ordered a hat which arrived on time but the company is making it impossible for me to return the unwanted goods. Tried phoning but the telephone number is unavailable! Tried e mailing twice, with no rsponse and also sent an e mail through their contact form on their website. What an absolute scam. These people have ripped me off. I'm stuck with a hat which is of no use to me and they have my money. Nothing other than an absolute scam and they should not be allowed to continue in business. I will make sure they don't.

    Same has happened to me. I ordered a necklace. When it arrived, was not as expected so followed their advice to return it. Sent 3 emails (all unanswered), emailed them through the contact form on their site (no response) and rang them at the number they'd given me to find out it was a residential number and the man on the other end of the phone said I had the wrong number. Now I am stuck with a cheap and nasty necklace I won't wear and won't give to anyone, and they have my money!!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are as dodgy as hell. I ordered a green hair flower and it arrived with rips in it and bent. They offer a returns policy but when I emailed them for a code, they don't respond and you can't contact them via telephone!! I have reported them to eBay and Amazon and referred this company to the financial ombudsman. They are rip off merchant so please don't purchase from them. They will be struck off sooner or later.     Unfortunately I would concur. Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered some goods which, when delivered, turned out to be not what I wanted. Rather cheap and nasty actually, but that's a chance you take when the price is low so I wouldn't fault them on that score. Tried to take it back. Their published returns policy offers shiny new refunds to those who return unwanted items in 7 days. To do you, so simply contact SMO who will issue you with a returns code. Sounds simple, but this is where the problem begins. Tried contacting them by email. Several times. No response. Tried submittting an online query form. Numerous tiimes. No response. Tried calling. Repeatedly. This time, result! A response. But sadly only an answerphone flossie promising to faithfully record my message. Before promptly telling me the mailbox is full even before I've even drawn a breath for my first word. So then I returned the goods anyway to their published address, accompanied by a short email highlighting the farcical nature of their business model, and politely requesting a refund. A month later, of course no response. Never again
