I never received a dress I ordered.

I purchased a dress from this company several months ago. The return policy is complicated, but I did return the dress within the allotted time. I never heard from them.
I called them and left a message. I received a return phone call from someone talking through a machine. I could not understand what they were saying very well. They said that they did not receive the merchandise that was returned. I had used their return label. I know that they received it because the package did not come back to me. I sent it through the U.S. postal service.
Looking online, I see this is a common problem with this company.

Stylewe told me I had a stain on the returned dress I sent to them. I returned the dress because the size was way off, TOO SMALL. I never wore it how could it have a stain? I did a search on line under "consumer complaints against Stylewe" and came up with a treasure trove of stories, some just like mine. My credit card company denied my claim because Stylewe is offering me 100% store credit. I CANNOT WEAR THEIR SMALL-SIZED CLOTHES. As of today, I am out $102. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STYLEWE. This company is a SCAM. I have filed a complaint with ic3.gov. Let's see if there's anything they can do.

this site really is a scam!
I have ordered some clothing from StyleWe because I really liked their designs. After I made my order I decided to check the reviews and I was shocked when I saw so many negative ones. I immediately went back to StyleWe website and contacted their support service. I sent them a message and asked them to cancel my order.
Many people said that StyleWe was selling cheap quality items and that there were problems with sizing, so I decided not to risk.
I sent them many messages but they never replied! I have no idea was my order cancelled or not, I can't reach anyone from StyleWe. This site really is a scam, please don't buy from them!

I ordered a 2 dresses on May 31.2018...I chatted online with Stylewe to see if they were in stock, I was told..they were in stock. So I ordered the two dresses...two weeks later they were still in processing. When expediting Kitty told me they were being made.? really... two weeks later.and numerous emails back and forth with Kitty. they were still in processing...then on June 25th...Kitty replied to my inquiry and proceeded to tell me the dresses are there now.as of the 17th of June 2018 and would ship out shortly ..I replied ...why haven't you shipped them yet..if you had the dresses ready for shipping on the 17th...and on the 25th you are advising me of this..You should have already shipped them DUH! You supposedly had them in stock now 8 days. Now it is the 30th of June, I'm stold the hogwash...it is peak season and that they process 20, 000 pkgs a day and ship out 6, 000 a day...and they would ask processing to make the a priority..My reply was and still is ..well. if you process 20, 000 pkgs for shipping each day. and only ship out 6, 000 a day you will never get caught up on your orders. After seeing all these complaints online about Stylewe….I guess I wll be on the list of never getting my items. But I am going to my credit card company to see if they can get my money back. This company needs to be shut down...from the looks of all these complaints... I live on social security and now it looks like I have been scammed out of $145.00

I was very happy when StyleWe contacted me and offered me a refund. They asked me to contact them as soon as possible to discuss all the details and I did as they said but they did not reply!
I thought they really wanted to help and fix their mistake, but that was too good to be true. They promised me a refund and didn't keep their promise.
So do not believe when they promise to help.
My story was simply - I bought a dress and it was too small, so I sent it back for a refund.
Still no money and a lot of time already passed. What a scam site!

Complaint regarding return procedure.
I am very disappointed in Stylewe and there ridiculous return policy. Most reputable places understand that sometimes you order something you don't like and they accommodate and make it easy to return by including a return envelope and a return address sticker or at least by making the process easy by giving you a return address/label etc. Not StyleWe. They insist you must have the outer package it came in which you have to rip open to get your merchandise out and I had the merchandise with receipt, with tags attached and in a bag it securely came in, inside the package, yet I cant send it back because i didn't keep the outer package which was torn and thrown away. This policy is so crazy I cant believe how not consumer friendly this is. I have to email them, wait for 2 days for them to reply all to find out if I can even return this merchandise. This experience is enough for me to never order from this company again!

The original return package is not required if buyer lost it. Buyer can return in any nice package and make the return via any shipping company at their convenience. Once we receive the return, we will process full refund.

I down/up loaded your app on my phone I should receive 20% off my first order. Well your phone site does not provide a place to pay and check out. The Sicheng.Lisha blue dress I want was on sale for $63.99 and my 20% off made it $51.19. Well for days now since 2/22/2017 no one has fixed this problem and now the dress is in my favorites at a price of $79.99. Also your customer service does not answer or read the emails that I send so they don't service the customer.

