StyleWe style we

This sham of a company reminds us all that we should be wary of anything purchased online. We purchased an $80 dress for our daughter and when it arrived it was missing the belt. After contacting them they promised to send it, and never did. We returned the dress, at an expense of $23 as it had to be shipped to China and the refund was never processed. We emailed them and they told us it was missing a belt. After numerous email exchanges they did nothing to resolve the issue.

Today - 3 months after I returned the package it was sent back to me.

We are a global marketplace now but a scam artist is still a scam artist. DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY on these crooks.

I have ordered a dress online and It did not fit properly. I have sent back the dress about three weeks ago and still have not received my money back. StyleWe dress order never delivered - i1514963

Ordered and attempted follow up. Item was not delivered. I called the shipper (SF) who said item was not released to the USPS. Now the tracking number given me by SF is invalid. Kitty tells me it's delivered and continues to tell me what I need to do instead of researching the matter.
The dress was ordered for an event which is now over and done. I have been ripped off and will not ever order from this scam site again!

I place on order on April 20, I received one dress on June 2 and it is the incorrect color. The other 2 drees I haven't received call and left a message so far no response.

StyleWe dress size

order a dress for mother day had no idea it takes one month to receive merchandise and when I get the dress it was to big I order a size 12 and was sent a size 14 and when I E-Mail them about this Issue well I was told I could return it at my expense so I decline to send it back and just take it to be alter which will cost me half of what I payed which is 30 dollar which actually would make me pay 90 dollar for the dress, they did offer me 20% store credit because they do not give refunds, at least that what I was told, my thing is for as much as all the merchandise cost the company should make a better effort to satisfy their customers, now that they gave me the credit I'm wonder if I order something else will I run into the same problem.

StyleWe women dress

I order a dress from this company it took about a month for it to arrive, after trying on the dress it was to small on the same day i try to return it because it was for a wedding and I had no time to wait for another one to come. i'm still waiting for a return address and i have send them at least 3 email. I will never order from this company again I just lost $55.00 dollars work to hard for my money to just throw away money like that. I'm very disappointed that an online company will do that.

StyleWe wrongful charged

I was wrongfully charged for merchandise I never ordered nor received. I was refunded most of the monies with an outstanding balance of $119.85 of which I was told I would receive in a check within 8 weeks . I spoke with Alvin on 2/14/18. StyleWe order status

I purchased 2 dresses and a pair of shoes almost 2 months ago, the shoes came about a week ago. I contacted the company thru email on May 3 and did get a response. Here it is at this point still no products or update. Please give me the info on what has happen so I can go from there. My order # I1370530. I love the different style and the craftsmanship in the apparel I see. I would not want this experience to hinder me from shopping again. Thanks

I purchased a yellow A-Line going out midi dress, #[protected] on November 9, 2018 @ 12:13:07 EST. I have not yet received my order til this date November 22, 2018. Please contact me ASAP by e-mail to let me know when will I receive my order. I've tried several times to track my order with no respond from your web-site. Every time I call, all your representatives are busy with a recording saying they will get back to me in 24 hrs either by phone or e-mail. To this date I have not received either.

StyleWe dress purchase

I finally received a dress I ordered after months of waiting. Dress was of poor quality and way too large. When I tried to go to website to get return label, it would start off in English and then once I hit button on sign in to return it would go to what appears to be Arabic. Obviously I will take a loss on this product, but I want to warn others NOT to order from this company.

StyleWe stylewe is horrible!

Ordered a simple dress for $60 and received a poorly crafted, dress with pulls in every seam, uneven edges, see-through fabric with the print looking blurry and mis-collared. I couldn't be more disappointed and let down. This doesn't come close to being anything like the photo on their site. And it appears this company is a complete sham and total rip off!

After making me wait for 8 days for a response, they are suggesting I keep the item and they will graciously give me 30% of anything on their site?! The only other option is returning the item to china at my expense when all I originally paid only $5.00for shipping from california!?
I want my full refund of $60.

Horrible experience - stay away - never buy-in anything from theses rip-off artists!

I am not able to find the order form online to return my dress. My order number is #I1347717 Sub order number 3470259. I have tried to follow the directions with no results. Please advise. I ordered 5 items. The first 2 came about a month after I ordered. The other 3 never arrived. I have gone to the 'chat online' option and have been told to 'be patient' due to a Chinese holiday. That was 3 weeks ago. I was told the items were 'held up in customs'. I was told the items would arrive soon. It has been 2 months. Still no sign of the other 3 items. No idea what to do.

StyleWe fraudulent return practices

When a retail clothes company only exists online, the standard protocol is that returns are easy, painless and no hassle. My experience with stylewe has been the opposite of this, and I wish I had more carefully read all of the negative reviews of this company before buying products from them over black friday weekend last year.

