We went to the Subway on 105 - Could only get 1/half meatball they were out got the half and then full sandwich turkey and cheese there was no cheese and one thin slice turkey - bread was old dry and hard tomato's old. Rates less than a vending machine sandwich. Just to be clear this Subway is 105 and Crockett Martin. The Subway next to Jack-in-the Box also 105 has great sandwiches. this was about 5 pm so you would think they would have to be ready for dinner orders. Cookies were good.

Subway rudeness of employee

I come into this particular store a couple times a week because it is located near my work. The first couple times after this new employee started she was very rude. So i proceeded to be friendly and got that her name was Charlotte. I am always very polite, but everyday its almost the same thing, its as if im bothering her by coming into the store. I have tried to not pay her rudeness attention but can no longer stand it. I will not come back to this location, and will pass this info to my friends and coworkers.

Same way at Subway in Morris, Illinois. The two guys working there are very unfriendly. Won't even respond when you say hi. There is one woman there that is friendly. You shouldn't take a job dealing with the public if you don't enjoy it. There are other jobs.

Subway franchise arbitration

Chicago DA Mesi and subway HQ are forcing me to go in arbitration for the most stupid reasons just because my store is doing above average and they want to take it away from me so that they can sell it back for profit. There are many franchisees that are in similar situation and feel trapped. We need a good lawyer to help us.

Subway unfair treatment

I am a franchisee and feel I am being treated unfairly by my development agents, I have been mis advised, lied to, put through arbitration due to lack of communication, I am now trying to sell my store and they are making it very difficult and are sending me downright rude emails and questioning me personally asking if I am paying things that are nothing to do with them. They have held up my transfer at every point and this has been going on for 8 months and is making me physically ill and affecting my own job. There is no where to complain and no one to get advice from I am at a loss as to where to go or what to do
