Subway complaint about manager

Hi there i want to make a complaint one of your employee. As we are your regular customers so today one of your Manager he work at kishangarh Subway Brach. He was very rude with us front of all cutomer and staff members. We are from Bhogpur approximately from last month our whole family was going there. But after that happend we are not gonna there anymore because of your Manager. I was very angry might i will make a police complaint. My family came from Uk and i thought to take them there for Lunch. But your manager spoiled our Lunch today. I've never seen this type of Manager anywhere he has no manners to talk their customers. This is my request to take a further Enquiry of him. He doesn't deserve that job. Thanku and please give me a feedback.

Subway new management not submitting sick time hours

I worked for the Subway store in Newport, Oregon. 1522 Oregon Coast Highway. The new manager Savannah was overwhelmed with her new duties and about a week into her shift gave up and decided she was going to let everyone else do her job. Meaning the other managers in two different Subways as well as the manager who worked there before her. Anyway I had gotten sick, had a fever and contagious and so I had called out. I told Savannah that I needed at least nine hours of sick time pay and she said she would take care of it. I was never signed up for Subway University for the couple months I worked there if that is where you are supposed to go to do it yourself. This was around the beginning of December 1st 2017. I had put my two weeks in because I was moving and I had gotten sick a total of four separate times working there because of the mold and honestly I was tired of the rat problem, and staff being blamed for how the shop looks and was being ran when there wasn't any rules or "To-Do" lists set in place, and how Savannah would tell me to not throw away any outdated food and just combine it with the non outdated food because she would get in trouble for having so much wasted logged. That's just wrong. In the end I got fired because I did not show up for my shift a day or two later because I was still sick and I had slept most of the day to try and get over it. I had covered 25+ shifts when others would call out. I never said no to covering someones shift unless I was sick or working my other job, I tolerated a lot of bs from that store, I spent $50 of my own money and gas providing dish soap when there wasn't any "Subway preferred" ordered, driving Savannah to and from the bank and driving to the Subway in Walmart to get supplies for our store, I even closed the store on National Sandwich Day with a minor with both of us having no prior training to closing before. I would like to see the store ran better, whether that be a new manager who's ready to take on the duties or have Savannah involved in more training until she feels comfortable enough taking on the responsibilities on her own. I would also like my sick time hours paid to me even though they were not submitted the right way because at that time Savannah assured me I would be receiving them then getting fired not even a week later. I don't believe that was fair on her part and would like to see some changes.

Subway never receiving my paycheck

I worked for subway for about 15 hours and was not paid. The manager allowed me to work before completing any paper work. I was then told that It was my fault that I didn't do it after having asked for it on more than one occasion. I am distressed and had to move because I could not keep working for a company that would treat me like that. I would like to receive . my wages but am unsure how to go about doing that because they never allowed me to complete my paperwork.

Subway employment

I was "hired" onto the Fulton street grand rapids MI subway team.
The manager gave me the full interview, online app, and W-2's submitted.
I have waited 3 days for a start date but have received nothing short of utter silence.
I did not realise that your part time employment was literally 0 hours a week.
Chad (your manager) has been unprofessional and careless in his treatment of employees. Your management has caused a 1 week disruption to a single parent household. Subway preparation of a rubin grinder

We eat at this Subway every week when we shop. Two weeks ago the young lady cut the roll completely in half. After I started to eat it, I brought to her attention that the roll was not to be cut in half as everything is fall out ( I brought this to her attention showing how the grinder was falling apart.)
Again we ate there & this time I tried the Rubin. Again the grinder was cut in half, the sour Kraute was saturated with juice & the roll just fell apart.
I am 82 & from the old school. I don't through away anything that can be eaten. I was tasty but very sloppy.
1) teach them how to prep a grinder
2) Get rid of all the sloppy juice that is in the slaw. The taste will still be there.

Subway service, cleanliness, service, time

Hi, My Name is LuAnn Tilley,
I visit this Subway location weekly! Today I had two orders. First off the guy making my sub, his hair is long, unwashed, it takes him forever to make my sub. He is rude and doesn't need to be working at subway, The prep area is messy with food crumbs.
He has no help from other employees in the restaurant.
No welcome to subway when entering the restaurant. No thank you after paying and leaving.
This location has always had a hard time finding employees that show little effort when it comes to the job requirements for fixing a sub.
Things had gotten some better, but the past several months it worst than ever.

