StyleWe clothing website

Stylewe fooled me as many others who didn't read the reviews BEFORE buying from them. The website looks very professional but upon reading more on the site I find so many grammatical errors that I should have noticed. First of all, the sizing is Chinese and much smaller than U.S. sizing. I wear a large and ordered an extra large -their XL turns out to be a small in U.S. sizing. Impossible to know that since it isn't mentioned anywhere on the site. I, of course wanted to return the blouse and couldn't find a phone number ANYWHERE! I emailed them 4 times and waited two weeks before I finally received a response indicating that I should print the attached label and then email to them (the same number they sent me) the tracking number-very strange. I found all sorts of complaints about the company online and I still am worried about my return reaching them but $100 isn't that easy to write off. FYI:
Their address in the U.S. is: 1700 S. Milliken Ave., Ontario CA, 91761. Another issue is that there was no mention of the company the label was to be shipped from UPS, USPS, FED EX, etc. I had to research online to find that I needed to ship the return through DHL. even though they shipped it to me via Federal Express International from Singapore! I am appalled with the customer service of this company. It remains to be seen if I ever receive a refund. Just don't shop there.

I had the same problem as Ms. Berry. According to STYLEWE email instruction, I returned the merchandise to the STYLEWE address at 1700 S MILLIKEN AVE, ONTARIO CA 91761, and then I emailed STYLEWE the copy of the USPS receipt and the tracking number showing the merchandise was delivered correctly to the STYLEWE address above. But it said that the merchandise was sent to CANADA! and did not want to refund. This is very bogus excuse because there is no such ZIPCODE 91761 in CANADA. I have tried to resolve this issue since August 15th, 2016. So stay away from STYLEWE.

StyleWe return service does not exist as promised

On April 28 I ordered and paid for 8 apparel items. It took 3 weeks for the items to arrive. All were too small and poor quality, not what I expected. I filled out the return request for authorization to return and shipping address. Response stated I would receive information in 48 hours. Have sent several more messages with same response. It has been 8 days now and still no return authorization or communication. Never before have I experienced such fraud online. Today is May 27 and I am out nearly $700 with no idea what to do next. This company is criminal!

StyleWe dresses

On Wednesday, 05/18/16, I ordered 2 dresses and paid extra to have them shipped priority. When I checked on my order it still showed at "processing". I link into their live chat and was frustrated by the results. The person I chatted with said that it takes them 2-5 business days to process an order. I asked why it would take that long when their website showed that the items were in stock. The response was "It is our policy. It takes 2 - 5 business days to process orders. There really isn't anything I can do." I said that wasn't very good customer service. The reply was "it takes time for their designers to prepare." I explained that I had ordered these dresses to wear to a wedding and that I needed to have them by 05/27/ 16, which is why I paid extra for priority shipping. The response was "Well, at least you'll have them for a future event." I was shocked with that answer. I said that wasn't a very good response. That I did not show very good customer service.

My order did arrive on Tuesday. And neither of the dresses fit. They are way too small, even thought I ordered according to their size chart sizes that would fit me. And one of them has an odd odor to it. They were shipped from China, which I sort of expected since there was no address or anything on their website. Now I have to pay to return the order and wait to see how long it takes them to refund my credit card. Their return policy is to give store credit so this is going to be another battle.

They have some beautiful looking dresses, in styles and fabrics that I like but I will never order from them again. They have no concept of customer service and their sizes are not accurate.

I viewed the dresses on the stylewe website and decided to check the reviews. Thank goodness I did. The dress designs & prices seemed to good to be true. From a lot of the reviews I gather that these clothes seemed to cater to Asian women, who are mostly petite & skinny. I am a curvy American woman with breasts, hips, thighs & booty (size 10-12)! Ladies stick to American & European cuts. There are styles/designs that cost more but worth the money for fit, fabric, proportion, silhouette and most importantly "No Hassle Returns & Refunds"!

StyleWe cannot get confirmation of my order but they have been paid

I placed an order around 10:30 p.m. on 5/17 and within minutes I received confirmation of the PayPal transaction. The items showed as in stock and I paid an extra $20 for 2-5 delivery. This morning the order showed as "processing" so I tried to chat (please note that the chat box pops up). I got a message that there were no available chat agents. I tried again this afternoon - same thing. I emailed and received an email back that I would receive a response within 48 hours. I should have read reviews first and looked that there are no options to speak to an agent. I have asked for the order to be cancelled, but have little confidence that I will receive a response

Update - part of the order was received and the other part was cancelled because the merchandise was unavailable (although it was not referenced as out of stock when the order was placed). I was pleased with the handbag. I have been contacted by StyleWe twice to remove the negative feedback.. Readers can make draw your own conclusion. Personally I feel that their chat service should work, they should provide an international customer service number, and customers should not have to track down orders.