Shortly after receiving the paid for garments, I contacted the company about the poorly constructed products they had sent me. They required original packaging, I informed them that it had been destroyed in the mailing process.
It took them months before responding that I could use other packaging. I wanted them to cover the cost of mailing these products back, because they were so poorly constructed. They looked like a Jr. high Schooler's first project in home sewing. Arms were placed in the middle of the poncho, instead of in line with the shoulders. It caused the entire poncho to ride up to one's neck when moving one's arms. All of the garments had one or another thing wrong with them.
I sent detailed information on each item, along with pictures of the problem. After a few emails, they again asked for pictures and details.
All customer service people sign their name as Elaine. She suddenly told me that I had not sent them back before the 30 day mark, hence could not send them back at all. At odd times, I got this email 2 x's. So they jerked me around for over 2 months. I will put in a complaint with my credit card company and maybe they can resolve the problem.
Avoid this website at all costs. Pass the word to others. It's easy to photograph clothing making it look very fashionable. But poorly constructed clothing, made with inferior knits, or cloth, are not worth it if it cost $1.00.

I ordered two dresses--the same style in two sizes. I intended to return the dress that does not fit. Instead, I need to return both. The dress that does fit arrived with damage that appears to have happened during shipping. There is a slit in the decorative mesh on the bodice, there is a corresponding slash in the interior packaging, and there is a corresponding slash in the exterior shipping package.
I have spent three days trying to get a return shipping label so that I can get a refund. After going through five or six email correspondents, I still have no return shipping label.
I have sent photos of the damage multiple times.
One of the email correspondents went so far to suggest that I get the garment repaired on my own and that I would be given partial in-store credit.( In other words, I would be paying full price for two unusable dresses.) I was told that would be the easiest for both of us.
All I want is to return two dresses and receive a refund. No shipping label has been sent. No correct return address has been given to me.
This is really poor business practice for an on-line company.

wrong size of dress.
I purchase on line a mid lenght beautiful red dress, it was supposed to have been size medium.
However it looks more like a very, very small size, and when i tried the dress it just did not fit at all. Too small!

horrible customer service
I am most disappointed with the ethics of this company. I purchased what I thought was a well made sweater for my 92yr old grandmother for Christmas and mailed it to her in New Jersey; I am in California. When she went to put it on last week she noticed a 4 inch seam on the shoulder was not sewn. I reached out to StyleWe via email asking for an exchange which was well within the 30 window from Christmas. I was told under no circumstance will they accept past 30 days of the purchase date which was early December. I tried to explain the situation with the only purpose of an exact item exchange however, I heard back from 5 different customer service reps answering my inquiry all stating they will not help us. I'm shocked! Apparently they do not stand behind their product and obviously offer zero consideration to help their clients. SHAMEFUL.

Returns are a nightmare with StyleWe. They have made the process so difficult that it is nearly impossible to complete. There are multiple steps just to request a return; and there are multiple tasks to complete after you have mailed back the package--at your own expense. Obviously, they are trying to discourage returns. And no one at StyleWe is an English speaker, so the many emails you need to send asking how to comply with the return requirements are answered confusingly.
Since the company is in China, but returns are sent to a California address, it takes a very long time for the return to make it back to StyleWe, resulting in a long wait time for your refund.
Returns are necessary, because none of the garments is anything like its on-line sizing description. In general, garments are tiny--not sized for western nation women--even though the dimensions are given and we select sizes based on the dimensions.
Oh well. Interesting designs, but impossible to deal with.

Placed an order with Stylewe in July 2016. Item that arrived was significantly different from its description - namely, it said made of silk/cotton when in fact it was made of cheap polyester. Stylewe refused to correct the problem and I had to return the entire order and pay return shipping myself even though it was Stylewe's fault - bad company!
That's not the end of the problem - until this day, end of December 2016 Stylewe acknowledges that it owes me full refund, agrees to pay it, but does NOT do it! The very last "offer" from Stylewe was to refund my money minus 4% fees. Are you kidding me?
Worst company I ever dealt with. Anyway I am definitely going to speak with consumer right's lawyer and since there are so many US based consumers that were wronged by this company I am sure that lawyer will jump on opportunity like that to file Class Action lawsuit. I know that I will actively help with this!

