Subhiksha Retail Store / Pricing malpractice and false advertising!

We had bought dushheri mangoes from a subhiksha store in agra at price of Rs. 14.75 per Kg, while same mangoes have been priced at Rs. 12/- per Kg at other subhiksha store which is 2 kms away from store. How this difference occurred. Management is very poor.

On other shopping day we buy Dabur honey which has MRP of Rs. 121/- and shelf tag of Rs. 115.75 but on billing honey has been priced at Rs. 121/-. On bringing the same to the notice of store manager. No action has been taken.

People beware!!!

    I've been to Subhiksha office in Kolkata for some business purpose. Their attitude is very late back. God knows how their services in retails stores would be. They treat visitors to be very low profile. They think they are top of the world which they are not. Who will save them...

    It happens some times. This is because of poor communication between in office. It has sort out by Shop Manager to retain the customers on time. Some action taken on situation basis not depend on the permission.

    Yes, they have very poor response to any complaints, in rajendra nagar, bareilly, the attitude of manager/franchisee is disgusting, no home delivery is available, though they say so, there is also shortage of stock, they pay no heed to what customer say, if the management do not look into this, this will give them a bad name.

    service at subhiksha store maruti estate, Agra is very poor. veg and fruit can not ffind usly. this way store can not find its goal. try to impove.

    When the question come to retail stores- Subhiksha is one of the largest retail chain India. So there is a less chance for mistake. But in this case may be the lack of communication.

    pls put ac in subhiksha gzb as you have to compete with nebhiourhood stores who hAVE AC & more sku then you have even after two yrs your mangement is pathtic sepecialy back end

    There is no stock in outlets. Telecom and F&B, Super Market. Subhiksha challange our price is low. This is wrong region there are not stock. Company purchase the material to local vendors.
