StyleWe not receiving refund

I have placed multiple orders with Stylewe starting 1/1/16. The orders arrived at different times. The sizes were different than American sizes; but, I saw that it was a Chinese company and have been there, so I knew to order larger sizes. Still, some items just did not fit correctly. I returned 10 items. I have sent them multiple emails with the USPS tracking # and the date the package was received in Mamaroneck, NY. It was received Feb.20, 2016. After submitting all of the information required for them to refund my purchases, Stylewe has not done it. I have kept 9 items that I purchased from them, and have enjoyed wearing them. It is a gamble to purchase from them for quality and financial reasons. The designers may have potential, but the business is a flop.

StyleWe poor product!

I've purchased a dress that looked so lovely. Before I made my order I checked the size chart for appropriate fit. When the dress finally arrived it was way too small to even get over my head. Quality was terrible and the craftsmanship absolutely rubbish. I immediately contacted and asked for a refund and heard nothing. Several days later I got a message from them with the instructions how to send it back and email copies of the return receipts. So I sent the dress back to China, paid extra money and still nothing. So I basically lost over $100. Never again I will order anything from StyleWe!

StyleWe never refunded my money

I'm not even sure where to start. I have never had such a horrendous experience with a business ever before. I ordered several dresses from this company. The website looked great - the concept is great. When I opened the package, I was immediately alarmed when I found no return form. There was a receipt that said if you want a return, you have to e-mail the company, then wait for a response from them with further instructions. What?

Second, the dresses were each packed separately, and when I opened a couple of the plastic bags, the dresses smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. !

Third, only one of the dresses fit. The rest were way too small, even though I used their sizing chart, and even ordered a size up (Medium) from what I normally wear (Small). So I found that the sizing was way off.

Fourth, when I e-mailed for instructions to do the return, I received a long, very complicated e-mail about how to make the return. I had to make copies of everything, and *take a picture* of my shipping receipt and e-mail it to them to prove I sent it.

Fifth, despite the fact that I had gone through all the necessary steps of the return, they only refunded me part of the amount of the returned merchandise. I contacted them immediately and asked why I only received part of the return. Days later, I received a reply which said they had completed the refund. I contacted them again, stating in no uncertain terms that they still owed me $155. About a week later, they wrote again, saying they had completed the return. I never received the full amount for merchandise I sent back to them.

Again, I have never, ever, experienced anything like this. Never will I buy anything from this company again.

StyleWe three dresses

I bought three or four dresses with express delivery and they never sent receipt they charge my american express with PAYPAL which I never
authorized them to do that, I want to cancel this account, and Stylewe do not
have a phone number they just sent me a email this morning at 4:00am that they do not my address?

And phone number I have is a Paypal phone number and I was on the line
for about an hour someone came on line took my credit card number
and they left me for an hour no one came back.

StyleWe scam artists

I ordered a dress about three months ago and when it arrived I decided to return it because of the bad quality. The size was also wrong, dress was way too small for me. So I returned it back in China. I paid $16 to send back. After many emails and a negative review I received a message from them stating a refund would be issued in 3 days. That actually never happened and I received nothing yet. I also contacted PayPal and explained the situation. I have never had this kind of experience before with any other company! I will never order from these scam artists again!

StyleWe never again! horrible site!

I ordered some stuff from StyleWe over three weeks ago and my order is still processing! I contacted them many times and all the time heard only apologies. Every time they promised that my order would send the next day. When I asked them to cancel my order and give me my money back they ignored me. All of the messages I received from them were written in broken English. I'll never order anything from StyleWe again!

StyleWe I ordered a top from them in early january

I received the top on January 23. It looked terrible on me and not at all what I expected from the photo. The fabric was very shabby. I finally got an email on February 11 with directions on how to return the top. They wrote that
"For your return(exchange) request, we will issue the refund (within 3 business days) once you email us a proof of the return package ( for example, return tracking number, a copy of return receipt, or a picture of the return package) along with the order number and returned item lists."
I sent them the return information as requested, and they received it back on February 13. I have gotten any refund yet, nor have I heard back from them. I just filed a claim against them on Paypal.

Worst company and eworst experience I ever had. I ordered 2 dresses, first I got my order after a month and the 2nd order about 2 month later after placing my order ( their explanation was that they are trying to get in touch with designer and it's getting ready). When I get my order finally- I was so disappointed because it's not what you see in picture...

StyleWe order processing for weeks and no response at all

I placed two orders from this company. The first time the shipping was super fast, it only took 3 days for me to get the clothes. The second time I was not so lucky! They collected the money from PayPal the same day I submitted my order, but I heard nothing after 10 days. The order status always shows " Processing ". I sent them 3 messages so far but never heard from their Customer Service. From other reviews about this company, I don't expect that I might be able to get my clothes. I would never buy anything from StyleWe. What's sarcastic is that they advertise a lot on Facebook every day. I will report to FB and ask them to block this business!

