Purchased the item which was of poor quality and had a damage to the suede, I have sent the item back and am now being told I may or may not get a refund because tags were removed and sole seal removed .
Product is out of stock, this company seem fradulant and are not abiding by consumer law .
Customer service response is slow and pretty unhelpful, I will not be ordering from this company again and I will get my refund !
Very misleading website
I have purchased $600 worth products from www.stylebop.com and after I paid I received all the necessary confirmations and a tracking number.
Two weeks passed and I've decided to contact these guys and ask about my order status. They said that my order was shipped and will be here any time soon. Another week passed and I decided to contact them again but they did not reply. About a week later they contacted me and said that my order was cancelled because things I've ordered were not in stock. Later I got my money back. Very misleading website and absolutely unprofessional service!
Trashy customer service
I've ordered a bag recently. My credit card was charged as usual. Then I got the order confirmation letter asking to send a copy of my passport as I was ordering abroad and that was the custom policies. I sent the copy of the passport, got another confirmation letter saying that everything was ok and that I should get the shipping details shortly. In 2 days time after receiving no shipping info I went to my Stylebop account and to my great surprise found out that my order was cancelled. I addressed the shopping manager I was in contact with the question why my order was cancelled and got an unforgettable answer that this is how they do it. They have super-duper system when several people can order one and only item at one time and the Stylebop would know that it's the only one only when they prepare it for shipping. They also don't think that they should inform their client of such a situation. I'm really disappointed as this bag was for a special event and I never had such a sh..ty shopping experience before although I've been shopping online for more than 10 yrs. Really frustrated with such customer service would never deal with this shop again.

At first, I thought, great I found my fashion haven. Then discovered very bad i.e none at all customer service. Wanted to spend $2400 on 3 items but based on not getting my emails answered and bad service on the phone, decided to steer clear. Not sure if there some kind of scam going on, but have to be wary. Shame, the only site that had the items I wanted...;(
Purchased shoes and shortly after they had a huge markdown. Was told via email and phone that they can't do a price adjustment because the size I ordered was no longer in stock and therefore they won't honour the current price drop i.e. discount. Ok, not worth the argument. I ordered a second pair of shoes, when they arrived were exact duplicates of the first order. However the colour I purchased over the internet were now out of stock. Have to send shoes back as company made a mistake. Terrible company with zero quality assurance, feels as though they have a lot of items sent out that are incorrect, or over sell on their website and then proceed to send customer wrong item. I am not so sure I trust them, and would proceed with caution. I may try one more time, and will post my outcome here as an update.

Was told item would be dispatched nexy day but was lied to. Has been a week and no response from customer care. Called and was told will be followed up but never returned call or emailed. Lines now engaged all day. People leaving positive reviews must work for them.
Deceiptful German business.
Their bad reputation is well deserved. I was sent a defective jacket and was treated poorly. They didn't have it in another in that size and they never refunded my return shipping. They then put the same jacket back for sale to the public with no mention of the defects.
They are rude and I am still waiting for my dress to arrive after one week! NEVER EVER SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE!
Do a search on some fashion forums, they have a bad reputation. There are quite a few people who have had nightmare experiences with them. My personal experience with them was horrible.

No product and no money
Very bad experience! I placed my first order with my credit card and I spent €1963, 00! Stylebop took immediately my money! I have wait one week; first they told me that the package was ready for shipment and after 3 days I learn that the product was not available. Clause 6 of the contract states that the reimbursement is immediate. I'm still waiting!