StyleWe never received my order!

I have no idea where is my order and these people from StyleWe are ignoring me! My order was placed over a months ago and I have ordered a dress from them and yet there is no sign of my order! Wanted to get a refund, but they never replied to my messages and I don't know how to get my money back! Too bad I did not see all these reviews earlier! I'm so disappointed! The dress was not the most expensive one, but I really hate the fact I was cheated so easily! Horrible company to deal with!

StyleWe not a scam but poor quality

Just after buying of stylewe.com, I check this website and was scarred about being scammed. There are so many bad reviews..
So I ordered a dress on stylewe.com. About 70 USD. The website is very professional, pictures and models are beautiful. One week after, DHL delivered the dress. The good point is that this website is not a scam. Many comments say that they are stealing money. That's wrong, this is doing real business.

BUT ... the quality of the dress is very poor. Very cheap fabric (plastic polyester), bad finishing, coarse cutting. The dress doesn't worth 70 USD, maybe 20.

I'm not so disappointed because I was not even expecting to receive anything. But after the quality is very bad. It's quite useless to buy in china and ship across the world to the US such a poor item. I can find same quality in the shop next-door in the street.

Stylewe.com is not a scam stealing money, but is not a "designer" quality. I do not recommend.

I too, ordered from Stylewe only to find that the photographs of their clothing are beautiful, but the quality of their merchandise is poor. I returned the items and my money was returned. However, I had to pay to return the items I had ordered. I would discourage women from shopping on this site.

I ordered $300 worth of clothing from this sham in China. The clothes don't look ANYTHING like the pictures and the sizes are a joke. If you order a medium you will get something like an X small. The quality does look like flea market, very poor quality junk. When I asked for a refund they never communicated with me so I'm out $300. So be it, this was an expensive lesson. BEWARE and forewarned, DO NOT DO BUSINESS!

StyleWe their dresses not even close to what on the pictures

do not buy anything from them ! - I bought two dresses that looked amazing on the picture and said they were both cotton dresses.
First, the way dressed are done looks cheap and sits terrible. On the picture they book looked very stylish, fashionable and a great fit for a skinny and tall body. When I tried those dresses I look like a grandma and the material is not 100% cotton so they mislead their costumers. Those dresses also longer than my knees they didn't look that long on the picture. The black dress looked like a funeral dress and the butterfly on the sleeves looked very cheap and wierd. On the picture it looked very complementing. The red one fitted terribly and looked nothing close to stylish. Cheap and unattractive cut and design and material. Waisted $180! I hope I can still return those dresses.
This company needs to be stopped from promoting their products on Facebook non stop

StyleWe refund not received

I placed an order on april 1 at stylewe. The next day I read about the fact that this site is fraudulent. I immediately, emailed stylewe and told them to cancel my order which was still pending. I recieved a automated message saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. They have not gotten back to me and my account was charged thru pay pal yesterday. This is not a legitimate site and I am seeking my money back.

StyleWe review, not a complaint - silk dress

I just received my order of a silk dress from Stylewe and couldn't be happier. It arrived within a week from Singapore, it's exactly as pictured, and it fits perfectly. Now, I will say that I paid extra close attention to their sizing guide, even taking a measuring tape to myself to be sure. And what do you know - the dress fits. It's super cute, seems to be of good quality (but of course that remains to be seen).

I was very nervous about ordering after having read these complaints, but fortunately my story turned out great.

Received my dress today. Very disappointed it looks nothing like the picture of the item I wanted. ( wont allow me to add pictures of what I ordered vs what I received)I ordered one size bigger as suggested and it was still too small. So unfortunately I have to return it because another will not get here in time for when I need it.

But when I ask for a return and refund I get this: Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

Sounds like I'm being discouraged to return and just get store credit.

StyleWe - scam alert!

Well, long story short. Due to the bad quality of the items I received I had to send everything back. They assured me that I will get a refund, but never gave my money back. These people are actually genius, they sell terrible quality products, and then they promise a refund and get their items back. Nice job guys! They got my stuff about a month ago and still no money. StyleWe should be shut down! Scam alert!

I saw all this negative reviews and thought that they are so unfair. I have personally purchased over 10 dresses from Stylewe and have never had a problem with their services. I have an hourglass body type 39-25-39, I always check the measurements and the was an occasion when I had to return three dresses and cancel two because they didn't fit in my bust area. I followed the instructions and the money was refunded to me within three days. The dresses are beautiful and the quality is great. I just love it and two of my friends are very happy with the results as well . Thank you

I ordered a lot from Stylewe and its just very poor quality and the sizing as well. Also it came like 3 weeks. ive read messages that they dont refund as well. completely scam

Most people do not comment unless they have a legitimate problem. When someone says that a comment is unfair, they need to understand that cheap material is just that. It is not only the sizing, and a zipper that falls out when used is disgraceful. The chinese market is scamming Americans. I have had it done to me. just because one or two are lucky to actually get what they expect is not a reason to feel like others are not being honest in their opinion of their OWN experience.