The beginning of my bad experience was the wait. I ordered at the end of november, and immediately received notification that my items were backordered. There was no mention of this on the website when I placed the order. Apparently the coat I ordered was not even made yet. It took nearly three months for it to arrive, after multiple inquiring emails on my part about the order. When it *did* come, it did not bear any real resemblance to what was pictured on the site when I placed the order. It was cut badly, hung all wrong, and I took careful measurements prior to ordering to make sure the sizing would be right. Fine. I'll return it. When I go to the returns page and start the return process, I receive an email urging me not to return the item, because they are located in china and all of the return shipping and duty charges (!) would be my responsibility, and wouldn't I prefer a 15% refund instead? You've got to be kidding me! There was no mention of any of this on their website — nothing about returns being difficult or anything about shipping to china. I wrote back saying I wanted a full refund and return shipping, that this was my first ordering experience with stylewe, and that I would tell everyone I knew and didn't know to avoid this company like the plague unless they honored a reasonable and fair return policy. I was then offered a 25% refund. I am really really irritated by both this company and my willing first purchase with them. I basically just threw $200 out the window, in the direction of china.

Don't make the same mistake as me! Order from anyone, anywhere else, but not stylewe! I've started purchasing clothing brands I already know and trust on thredup.com, and have been much happier with their service, quality and their totally normal and courteous return policy.

StyleWe order i1201624- sweater dress

I purchased this dress January 2018 from StyleWe and would like to return it. It must be illegal for this company to have a return policy that offers a small cash refund or credit since I must pay shipping to China. Now i have a dress that REALLY does not fit, not going to use your cash to taylor it. I am upset about not being able to return this dress. Will simply not buy from this company EVER, it is a scam, truly. Please help or advise. Requesting you give me my money back in full SOON for dress, send mailing label.

StyleWe refunds and lack of transparency in descriptions

This company sent my orders late. They were returned. They promise to refund my account in 7 days. This has not been done. I have no merchandise. The merchandise was sent delayed, shoddy, poor quality, not as described, poor fit. FedEx charged me for customs in excess of the value of the items. Repeat emails get a canned response. Phone goes to VM. Emails are cut and paste responses. There is no " Kitty" or " Alice" in customer service. They are not reputable and have no intention of honoring their refund policy. This company violates laws on disclosure and transparency. This company is a scam and a fraud. I have yet to see a refund. The items cost more to return then they are worth. This has cost about $500. I have no items. They are all returned as unfit. The items came in plastic that was smashed. From Malaysia.

StyleWe returns are a scam - beware!

So, I ordered a dress, which was not cheap, and boxed it up for my wife at Christmas. She opened the box on Christmas Day, I picked up the dress and held it for her to see, and she immediately said, "no, that's just not right for me." I had mis-judged whether she would like it. So, I personally take the dress, Box it up and send it back. I did not ask for a refund, just store credit. My wife never tried the dress on, or really even held it. When I inquired about my store credit, here's what they said: we cannot give you a refund because your dress has a strong smell of perfume. How insulting. It's insulting to my intelligence. Can't they come up with a better reason for such a scheme? I boxed it. And I don't wear cologne. It absolutely had no "strong" smell of anything! Do yourself a favor, and stay away from these people. These kinds of things are the way they make their money. I suppose they will do anything they can to save on shipping costs, either to and from China.

Where to begin...

The dresses are beautiful and high quality. The problem? Processing and delivery time. It takes forever to receive the item. So when it's been 2 weeks and my order hasn't even been processed, I turn to the chat feature on the site. Puh-lease! What a joke. The chat feature on the website is useless. I don't know if they are robots or brain-dead people on the other end of the chat, but they are useless and have no clue how to provide the right answer.

In the world of Amazon and Zappos, Stylewe is trailing so far behind on customer service and satisfaction, it's embarrassing.

StyleWe handbags

Don't you carry real leather handbags any longer? All I see is PU which I think is plastic. In the past, I've purchased very lovely leather bags. Your handbag on the web seem to be mostly evening bags. It has been a while since I bought the bags so maybe your products have changed, I can't buy clothes because sizes are so off for American figures. As a 4-6, I had to purchase extra large!

StyleWe return policy and misleading website pix

Clothes look nothing like they do on their website. When you try to return it you find out returns must go to CHINA, where YOU pay shipping and customs. They offered a 15% refund which you will take because expense of shipping items to China is ridiculous, plus items may not make it within window of return. So out of $287 I can't wear, I got a measly $43 back. Oh and I get to keep the ugly ill-fitting clothes. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING HERE

StyleWe lying company

I purchased two dresses from Stylewe, not realizing that they LIE on their website. Both looked awful and I immediately wanted to return them. And that is when I discovered what they DO NOT SAY on their website: that returns have to be shipped to China via REGISTERED service (ie, DHL, Fed Ex, or equivalent) at ENORMOUS cost. If you don't return using that service (which costs MORE than the price of the two dresses), they will not refund. In other words, whatever you buy you have to keep. If you return, it will cost you MORE than the purchase itself. NONE OF THIS IS STATED ON THE WEBSITE. BEWARE!

it's been 3 weeks since I placed an order, each week I emailed them to ask about the status. Such as where was my order & why was it taking so long.. I work very hard for my money and this is just terrible. Each time they said it'll be ready soon, my order is getting prepared & that it'll be shipped shortly. However I just decided to just cancel my order and ask for a refund,
I will never order from here again .
