Subhiksha Mobile Outlet / Subhiksha Mobile Outlet - Nokia 5310
I bought this Nokia 5310 on Friday 30 nov 2007(night) from Subhiksha showroom, BTM (now i believe i shud hav never done).
On friday itself, As mentioned by the dealer i had kept it for charging also and strted using it.
But on saturday morning the phone got hung.Even pressing the power button dint make any difference.
Then almost whenever it feels it switches off or gets hung.
When we buy products i.e. when we pay u then not much issues are made.
But when it comes the other way, after sales service is not that good.
I have spend 10562 on that phone and what i got is bundle of troubles(simply wasted money on this dumb new phonw, missing important calls becos phone doesnt work, my husbands three quarters of the day is wasted.)
After pocketing the money its like they have no responsibility.
They ask us to take it to Nokia care centre.
But I believe Subhiksha has sold us a defective old product and its their responsibility to give a replacement to this product, bcos i believe som or the other problem will keep cropping up with this phone. Even if it might not show any signs for the time being, how can we be sure we have a brand new phone in good condition.
(Also it not even been even 3days since i have bought this phone and all i have is a repaired phone.)
I reallly feel bad that I choose Subhiksha to buy the product.
If i had bought it from a Nokia dealer I would have had to pay 200 extra, but atleast got a new phone in good condition.
And I guess I should advice folks not to buy mobile phones from your shop as ur tagline shud be "Cheap price for fake/faulty product"
as "BACHAT SUBHIKSHA KA ADHIKAAR HAI, HUMARA NAHI"