Subway service

I went to the subway in woodstock va yesterday to order three footloose subs they lady making the subs was rude the whole time. I let it go thinking maybe she's having a bad day. I pay for my food and leave and down then road the kids say one of the subs wasn't in the wrapper and not only that but all the meat and toppings wasn't on the sub either. I've never had a bad experience until yesterday.. I would definitely like something done about this!

why are these two people are working here!? especially across the street from a high school!?

my daughter works here and has come home crying many nights because josh MADE (said WILL fire her if she didnt) her scrub the floor on her knees! thats one time out if several.
im going to build a big case against subway and who they hire

Subway wages

I started working at a subway to help out my friend who was a manger because a lot of her employees had quit . I was promised 8.00 an hour and only received that amount on about two paychecks . After that I didn't switch positions or anything but my pay rate was taken down to 7.75 . When I realized that I wasn't getting paid my correct amount I said something to my friend who was the manager. She then told the owner and the owner called me on a Friday afternoon being very rude asking me questions that didn't have anything to do with the pay and trying to accuse me of waiting until my friend who was the manager quit, to realize that I wasn't getting paid my correct amount . Then the next week I went to pick up my check and the money still wasn't given to me . I then quit and the owner called my phone again yelling and trying to talk over me and I still haven't gotten my money .

Did you sign any paperwork that states your rate of pay? If not, the owner can lower it, if they so desire. Why would you want to work for a penny pincher anyway? I'd leave the job off my resume and find a better job.

Subway employees harassment

I don't appreciate employee calling or texting me about money that I already paid her back. She won't stop, I'm getting in at my job because she is at work blowing my phone and making nasty comments. I don't work there no more and she needs to stop.she said that she is coming to my house and ruin Christmas. I already talk to officer about her today.12/24/2017

Subway current subway coupon limitations

I received a mailer from Subway touting the Reuben sandwich is back! In the mailer there were several coupons, two of them stated " Get ANY footlong for $5.99, additional charge for Extras
SUBWAY
I took the coupon to the nearest Subway store and was informed that I couldn't buy a Reuben with the coupon because the Reuben is a "double meat" sandwich.
I think this ad is poorly thought out, when they put a picture of a Reuben sandwich on the front page and directly below this picture is a coupon stating you could get any footlong for $5.99.

Subway i'm complaining about some employees

I have visited my local subway about to weeks ago on my lunch break for a sub the employee with the name tag Edna react of cigarettes to the point that you smelled it when you walked in but still purchased the sub so I took my problem to the manager that said her name was Brenda same on name tag .she apologized and said it would be taking care of well just visited the same subway again as I do every week and the same lady with the name tag Edna was working and still react of cigarettes I then ask for a manager that I was told wasn't there .then the lady got real rood with me and my wife so we then left the store. I love going to subway for a good healthy sub and so does my wife my and my co-workers also stop frequently for lunch. But we will refuse to go if we have to encounter the back smell of cigarettes on an employee that is making my food. I won't take this matter to social media unless nothing is done about please fix this problem with this employee... Thank you for your time sincerely David Shultz

Subway poor service

On Sat 12/16/17 at 1:19pm store ID 2329-0. Jorge took my order
(1) he took the order the white guy was standing behind me (racist)
(2) he didn't give the chance back to me when I asked he said I got the money back already
(3) He called the police because I'm a trouble guy
When the police checked the camera I did not cut the line I did not get my money back he gave the chance without a apology to me. I got there for my sandwich and paid for my lunch and be treated like a theft. Do I deserve that service? Do I want to come back to get the poor service?
I think subway trained them well before they service the customers.

Subway employees

On 12/10/2017 at 1:00 pm I went to my local subway #4443-0, I noticed there was only one person working the line, I had patience with this man because of past experience. A young man named brent came on the line, at this point I had been waiting approx. 15 minutes just to have my sandwiches started, I was a little agitated brent asked me what he could start for me, I replied you can start a ham and tuna sandwich, he replied "well you dont have to be a [censor] about it." I replied by saying WHAT, he scoffed at me, so I got ready to walk out the door when Alex said No I got you, what DO YOU WANT. I had waited at this point for about 30 minutes to have 2 sandwiches made free of attitude. So Alex dealt with me wonderfully, Brent however proceeded to be a very disrespectful employee to a repeat customer who frequently goes to that particular subway.

