Subway server

It is 5:30 at night and I am having a bad day. I want subway when my server is as slow as a snail. She was clearly noticing that I was a bad mood and just kept talking to my children, when they didn't want to talk to her. Also it was rush hour and she took a whole 30 minutes to make 1 sand which. Please figure out who this woman is and have her have some tipe of punishment for her actions.

Note, what is worse is my son forgot his math book there. I was already having a bad day and she made it worse. I got so angry at my son that I punched him real hard. My other child tried to calm me down. Now I find out that she took down my license plate number and reported me. Since I was in the system before I am afraid that they will take my kids from me.

Subway chicken and dumpling soup

the soup had an unpleasant taste and it was very water downed. As a customer I am very dissatisfied with the service I received. I really feel that you guys should do better at serving customers and making sure that customers are happy and satisfied with the service that we are receiving. I really feel that this behavior should get reported to corporate. I hope you guys start doing better in serving customers. thanks.

Subway 2 pizzas and chicken bacon ranch sandwich

Visited the subway inside the pilot store #254 650 hey 299 Wildwood GA 30757 at 12:33 to get 2 pizzas one only cheese, the other peperoni along with a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The guy working ( no name tag) fat guy with brown shoulder length hair, wearing a subway bandana on his head, mustache and gote puts the 2 pizzas In one microwave to cook the dough for 4-5 min. He Never told me when I ordered them that he had turned off the oven for the night. I learned the oven was shut off when I asked for my sandwich toasted. I realized he was cooking my pizzas in the microwave. This is an 24 hour subway. Why was the toasters off? Why was I not informed when I ordered the pizzas the oven was off? My food was not cooked as needed. The quality of this food was horrible. He also put my bacon on another customers sandwich and put in microwave when we pointed this out to him as he made a mistake he took it off and put bacon in correct sandwich. He then puts my sandwich In the microwave to be "toasted" . On top of this, he was very rude. This dude does not need to be working here if he can not do his job correctly. I have never been so furious about a meal but I will not visit this subway when he is working. This is unacceptable. I would like a refund for the food I paid for which was not how I wanted it.

Subway pastrami/promo' buy any 3 sub for 18

Hello. Yesterday i went to the location 1600 south Hoover in Los Angeles. I wanted to buy the deal Buy any 3 sub for 18. Un fortunately i wanted a pastrami sub. But the server said that the promotion didn't included pastrami. I read the promotion poster out loud But the servers resaid it can't be done.
So i don't understand the false advertisements

Subway a. c

I have been going in a lot in these past 4weeks and today out of all day as I went in today the worker had great customer service very kind and generous greeted everyone that walked in...as i ordered my food and more customers came in durimg rush hour when everyone realized the store had no a.c throughout the entire store and the worker working @ the moment was in no working condition due to it being so stuffy inside the job I asked the worker why it was so stuffy and she mentions the a.c is off . so i figured she has no control over that.

Subway I am complaining about my sandwich

I went to get my sandwich at this location and I ordered chicken and bacon ranch and I noticed something black piece on my chicken and the guy just put the bacon on it and acted like he didnt see anything and I asked him before he toast my sandwich that what's that black thing and it was a black swarm Ant and the guy just flicked with his finger and didn't say anything after that and I didnt buy anything, it was so disgusting and I m just disgusted because I have eaten before at this location alot and health department needs to check this location again please. Subway not washing hands and rude

I was recently at the Catawba Ohio Subway yesterday around lunchtime and their was an extremely rude employee working there. When I came in the door, she came straight put of the back and didn't wash her hands and came straight up and put gloves on. After I asked her to wash her hands she rolled her eyes and began to give me attitude. She wasn't very friendly and was very disrespectful. She has a name tag on that said Justine.

Subway cashier/sandwich maker being very rude

I went to Subway yesterday located at 10031 sunset strip Sunrise Fl 33322.I ordered a sandwich the person asked me why I was putting black pepper on sandwich because its already in it, I said it was my choice .She then said nothing else to me neither offer me combo, drinks etc but just proceeded to collect my money.She then said to a person she was holding a conversation with "If you were rude I would not talk to you either".I wondered how was I rude for defending why I needed black pepper.I was going to eat in but felt very uncomfortable and left the store.

Subway food

Poor customer service, all veggies were off temperature, cooler broken, spinach and lettuce wilting and changing colors, banana peppers were brown and wilting, no veggies available for sandwiches. The employees had these bad products out attempting to serve them to customers. Had the employee check the back for additional veggies in which there were none. By this time I'm highly upset so I left 4 foot long sandwiches there and will not be returning.

Subway wrong order

After a Two hour band practice, I ordered offline and was so excited because i got to eat before i had to head to another practice. Well of course i got there and still had to wait in a line, which i wasnt mad about at all. i patiently waited, while the employee was very rude to the family in front of me. the man was very rushy with me and so i got my sub and left. And headed to my next practice. Twenty minutes down the road, i arrive at my practice early, in time to eat. And it was the wrong one COMPLETELY. the first two times they had my order wrong i was like, "Its not a big deal, they just opened." as i work in Fast food.
I work, and money is tight because of so many senior fees. So i paid almost 2.50$ in EXTRAS and i literally got a sandwhich with chicken, lettuce, and mayonnaise. When i went to call Hayden Subway to at least try to get my sub fixed, The phone dont even work! Really did not enjoy my experience and probably wont be going back.

