[Resolved] Stylewe / terrible quality
I decided to buy something from StyleWe, because I liked their website and their products looked amazing. So I purchased 4 dresses and received them a week later, but was very disappointed with the quality. The material was thick and itchy, and the workmanship was horrible. I sent them a message and asked about how to return the dresses. They wrote back with a return address, asked me to take a picture of the return package, and the refund will be posted in 2 days. I did as they said and paid $40 for the return shipping. Two weeks passed, but still no refund. The tracking system says that they received the package 2 days ago, and still nothing. Very disappointing!
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