StyleWe dress

I was shopping on nimus marcus web site and those beautiful dresses show up.
I assume that stylewe was part of neimus marcus
I ordered a dress for $86 medium size
Then I found out that stywe came from china
I immediatly send an email to change the size to large, because their size do not correspond to american size
My email was returned
A very long time after I place the order the dress came.
It did not look the same
And the size was too small
I try to contact them to have the size change and I was unsuccessful
I gave up and decided I could ware it as a coat unbuttoned
The first I ware it, one of the button came off, and it was not buttoned !
What ever you do, do not order from this company

StyleWe return problems

This website is not a total scam; it is only half a scam. I placed three orders (29 nov to 20 dec 2015) in which i ordered total 7 business dresses; the ones by gyalwana are fabulous. Got two for my daughter and one for me. They are well made, and she looks stunning in them. Ordered one of the dresses in both large and xl (She is a size 5). The extra large fit, and i returned the large (Total from gyalwana = 4 dresses/1 return). Also, ordered from a “fashion” designer; one dress, two sizes. Neither one fit; both went back with the gyalwana. Received the dresses mid-december (Ordered 30 nov) and they were received by stylewe on 18 january. I heard nothing from them, and sent 3 emails to them starting 16 feb. Finally got a very poorly worded email:

Sorry as i checked, your order was over 60 days since purchased. In this case, we could not

Process refund form this order directly.

We have to transfer the money through paypal, pls confirm if this is your paypal account:
But there will be 4.4% handling fee in for the transaction. Hope you understand.

We will refund you to this account in three business days, hope you understand and we are

Waitimng for your earlier reply.

Spent 30 minutes today going thru my order, my visa account & my paypal account. Finally did a spreadsheet to see the order numbers, dates, amounts (In each of 3 above websites).

Notice: the “totals” on the stylewe website for the order did not match the amount on the visa account, nor did they match the actual amount on one order. Once i had all my data, i called paypal. Took about 14 minutes before a nice lady in nebraska answered. She immediately solved one question i had: why had only 1 of my 3 orders shown up on paypal? (That was because i placed two of the orders as “guest” and didn’t log in.) i gave her my visa number and the tracking number from the package, told her which dresses i had returned, and with her magic fingers, she placed a refund to me for my visa. And she said, there are no charges for returns from anywhere, so the 4.4% charge is bogus. I’m actually really sad that this site has turned out to be such a problem. The gyalwana clothing is really designer stuff. And don’t be put off that it comes from china. I just finished fashion design classes at ud and learned that most of the clothing comes from china…designers send their designs there to have them made up, all the time. It is just that this company does not seem to have the return process working. Wish they did, although i would have a lot less money if i bought all the beautiful stuff on their website!

They are not serious I ordered a dress for my son birthday and I give the wrong address and after I recon tact them and give the correct address but they did not give me my money back and I send emails but no response they have bad costumer service services.if you want to lose you money welcome there.

StyleWe order status

I should read all the bad reviews that this Style we have before I placed my Order, but I didn't. I have place my order at the beginning of the month, they already have my money and the order status is still "Processing"
I try to contact them but he only way is by e-mail. I sent them an E-mail but no replay yet.
I don't even want the clothes any more after seeing all the complaints and reviews.
I hope nobody buy from this web never again.

StyleWe company and clothes

The Order: I ordered five items from StyleWe from their different designers. This website shows a wonderful display of modern, chic and beautiful clothes, but the actual products do not match the pictures. I received the order after three weeks and realized that the package came from China.

The clothes: the sizes of the clothes are completely off. I’m normally a size medium or large depending on the brand. For this order, I order all clothes large. These clothes were extra extra small. The sizes are designed for very small people. Their sizing chart is completely inaccurate. The fabrics and colors did not match the pictures on their website. The colors, material, and sizes everything was wrong.

The refund: I sent them an email and follow step by step their instructions through their website to request a label, ship a package, provide proof of shipment to obtain the refund three business days after they received proof of the package per their policy. After several request through their website their last message was that they are away due to the New Year’s Holiday. Huh! Clearly, the company is in China since it is February in the US. At this point, I dispute the charge with my credit card. Currently waiting for my bank to complete their investigation and credit my account.

I believe that this is a scam company. They are advertising a company as if they are in the US. This is a Chinese company and the items ship from China. This is something they should disclose on their website. The product is not what is shown in the website. If you have a question, there is no one that you can call. There is no customer service. There is no phone numbers to call. The only way to communicate to them is by sending them an email through their website. Then a automatic genetic email is sent back to your email indicating that they received your message and will reply to you sometimes within 24 hour sometimes 48 hours or sometime depending if there is a holiday in China.