Subway bad business

after you closed my nearest subway 2 months ago, I went not once but twice to the closest to me ow. first time i went there, there was only 1 kind of bread left and one worker doing everything at 5 pm. turned a whole football team away and no one could get sandwiches. then on Monday I went in at about same time, and waited 20 minutes in line and it was same one guy working... I get up to order my meatball sub and was asked to wait 20 more minutes no meatballs for my sub. Im highly mad over this. im a handicapped person who cant just stand in line that long to be told they are consistantly out of everything anyone wants to eat from there. now i have no place to get my subs now will be going to jimmy johns subs i guess.I cant believe bad customer service and the place is a mess! I cant believe u closed a clean and well run subway to leave us with a mismanaged one that has to turn away business because one person cant do it all!

Subway I am complaining about a rude employee

I went to the napanee ontario canada subway that is downtown.
It was 23:40. I had just finished a long day and just wanted a sub. When I went in the female sandwich maker was extremely rude.
First she said she was closed. I asked what time do you close? She said midnight. Is it midnight yet? She asked.
I said no.
She rolled her eyes and said whatever.
I said I'm so sorry I just really want a sub.
She was slamming stuff around and giving major attitude.
I am a frequent costomer to this subway and this was horrible service. This isnt the first time this employee has been rude. I dont think she understands what costomer service means. I wanted to buy a sub for my lunch the next morning but was worried she would be more mad so i just took the easiest sub which was a veggie and went on my way very disappointed.

Subway service and safety

My family and I visited the subway in Bristol Indiana and was treated very rudely a bottle of sauce was dropped into my sandwich and the kid laughed and sold it to me like that then after we paid we were verbally assaulted outside the door this was the date of Friday October 5 th 2018 my family and friends are very concerned and have decided that we may approach the town council about this subway and it's workers we have been coming into this subway since it has opened and can not believe how we were treated I'm hoping that this group that worked and treated your paying customers this way will soon be replaced with people that make you look better and do justice to the paying customers and what we expect when visiting our local subway I can't say that I will ever go back or recommend this store either guess it depends on how you handle this situation thank you for your time and understanding in the very disturbing situation God Bless

Subway bad service

Sat waiting to be served for 30 minutes now. Sign on the register claims "went to restroom be back in 5 minutes" other customers in the store claim that she went on lunch break and walked out of the front door. I have an hour for lunch break and this problem has taken up all of it. Cont. another person has told me that she is outside smoking. It's been 42 minutes.

Subway incorrect order/ unable to reach store

My husband went to the subway near our home about four nights ago and I wanted honey oat bread and the person said that what they were giving was a new kind of honey oat bread it was something completely different and I couldn't even eat my sandwich. I wasted an entire sandwich. Since then I have been unable to reach anybody by phone. I call I choose option two to be able to discuss other issues with someone and nobody ever answers and after two or three minutes of being on hold I'm disconnected every time.

Subway attitude of employee at store #37959 at subway located inside walmart.

I, my daughter and 2 grandchildren purposely went to this location to eat. As soon as we stepped into the restaurant the female employee did an eye roll and turned to the Male employee and said something. It was very obvious with her body language and eye rolling that she didn't like the idea of having to take care of us. The previous customer was still placing their order. I said to the two employees that " if you don't want me to be here I will be more than happy to leave". All the Male employee did was just look at me. I then spoke directly to the female employee and said are you having a bad day. Because apparently you don't want to wait on us. I have no problem leaving. I will gladly go somewhere else for better service. This took place at 6:38 PM. No where close to closing time. All 4 of us turned around and walked out and happily went to another restaurant. Definitely not another subway.

This is also not the worst bit. The worst bit is that my youngest granddaughter really wanted to go to Subway. When she did not get to go she started crying. I slapped her across the face. My daughter stood up for her and told me that I have no right slapping her across the face and if I do this she won't let me spend time with my granddaughters. I told her that she is raising her children to be babies and they should not be crying.

Subway 6 inch tuna sandwich

My tuna sandwich (that was supposed to be 6 inches) was only 5 inches. My "deluxe" amount of meat was leaking out of the ends of the sandwich making it very messy to eat. When I got home I meausured it with my iPhone X measuring feature and sure enough, it was barely 5 inches. I'm a weekly subway eater, and I would love to get 6 inches when I order just that.

Lord have mercy it's only an inch, less carbs anyways. They can't help that if you get extra meat, if it falls out. Take a minute to meditate or something because it sounds like you really just wanted something to complain about.

Subway bad employees attitude

You have an employee by the name of ruben in your buckner/lakeland store in dallas tx i believe the store # was 105.Was calling out an employee in front of customers an was making the rest of us really uncomfortable, then i asked for 2 cups of soup when he rudely jumped into the conversation like he was a mgr, i swear i never do this but that employee has no buisness in customer service...He shouted "no were out of soup" an i replied...What time do you close? he said 9:30 an i was like ok! its 7:50 how are you guys out of soup? i eat at subway 3 times a week...Mon/wed/fri an i love it, , , , but this piece of trash needs to be made aware that this is a family oriented restaurant, , again please help...100% your sales will go down at this store

Subway complaint for indian guy employee

The employee of this location is rude and no manners. He is sweeping floors while customers are eating and ask me to move to another table even he saw me still eating my sandwich and chips. I am a regular customer of this location but today october 1, 2018 my night is ruined and didnt finish my sandwich and chips coz I got upset and mad coz of this Indian guy employee so rude. Subway melt

I eat at Subway all the time and I was appalled at the Subway in Smithville Texas when they informed me the Subway melt is no longer offered at there store and if I get a melt they charge 1.75 for bacon and 1.00 for the cheese. I will never eat at this Store again and I'm informing all my Clients not to eat there and I have a lot of them at Union Pacific railroad