Then I was "graciously" offered store credit? My answer is NO - I want my money back! Under no circumstances I will have any business with Stylewe. I am happy to hear that many potential customers learned about Stylewe and decided not to have any business with it. As for me - I will resolve the problem the hard way. Note to Stylewe: Do NOT bother to send me any more of your empty worded emails. If you want to resolve problem - then send my money promptly via paypal - after I retain lawyer I will NOT be able to stop the process, because lawyer wants guarantees that his labor will be well compensated. Again - no more empty emails - I have a collection of emails from you for the last 7 months already. Just send a confirmation of paypal payment.
In response to Stylewe customer service. I sent you an email with order number even though It seems you post automated copy/paste messages here. I have been exchanging emails with Stylewe customer service for the last 6+ months since July 2016 - so don't tell me you just need another email to resolve the issue. In fact the latest email communication I have from you is dated December 31, 2016 where you again repeat that despite the fact you owe me money you are "unable" to refund it. As I said I started working with my credit company, paypal and lawyer to get this resolved.

woven items that were seconds that they refused to pay for returns
First of all, i received a first order. I only tried on one item and made another order. None of the items in the second order were satisfactory, woven incorrectly, such that the shoulders did not match the garment and looked as if the item had been hanging in someone's closet for many years. I called customer service and was told to supply pictures. I did so, the next message said that i could receive a 30% discount. I said i didn't consider the items wearable. They then refused to pay for postage, but failed to tell me that and continued to ignore my complaints until their 30 days window for returning items. Now they tell me i can only get store credit. Who would want credit from a company that sends inferior items that wouldn't be sold with out markings telling one what was wrong with the item. By then i had tried to wear the second item in my first order, it had the same problem as all the second order items. Improperly woven. In other words, crap!
This company is fraudulent and should be banned. Don't do business with them, they are crooks. Complain to your credit card company if you are unfortunate enough to have ordered something from then. Go on customer sites and warn others.
I am requesting a refund of my money and postage to send them back the order.
I'll contact the president of this company and complain, do the same. I rarely complain about a company, but in this case, they thought they were putting one over on me, think again.

Beware beware - I rarely take the time to post feedback. I ordered 6 dresses and 1 top and it has been no short of a nightmare.
Beware of the following:
1. Size chart does not match with the actual size of dress. The dresses do not fit north american women! Their actual dresses are at least 2 sizes or more off!
2. If you pay for expedited shipping - you certainly do not get. My order was shipped from 4 different locations and it took weeks to receive them all.
3. When you request a return, they take their time, though they are quick to take your money.
4. When they process a return, you do not receive back what you paid! If the dress subsequently went on sale, you receive only the sale price back!
5. You cannot talk to a live person!
6. If you send an email you receive several responses from different people and it is confusion. Not every response is the same - so it appears they make it as difficult as possible to get the right information to you!
7. The quality of the material represented is not the quality of the material you receive.
I returned 5 dresses and kept 1. The dress I kept was poorly constructed and did not fit - I liked the style so I took the dress to a seamstress and she remade the dress - so I effectively paid double! I would never order a dress or any clothing from this company! If you like the styles they show on line then take the picture to a dress maker and have it made! Good luck!

I liked the look so much and almost did the same mistake to buy 4 items, but something stopped me and I was right.1. The sweater I order came almost in 2 months from the day I paid the money 2. Way too small, when it's says one size, it means small or X small, and I wear size 10-12. 3. Quality it's very poor, just simple junk from the KMart, not better than that. Was thinking to return, but didn't want to waist my energy. Thank God, I decided to wait and see...I was right.

This company Stylewe should not be allowed to sell in the US market as stated in a complaint by a previous complainer. Their products are cheap looking and full of irregularities. They have no customer service number and you can only communicate via email (which is unheard of in this day and age). When they finally reply, they are rude and downright disrespectful. They have no regard for the customer. I made a purchase from them and when the item were not satisfactory I tried to return it. They told me I had to pay for my own shipping. No problem there. But they also said the only way you can be credited is if you send them a tracking number. I complied. This is where it got crazy! After doing everything they asked for they email and said they would only credit me $100 of the $$150.00 of which I paid for my item. I asked for an explanation and the sent me a ridulouculs spreadsheet that made no sense at all. The information was unreadable, which I think is the point. I gave up arguing with them. I decided to take it as a lesson learned to not purchase from a company that hides behind email and then got nasty when you ask why your purchase is taking 3 to 4 weeks to ship. HORRIBLE!
