Thank you for your letter, but we can understand your vexed temper and feeling.And the shipping process must like this:The transport company ship your package into the China Customs for checking and the Customs would ask for the Customs taxes for exporting and importing.So we called the Customs service centeral just now, they adviced that your package have been detained by them, that you need to pay 267USD for this Customs taxes.

They are hacking into any email address. I continually receive emails from my sister's yahoo account with that same message. It's getting very annoying. They take your contact list, use it, then delete it. Beware of this identity theft. These [censored]balls must be stopped!

This "company" is run by chinese hackers. They are now hacking into google email accounts to attempt to generate business. Once in a google account they send emails out to everybody in your address book like:

I came upon this site in checking out this company and had to comment. I think the company has explained what happened to the order and what the buyer needed to do. Customs taxes have to be paid and this is the normally the buyer''s responsibility. The company offered to pay those taxes if he ordered another item. In other words, it was willing to take a loss on this transaction -- the offer that a second item be ordered was its attempt to mitigate that loss. It looks like it went out of its way to make it right with the customer.

On behalf of the buyer, he should have been informed that Customs taxes would have to be paid and if possible, provided with an approximate amount. Presuming that the order originated from the USA, it bothers me that the amount of the tax changed from 267 USD to 199 CAD. Perhaps there's an explanation for this.
