I have registered a complaint about a faulty battery with the mumbai service center of the company complaint no 4149 dt 30 th July till now no one attended it. I again registered a complaint no 171302 at national helpline on 22 aug no one attended it.


I have been a gullible fool to purchase the product seeing the advertisement on TV of environmental friendly battery.

Dear sir/ madam
i purchased an invertor no 04.06.2007 after few days my inverter became out of order i registerd a complaint on 27.06.2008 your engineer visited but the complaint as it is once i register a complaint on 29.07.2008 but there was not any improvement .
pls resolve my complaint i am fade up with this inverter, , , pls replace my inverter otherwise i m going in consumer court
