StyleMined halle bag-nude repair/cashmere sleep sets price adjustment

Cathy Callahan, 12580 Littlefield Dr. Frisco, TX 75035, 469.766.2077 Order # 4841 dated 1/3/18. I love all that I received but the ""melie-halle-nude" handbag has a broken zipper clasp. Please advise on how to get a replacement bag or how to get the clasp shipped and I'll attach it.

Also I noticed that the "Luxe Cashmere Sleep Set-Heather" is now $10 each. My order arrived yesterday so that's only 14 days and I paid $19 each for 2 sets. Can you adjust the price accordingly by giving me a credit? Or send me 2 more and charge me the $2 differance?

I'm happy that I've finally ordered from your site and thank you, in advance, for your help in resolving these 2 issues.

StyleMined all items not received.

I made a recent order for item#LQJP70010 Horseshoe necklace(gold) @ $15.00 each, Quantity x 2. Ext. Price 30.00, shipping $7.00, total $37.00. I received shipment via mail last week with only 1 Horseshoe necklace enclosed. How can this problem be resolved? Packing slip states quantity x 2 but only I received. StyleMined genevieve handbag - green

11/14/2017 6:09pm cst. I am trying to purchase the green Genevieve handbag. The first email said super sale applies now. It was not an active link. I went to the website and found the handbag. I tried to apply the "HOLIDAY25" code and it said nothing matches that. I went back to the original email to check that I was entering the code correctly. It should be 26.50 instead of 36.00.

I didn't even get to the other, payment, shipping, address etc.

I purchased 2 items that did not look as they did online. I contacted Support@Stylemind.com for a Return Authorization Form but, emailed them 6x with no reply. They also do not answer their phone number listed as:
[protected]. I shipped my purchase back to them here via UPS:

THEY ARE NO LONGER AT THAT ADDRESS (the current company was kind enough to call me when they received my package) AND THEIR WEBSITE IS NOW SHUT DOWN TOO. WHAT A RIP OFF! THEY OWE ME $103.00 + OVER $50 IN SHIPPING COSTS!

StyleMined purchased a photo legacybox that was never received by legacybox

On Dec. 13, 2016 I purchased a ladies watch and a Photo Legacybox from Stylemined. We shipped the Legacybox April18th 2017. It has never been delivered to Legacybox as of Oct.6th 2017. I'm requesting my $89.00 be credited to my Credit Card. I've sent E-mails to [protected]@stylemined but they do not ever answer so I believe this is bogus support. They don't have a working phone number as well. I believe this is a Scam Company. They still send me sales e-mails to purchase additional goods.

StyleMined Unauthorized credit card charge

I have a charge of $57.95 on my credit card from Stylemined for which I have no explanation. A search of the site for the type of product covered reveals nothing for me. The charge was made on August 4, 2016. The only information on the statement is the name of the company and the phone number 888.484.2103. Repeated calls to this number get me a busy signal or the message someone will be with you in a few moments--no one ever comes.

StyleMined Unreliable

I have purchased something from www.stylemined.com as a birthday present for a dear friend of mine. I ordered in advance in early June to be sure I'll get it on time. About a week later I was told that my order will not be delivered on time (reason was not explained), they just said that they need some extra days to deliver. I asked how many and they said about a month. I was very disappointed.
I cancelled my order and got my refund but I definitely will not order anything from StyleMined again. These people cannot provide proper service and their customer service is absolutely unhelpful. Can't say anything good or bad about the product.

I sent stylemined an email on 12/21/2016 regarding a watch I bought from you for my husband. I cannot reset the wrong date on it. Also, my husband is 90 yrs old and cannot make the clasp work. I would like to return this watch for an easier clasp watch. No reply.

I returned the Lavendar Amelia Leather bag about two weeks ago. I'm still waiting for my credit card refund to be posted. I got the authorization from Stylemined and followed instructions.
Let me know where my $105.00 refund is and when it will be posted. The next step will be me talking to my credit card company.

2 pieces broke on airplane Other broke just visiting someone
Do not have invoice & StyleMined phone number does not work
Rings twice & then goes into busy signal.
Luggage company suggests you give me an invoice!
What good is luggage if there is no handle
