The same as everyone else - deceptive marketing practices and overly aggressive call center agents. This time directed at my beautiful and trusting daughter who works long hours and goes to school and does not need a $1, 000 magazine subscription.
Here is some useful information that helped me get them to cancel my daughter's order. Send an email to the call center manager: Andy Ortez. email@example.com and copy the operations manager: firstname.lastname@example.org (maybe Andy's wife?) and the Information Technology Manager: Ron Glissmann email@example.com and tell them you want to cancel your order. The owner of the company is Dave Keown. He has been in trouble before with the FCC: http://www.ftc.gov/os/1996/10/9623247a.htm The call center agent told me his number is: 303.926.4163.
Important: File a complaint on the Colorado BBB site and then call the Colorado BBB and ask to speak with the President: Su Hawk 303.758.2100 about your experience with the company.