StyleWe don't order from stylewe!

Do not buy anything from Stylewe, the majority of positive reviews are fake and probably written by their employees. I have survived a real nightmare to return two dresses. The whole process was ridiculous and painful, I asked for their return address like million times and sent them photos. I also sent them a picture of the tracking report, which showed when the dresses were received. I've sent several messages and received absolutely no response. After reading other reviews and complaints, I now understand that I made a huge mistake when I decided to order something from StyleWe. Many consumers lost their money because of these scammers. I'm going to report them to the BBB and I'll leave negative reviews about them everywhere is possible. StyleWe is a scam company, do not buy from them!

StyleWe dresses

I purchased three dresses before christmas, two arrived late and one wasn't in stock. They immediate said they will credit my card for the dress not in stock, that email was sent December 29th. The credit was never issued! I then returned the other two dresses because they didn't resemble the pictures online, only to get the run around. After several emails and threats they provided me with a NY return address, I took all the pictures they required and once the package arrived I took a picture of the tracking report and emailed it requesting my refund! I have heard nothing about my previous credit they were to issue and now the two dresses I returned for a credit, totaling $200.00! This doesn't include the $20 I paid to ship the dresses back. Now it's time to contact the NY State Attorney Generals office, the BBB and Paypal. I shop online all the time and have never encountered such fraud. This site needs to be shut down.

StyleWe very disappointed customer

I purchased 2 dresses 1/2016, but when they arrived they were too small. I've sent several emails trying to contact StyleWe to get more information on their exchange policy, after realizing that you will get ripped off if you try to return the items. I have yet to receive a response from the company. Had I read all of the complaints posted, I never would have ordered from the company, beware, terrible customer service.

StyleWe purchase-2 coats

I was on a website and noticed Stylewe as a pop-up on the right. Noticing all the wonderful styles and prices I thought I would take a chance and place an order. I ordered two jacket size 3X because I normally wear size 16 and I wanted make sure it was loose. After I received the same order delay as many of you, I finally received my order. I could barely get my arm in one and the other coat would not even close. The size was nowhere near advertised. What a mistake!

Immediately, I tried to contact Stylewe and return the items. The website points you to your order page and advises you to press the button for returns, but there is no button to press. There is no customer service number to contact anyone and it seems once you have paid you are on your own, Having no prior history with this company I decided to use PayPal to buffer my order. Thank God I did!

StyleWe refunds for order #s cif45635 & cn948708

The dresses listed on the stylewe.com website are woefully mis-sized. I have had to return 3 of the 5 dresses I recently bought. I received a refund for the 1st return, after

Order # MIBC5811 was mailed to stylewe 12/30/15. It was received by stylewe on 1/2/16 @ 2:32pm per the USPS tracking # [protected] 1816 87). I received my refund on 1/19/16, 12 business days later, not 3 as stated on their website and emails.

I am awaiting refunds for order #s CIF45635 & CN948708.

Order # CIF45635 was mailed on 1/9/16, received by stylewe on 1/11/16 @ 8:09am per the USPS tracking # [protected] 1774 73). That was 12 business days ago, not 3 as stated on their website and emails.

Order # CN948708 was mailed on 1/20/16, received by stylewe on 1/21/16 @ 9:17am per the USPS tracking # [protected] 2047 57). That was 4 business days ago, not 3 as stated on their website and emails.

I emailed the company several times regarding my refunds. I did receive replies from Max, but of late, Max no longer replies to my emails.

StyleWe poor quality & does not refund

I ordered from this website even after I read all the negative reviews on here. The clothes looked so great in the photos so I thought I'd take a chance. I received a part of my order 2 weeks later and everything was off. Too big, too small and poor quality especially the zippers. I emailed customer service for a return and sent 3 items i received via Fedex. I emailed customer service per the instruction with the tracking number of the shipment which arrived the next day. I received a response requesting the tracking number and order number which was provided in the prior email. I have still not heard back from Stylewe. They have refused to respond to emails and I had to open a Paypal claim. I would be returning the remaining items as well and filing a subsequent claim on Paypal to be refunded for those as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

StyleWe stay away from this place!

I bought a dress on December 28 from StyleWe. Several days later I received a message stating my order was shipped. Few weeks later I got another email and was told that there was a problem with my order and they had to cancel it. I sent several requests regarding the status of my order and got back identical emails providing me with the return address. I email them again and said that I don't need a return address, because I never received anything. But I received the same message again. Every time I try to contact them I get nothing but a return address. I also demanded a refund, but of course there was no answer. I just want my money back! I will never use StyleWe again.

I am so glad I took the time to read all of these complaints. I'm sorry for your bad experience with the company, but thank you for sharing it. I will NEVER order from StyleWe after reading all of these complaints.
