My name is tom kinsey the reason for me contacting you people is because i got charged for something i shouldn't have. when i talked to the company they told me i wouldn't get charged for anything until around the first of the month. They also told me i could cancel within 30 days & wouldn't be charged anything . That if i was in that time i would be reembursed my money back. Anyhow i was charged before the 1st of the month. I also talked to a lady there the day after we talked to cancel my subscription then & she gave me an attitude about it when i told her i wanted to cancel then cause i decided i didn't want the magazines. I don't remember who i talked to i would appreciate it if i could get this taken care of as soon as possible & get my money back from these people that charged for something i don't want & something i called to cancel & they didn't thank for your time & cooperation in this matter it is greatly appreciated. tom
They told me that even if I close my account that they will send me a bill until I pay for it. Have you received any bills?
Go to your bank and dispute the charges. Or, cancel your account so that they can't take more of your money.
Oh by the way, now we got a letter telling us that the magazines we ordert are no longer available.
The lady from the Customer service, Jackie L. is very rude and aggressive.
Don't ever order anything from that Incorporation!
Hi, I have almost the same problem with Subscriber Services Inc. in Arvada, CO.
I order a trail and when I canceled they told me that this is not possible.
They took our money but we never received the magazines we have ordert as a trail.
We finally closed our credit cards so this will never happen again.
I learned a lesson from this, I will not order any more magazines or other things over the phone.
If somebody calls you, just tell them you have no credit card!
I bet they will leave you alone.