Hello my name is Ryan. I am complaining about subway in Glen Burnie maryland 21061. Inside Marley station mall all time I go only one people work All day. And this subway not clean I go last week I see the mouse in the floor I click picture I also have a video. Subway employee

I was in Mugg & Bopps that offers Subway in Pinckney, Michigan on Tuesday evening December 5th. While I was approaching the available Subway, an employee with long brown hair with glasses was vulgar towards, what seemed to me another employee that was wearing regular clothing, but was heading to the back of the store. The employee who was in subway clothing yelled out to the girl going to the back [censor] you you [censor]ing [censor]. At first I was appalled, but was concerned. The employee stated to me that she was going to get that girl fired as she was pointing a knife in her direction. I didn't say anything but just ordered my sub. The employee with subway clothing on was very rude towards me and was in a rush to get me out of there. I payed for my food and seen the poor girl in regular clothing saying goodbye to the cahier. Her poor face was red and she looked quite embarrassed. I do not think there should be anyone working for your business that acts like that towards anyone. I will not be coming back, as I do not want to ever have the girl with long brown hair and glasses wait on me or my family and friends again. I hope there will be punishment or a firing with the Subway employee I described. I didn't see a name tag on the girl who was vulgar and had long brown hair.

Subway delivery

Hi I'm Sahil,
I called Subway (C.G.Road- Ahmedabad, India ) Branch but they said we don't have delivery boy so we can't place your order, last month Nov. end I called they said same story even my office staff were saying same thing that Submay CG road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Branch is not responding properly.

Guys It's all about reputation because of some stupid people you will loose your customer.

Subway unprofessional management

My company is landlord to Subway #51354, located at 8230 Firetower Rd. Pass Christian Ms. On Friday, December 1 2017, the manager of my store and her cashier heard the Subway manager Anthony standing at the front counter talking very loud and vulgar about one of his cashiers. This was around 10 am. He was telling the other Subway cashier how he would like to "take crushed peppers, and stick them up her coochie. Then nail her to a 2 x 4 and rip off her skin". This is very rude, vulgar, and unprofessional. His customers could hear, also my customers and staff. We have also had problems with him making racial comments towards blacks, with one of our black customers hearing and getting very offended. My staff says this is a regular occurrence from him, happening often with the loud vulgar talking. If you have any questions, you may contact my manager April, or Jackie (both witnessed this), at [protected]. Or myself, Lynn at Burns Oil [protected].

Subway customer safety

As a employee at major subway on Columbia Ave in battle creek Michigan since Feb recently was fired for going and making a complaint on my manager to the owner my complaints being very unsafe to our costumer's as in our veggie slicer leaving metal shavings in our veggies when using and slicing our veggies also our dates on our product being changed so frequently that no one knew when product was really out dated and being smelled by the manager and saying" oh this stinks smell it " then being tossed out so who knows how many people ate that meat that was spoiled. None of the temps were being taken properly they were just being wrote in on our temp log sheet and not really being temped store number is 51456

Subway a employee

On 11/20/2017 I walked into the subway restaurant with my two kids and noticed the employee was taking money out of the register and handing it to a man she was talking to. I had been standing there for about three minutes while she was engaging in a deep conversation with this man. The man did not buy or was ordering a sandwich but talking to her in Spanish. After standing there for five minutes I said to her if there was any one there else to help me. She replied, No, if your in a hurry you can go to Mac Donald's down the street. I told her I wanted a sandwich for my kids and what is her name to reply me like that. She didn't give me a name. I told her I own three businesses and would never address a customer like that. She said, "I don't care I would never work for you. I said who is your manger I want to see them. She said, "I am the manager. And told me to get the [censor] out of the store in Spanish. She didn't know I spoke Spanish and I told her she is a low life and I will report this. All this happen in front of my kids. There was no one at the store just the man who left before all this started.