StyleWe horrible quality

Hello, I want to tell about my terrible experience with StyleWe. I have purchased a dress from www.stylewe.com in early February and paid some extra for fast shipping, because I needed the dress for a special event. The dress finally showed up two weeks ago and the quality was super cheap! Material was very thin and see through, and it looked rubbish! The seams were barely turned and sewn ends. I contacted customer service and they offered me a refund, but first I had to send the dress back to China and it was extremely expensive, almost like the full cost of my dress. I will never order anything from this horrible website!

StyleWe buyer beware - this site is a scam

I have been waiting for a shirt to be delivered for 3 months. Stylewe (They're in china) misaddressed the package and customer service won't get involved because it's "inconvenient". I've spent 2+ hours with usps and dhl and the package is already going back to china. Stylewe won't issue a refund. Why? Who knows. Here's the email chain and you can judge for yourself if a cute shirt is worth this con job:======================================================To: stylewe servicesDate: mon, mar 14, 2016 at 8:18 amSubject: re: request received fromClearly, you did not read my email. I have already contacted dhl and usps. The package was not destroyed it is already en route and coming back to you. You will absolutely refund my payment for a product that you have not delivered. Issue this refund or I will pursue legal action because customers in america need to know about the same you are running. StyleWe lack of customer service!

I ordered a skirt and it was very small, it did not fit at all. Well, quality was rather poor, but looked nice. I never expected to get high quality item, because their pries are really cheap. So I decided to contact StyleWe customer service and sent them a message asking about how to return. Unfortunately I did not get any emails back. Also, shipping took more time than I expected, because my item came directly from China. I don't understand why is it taking so long to answer me! However, I'll never order anything from here again!

StyleWe ridiculous scam website!

Buyer beware! StyleWe is not a reputable company, all they need is your money! I have purchased two dresses from this website. I received my items and was horrified with the quality! Workmanship was beyond ridiculous, colors were wrong and the dresses were super small. So I went online and emailed them. They said that I'll be receiving a message with all the instructions about how to return. Well, I never received anything! Another week passed and I sent them another email, and got the same response. I contacted my credit card company and hope they'll get my money back.

StyleWe dresses - returns/refunds

Never again on this company! Horrible experience. I ordered 3 dresses with expedited shipping. They charged my card for the total immediately. "expedited" ended up being 8 days later and only 2 of 3 dresses arrived. Nothing on the packing slip or in package about status of the 3rd. After multiple emails and calls, finally got a notice that dress 3 is shipping from russia. So much for expedited anything. I'm returning them all (If the last one ever arrives) and will hope they refund my $216. Ugh. Stay away from this website/company!

Our normal delivery time is 2-5 business days of preparing the orders and 7-10 business days of shipping (2 to 3 for express shipping).
For your return(exchange) request, we will issue the refund (within 3 business days) once you email us a proof of the return package ( for example, return tracking number, a copy of return receipt, or a picture of the return package) along with the order number and returned item lists.

StyleWe online shopping nightmare!

I've ordered an attractive dress from StyleWe and when my order arrived I was terrified with the quality. And that's not all, color was definitely not as described! I found their email and sent them a message. Later I received a computer generated reply stating that I would receive a response within 24 hours. But no one ever contacted me. I've waited few more days and due to the lack of communication from customer support opened a dispute via PayPal. Their phone number does not work. These people are way too slow and totally unprofessional. I hope PayPal will be able to get my money back.

StyleWe refund

I've ordered five items from StyleWe, but when my items finally arrived I was very disappointed with the quality. So I returned everything back for a refund. They refunded only two items! I contacted their customer service and asked what was going on. They said it was their mistake and promised to refund me the rest in a couple of days. However after two months, they still did not return my money! I'm extremely disappointed! I emailed them many times and received no response. I am going to report this company.

StyleWe website keeps locking me out/requested new password never comes

While there are some substantive issues about the clothes (shoulders way to narrow for North Americans), my biggest complaint is the website. It keeps refusing my password so I am unable to electronically send notice to the company that I am returning items. I have asked for new passwords but they never come--I have waited sometimes 24 hours before giving up and just sending a regular e-mail with the information about the items. This is the second time this has happened --after being successful the first time I tried it. What could possibly have changed?

This is a technology issue--something that is an easy fix. Making sure the website works as intended should be a primary concern for the company--what could be the reason why this isn't fixed? I have sent the company an e-mail on my e-mail account but no response.

I want to cooperate with the company and give them the return information as they would like to have it. Impossible to do without their cooperation and willingness to fix the tech glitch in their website.
