Boikian never delivered what was promised, as well as, what was on our contract. He has now gone into hiding and never returns calls or e-mails. After Wendesday's news expose I hope he either cleans up his act or he goes to jail for FRAUD. If you are interested in using him as a photographer, "STAY AWAY!" I can't express that enough. If you are one of the other victims of his photography fraud scheme I am willing to get together with any one else who wants to put this ### away.

I posted my complaint back in February of 2008. Spoke with Jacob a couple of times requesting that my Album plus the two parent albums be delivered. He said it would be a couple of weeks. Based on the CBS expose he said May would be the date for filling out all the orders he had not come through with. Well it's middle of May and Jacob fails to answer phone calls, e-mails, faxes, or any other sort of contact. Looks like the same old story with this guy. Hope CBS news chases him down again, and it affects his business like it affected the follow through of our albums.

My Husband is an attorney in the OC/Pasadena area and is set to file suit against Jacob for fraud. If anyone is interested in joining suit please contact my husband @ [protected].

He didn't deliver albums and didn't reply numerous emails and phone calls.

We were married in May 2004, turned in our proofs with an additional 500.00 to purchase them, along with our selections for the album in December 2005 and have not received anything. Sporadic returned phone calls from Jacob produced nothing but excuses ("a friend of yours called me and said you had broken up, so I figured you didn't want the pictures anymore") and empty promises. Our last contact with him was December 2007, he stated we would have ours pictures after Christmas. We're still waiting... if anyone reading this knows how to locate him, please email me with any helpful information.

Jacob is the most unprofessional vendor I've ever dealt with. How a "wedding photographer" can play around with people's most memorable and important day of their life is beyond me. It will be almost 3 years since we married and we still don't have all of our products we paid UPFRONT in FULL over 4 years ago. I'm sorry he's having financial difficulties but that's HIS problem, as we all paid him for his services and expect to receive what we paid for. It has been a nightmare trying to get our album/vidoe from him. We finally got part of it, but he still owes us more and is of course MIA. I agree that he needs to go to jail for fraud and for lying to so many people for so long. He seems like a decent guy, but if he was decent he wouldn't be such a jerk! I will join all forces to get what we paid for and fight for our rights!

Boikian is a decent guy. Can't explaint the viciousness of this complaint, I had a good experience with him as to product and as to delivery.
